This was such a a great place to be and it really helped me on my healing journey. It was such a a healing environment. I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Pasadena villa was for me. I did a month in their residential program and a month in their PHP program. When I came to Pasadena villa I was a mess a week off of an eight month alcohol bender where I was a functioning alcoholic. Through being at Pasadena villa Smokey mountain lodge I found myself. Not the person I was before but the best version of me there is. The therapists helped me realize that I am an amazing person. They helped me learn to cope with my PTSD and all of the events that led to it. I now know how to cope with healthy ways instead of substances. The staff as a whole is so amazing and accommodating to each individual’s needs. During my time there I learned so much about myself. I learned that I have a passion for helping others and spreading awareness for mental health. I learned that I want to be a model so that I can make a name for myself to be a mental health advocate. Not just for future people going to Pasadena villa but for anyone in the world that thinks they are alone. The groups are amazing they help so much with whatever you are going through and are trying to recover from. The food is always amazing and the chef’s accommodations to any dietary restrictions whatsoever. Overall Pasadena villa is amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a place to go.

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

English mountain is honestly the best rehab I've ever been to. I'm now currently at new hope but I miss my English mountain facilitators soooo much. As well as my therapist, corey. I'm ngl, I wish I was still there instead of new hope because I actually felt like I was getting so much out of the classes and from my therapist. This is a great facility and I feel like it saved my life from alcoholism. This is the first time I feel like I can do this. If you do the work, go to the meetings and take your recovery seriously, you can stay sober. If you stay in your room and do not participate in your recovery, that is in no way a reflection of EMR. Best experience ever and I feel set free as I continue to work on myself.

I am a chronic relapser and this is by far the best inpatient rehab I have ever been to. It’s a very comfortable environment in a house. In other words it did not remind me of an institution. It was extremely educational and I was comfortable opening up from the moment I walked in. The staff were all outstanding and teared each person with love and care. Almost like a family. I’ve been to no less than 15 rehabs including Cumberland Heights in Nashville and this was the best one by far. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling.

If I could help any other female that’s struggling with addiction of any kind, I would beg them to run, not walk, to Journey Pure’s Women’s Center.
The best gifts usually don’t come wrapped in little robin’s egg blue Tiffany’s boxes (though those are great)! JPWC is one of those. Please don’t be fooled by other facilities’ beautiful buildings and possible gimmicks. This may be the older toy in the toy box, and not the shiny new one, but it is the absolute best. I had tried another on a pretty campus in Dickson county before and was one of 76 women and about the same number of men. Having guys around when you’re trying to focus on getting sober and maintain lifelong sobriety can be (not always) a distraction.
The balance of having some autonomy and responsibility being able to prepare your own meals and make your bed every morning accompanied with the responsibilities of a daily chore only enhance the self worth component they drive in hard.
The campus is on top of a beautiful hill with a trail around the pasture, so take in the nature’s beauty when able.
Do your research! This place has double
The success rate of others. The staff are all loving and fun with a good dose of tough love when needed (let’s face it - addicts are a little high maintenance, especially when detoxing). They put up with a LOT very patiently. The nurses are all precious & truly care. The daily education is date and science researched and backed. I just can’t say enough.
The only improvements would be healthier food options, exercise equipment, and updating the decor, as it is dated with some stains here and there, but hey, we are all perfectly imperfect.
The other component I want to touch on is having such a small number of women. We had 8 most of my stay, but they can house 16. This only helps to encouraging and enabling our ability to open up and be vulnerable. I peeled my entire life onion to a bunch of strangers my first days. We were all able to say and share things with each other that we have never, ever been able to say out loud or share with our own family or supposed friends. These ladies will be my sober sisters for life. In fact, I already started a group chat among us to help lift each other up throughout our first days of sobriety, And we are going to have a weekly zoom support group with ourselves to add to our Recovery toolbox. The tenderness you will feel immediately with strangers will help you on your journey to lifelong sobriety, if you should so choose.
The Shelbys, The Tiffanys, Zara, Brittany, Tesla, Curtis, Ben, Carla, Erin, Cathy, Kathryn, Courtney….they will love you or your loved one hard while helping bring out the best in them!

