He always had my back whenever I needed help with absolutely anything and consistently made me feel safe and supported. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, and I truly appreciate the care and support he showed me. His classes were extremely helpful while he explained his experience, strength, and hope. Also, Jonnie genuinely valued every patient’s sobriety and took his job very seriously. It was clear that he truly cared about the people he was helping and wanted everyone to succeed in their recovery. At the same time, he had a way of making all of us feel comfortable, heard, and respected. I’m very grateful for the effort and dedication he put into helping everyone. It's not that no one wants to answer I was told that corporate wants people to use OAS. This policy was aggressively forced on me in another centerstone location. I goto this location and was recently told that the location is now enforcing this policy and are telling their front desk to do as was discussed to me ehich is to tranfer to OAS. Was told they aren't aloud to help appontment scheduling eity myself. I requested a transfer to make an appointment with my provider at their native locafion and was sent to OAS anyways. Unless you call OAS, This seems to be a policy moving forward. Calling corporate seems to make it worse so ide suggest users going forward give up on the idea of a perfect solution it didn't end well for me last centerstone I was at. I hope this helps. These people have accommodated me with all of my needs and trust me I had a lot of needs! lol I have never had the type of love that Freeman gave to me and my wife. They have the best of staff and the types of clientele that were in this facility were awesome also. I made some lifelong connections at this place and really found out a lot about myself. I found out what my triggers were and really dug deep. They are the only place that accepted me and my wife after she called over 40 places. I promise there needs to be a standard for having a couple in a treatment center because it can be done. Not saying anything about "becoming a couple" in a treatment center because I wouldn't recommend that. We were married before we came in. So if you are struggling with addiction and you are married, this is the place to go. They will accommodate the two of you in the most appropriate ways possible. We talk every night about how much we miss the comraderies that we have gained here. If your struggling, reach out to these people because they will help you. I looked forever to find a place that would take me and my husband. Let me just tell you that was difficult in itself, this place opened up its doors for us and came through in all aspects. We both got some good recovery and we both got some good experience here. The staff was extremely great and the facilities were top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone in search of treatment no matter the level of care! My therapist was awesome and she really helped me manage some of the things I struggled with. Without a doubt pick up the phone if you need help. These people will help you whichever way they can. They helped us with transportation from 3-1/2 hours away and didn't sweat it. Being part of a group allows you to look at yourself closer. We were all different but yet still there for the same reason. Staff was great and honest and always fair. I feel like I would have stopped alcohol without rehab, but Cumberland Heights assured it with its teachings and the things I learned. Overall, I am grateful for the staff members who demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to providing good customer service. Area for Improvement: One concern I experienced was with the telephone system. On several occasions, someone would answer the phone and then hang up without speaking. Additionally, when I did call back the automated message stated that all staff were busy and instructed caller to press 1 for reception. This made it somewhat difficult to reach someone when assistance was needed. Improving the telephone response process and ensuring callers are connected appropriately would enhance the overall experience. Positivity 1 week ago they did have group therapy sessions. I'm glad I had the services. I'm not certain the social worker helped me. I did feel like I was in a jail. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit her, there. She was in really good spirits, elated to see her brother, her mom, and me. (Just sayin- I am the fun one.😉) She is being well cared for and their system of visitor management is very tight. As it should be. Caring for the mentally ill has to be one of the most difficult services to perform, wouldn't you think? I sure do. From what I saw yesterday, I am very glad that Trustpoint is willing to take on such a difficult task. The place was as "clean as a whistle." The staff was very knowledgeable about their procedures. They were courteous, helpful while at the same time there was an atmosphere of firmness. A good firmness. This Veterans Outpatient Clinic is convenient for me to access because it's not far from where I live. I like to go see my Care Provider here for my medical follow-ups. I usually get in and out fairly quickly. The nurses are friendly and very professional. There is a on sight lab here for me to get my lab work requirements done. I normally go to see my Veterans Affairs Doctor every 6 months. The parking area is efficient and I normally don't have any problems finding a place to park my vehicle.
