The counselors of Guidance Associates are great, the advice received by them has resulted very usefully for me. The location is perfect very accessible for all people. Come to visit them you will don't regret it.

I wish I could rate this place more than 5 stars! Not only do they do their job right but they are really professional here! I've only had a bad experience on my first visit with a therapist but they fixed that right away for me and changed my therapist which I'm glad they did. I am not that type to open up about my feelings but Chrissy was really helpful and made me feel comfortable right away, it made it seem like if I've known her for years so I definitely recommend her. When I was going through my hard times they were always their for me to talk to someone which was really helpful!

I just transferred to the northern AZ VA system and I have been floored with how great and attentive they've been. I have mental health issues and the primary Prescott location has been super quick to get me in and talking to someone. The psychiatrist I talked to listened to me and suggested some things for me to try. I am now on a weekly therapy and different meds, when I asked them to check in after I start the meds they scheduled weekly appointments. I had my labs done last week, super quick and really easy going tech. Today I saw nurse Sara and she was lovely! Completely at ease and fun to chat with. I then saw Dr Gallagher and she was delightful. She knew my records, she asked questions and she offered some other treatment options for me. She made sure I had the assistance and appointments all down correctly and said if I need anything to reach out. I've been in the VA system for about a decade and this has been the best experience so far. Oakwood GA clinic was great but cottonwood has surpassed them. Thank you all for being there.

The VA has provided wonderful care for my husband's multiple and complicated health issues. We are so grateful for the health care doctors, nurses, technicians and all support staff. Amazing, compassionate, caring and competent services and programs.

These people are the best to help the children and their families, they are very knowledgeable, the therapists treat their clients as if they were part of their family, always with respect and kindness they are very attentive and understanding in the conditions of each patient. The place is impressive, don't hesitate to visit them, they offer the help you need.

They helped me I went there for depression and bad thoughts, they listened to me I spent a week there but they got me on the right track now I’m feeling better.

Oh my goodness, this program is so dynamic for mental health and substance use disorders. I am in the right place 1000 times better than the program I just came out of. I’m so jazzed I see light at the end of the tunnel!

So need to give A big shout out to the Payson VA clinic. The staff is awesome, and really like working with Dr. Lowe on my health care, really a great doctor that I feel very comfortable in talking to. Great job Payson VA. I am sure that there negative stories, but I have had awesome care, and will continue to support this clinic.

Dr. Lowe and staff do a fantastic job! Customer Service is fantastic. Nina and Kat will take good care of you when you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Their nurses, Cory and Angie, are very friendly and courteous and will provide you with professional services. If you are a veteran, give this place a try. I was sent here at age 16 from another treatment facility. My experience wasn't too bad at all. They supplied me with the necessary items upon my arrival and a color coded uniform so others understood I was new. Different colors came with different treatment. I made some decent friends and unfortunately lost touch with them. Honestly, this place isn't for kids who just simply have bad attitudes, this place is for kids who don't know when to stop acting out and only get worse over time. I've met some girls here who had made scarier choices than me. From my experience the staff only confronted or restrained those who continued giving them attitude or tried to fight them or other girls. I personally wouldn't consider it torture, but things could have drastically changed since I've been there. They had a good amount of activities to keep every one busy and allowed the girls to make a small amount of money by working in the kitchen or other small duties. The group homes they have weren't bad at all either unless, again, you acted out massively. This place taught me that life is what you make of it and that actions will have consequences. Not just for you, but others around you as well.

This place has been a great caring healing place for our daughter. Don’t let the previous reviews affect your choice to be in the place you need to be to heal.

Wonderful staff that really care

I was through the house in 2002 2003 and it changed my life. Because of the six month program that I went through here I have been able to stay sober for over 11 and a half years . This place is not here to learn how to not drink it is here to learn about yourself so you could choose to not drink.

Been there done that but ill keep coming back. Only if you are truly honest with yourself and ready for a change and mean it =") i was not ready.. My choices bad decisions yet' Hey, I am learning from y mistakes I did to myself, is it making me better than anyone else hell no lol =P However, it is making a better person. ill keep coming back one day ill get it right, its never too late and its when your ready for it. Every who made it past their first year. Congrats! =") your my inspiration I can't do it just yet, I can I choose not too =P only being honest, however when my life get's un-mannage_able i be right back in, for courage and support. thank''s =") Glad their are places and people out their who can help each other to better them self's =") I am still having my fun. After all I am still in y twenties =P lol have a good day everyone and keep coming back-it works if -YOU- work it :)

Many activities and groups with opportunities to socialize. A good place to hang out and get out of the weather. They offer many helpful services as well.

Gave birth mid august my care team was great! The entire OB ward did a fabulous job after a lengthy labor. Super attentive. Very respectful. Though this hospital could be updated, the rooms were clean! Thank-you to the staff for taking care of me and my first baby! It was tough but this staff made us as comfortable as possible during our 4 day stay. Greatly appreciated, Ahéhee!