Silver ridge was a fantastic place to go through the recovery process. I have done inpatient treatment once before but this place exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location in the country with a Mountain View. Accommodations are nice especially if you’re are in residential treatment in the main house. Classes are intense and fun at the same time. I really learned a lot about my addiction. Counselors, for the most part, are experienced and knowledgeable with most of them being in recovery themselves. They are very helpful accommodating the needs of clients and setting up after care treatment.
The kitchen serves delicious prepared food everyday and even the kitchen crew are great people.
Would highly recommend this place. The clients were all so friendly and I made some friends for life. Great vibe here.
The only hiccup I had was some issues with insurance and FML leave so you’ll have to stay on top of that but the problems were resolved.

I recently attended treatment there and had a pretty good experience :) Pretty much THE entire staff was great except for my "assigned" therapist. Karen, your groups were SO helpful & I learned a lot from you. Kevin, you are a god sent. Julie, Felicia, Sean, Ms. Marie & majority of nursing...the list goes on... ❤️ Thank you guys for keeping me motivated & giving me the strength to not give up. I definitely had my highs and lows but made it through. Pretty facility with a great view. Wish there were a few more activities to do but all in all it was good. I wasn't too fond of corporate coming in and making the terminations they did especially when having so many clients present because it definitely caused us to stress more than we needed to. There's a few other things but it's probably best I don't say them here lol. All in all, I am very grateful for Harmony's help in getting me sober. Thanks guys!

This facility Red Oak recovery center is a unique treatment 👌 facility that gives clients space and time to heal. For me I know I gained a clear understanding of who l was and what I needed to do in order to love opening my eyes every morning. I found that I was ungrateful. If you're truly tired of being sick and tired. The methadone clinic is the way to go. Unlike Saboxine there is no blocker so keep that in mind if you try and twilight. I'm not saying that it can't be done just start low and stay alive. I promise after you get your milagrams up where they need to be that is when you realize that you longer need the garbage that you thought you were so addicted to and couldn't do without you find your self not even craving. I think methadone saves the lives of the ones actually trying even though your going to another opiate, at least it's controlled and know what your taking instead of getting a fentanyl shot that could take your last breath so I feel it's a good thing they are doing for the patients that want to get away from the illegal drugs

Journey Pure's outpatient center in Knoxville is a fantastic option for IOP. The staff are so kind and caring and really supportive of your recovery. The providers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in filling and adjusting MAT/psych/general medications. The therapists and group leaders are wonderful and understanding of any situation and they show so much love. I highly recommend this center for IOP for anyone in recovery.

I've been in treatment 14 years. God and Medmark gave me my life back. If you truly want to feel normal again and get your life back on track then I suggest starting treatment ASAP. I have the best councillor anybody could ever have. Sherry Barnes knows me inside and out! The reason I don't go to a clinic closer to me is because of Sherry. You've got to have a councillor that you trust or your treatment could become jeopardized. So if you are ready to get your life back then I suggest Medmark and Sherry Barnes!

I have been going to this treatment center since August. In that amount of time I have seen people heal from opiate addiction to move on to healthier and better lives. I will say that the counselors at this clinic care deeply about each one of the people who walks through the door every day. If you struggle with addiction, I would suggest calling and talking to one of the counselors. Truly they care.

Broke down up here in Blairsville on our way home to Marietta. Needed to guest dose for 3 days and they ended up going above and beyond to do what they could to help us. Extremely thankful for this place. The director is definitely a lot more helpful and nice than the director at our home clinic. Definitely recommending them to anyone that needs them in this area. I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself

My stay here helped save my life! While the program is rigorous and rules are strict - if you throw yourself fully into the process, you will see results. Staff is warm and caring and are always trying to meet clients where they’re at. Hopefully I never need to, but I would return here for treatment if I had to.

I have been going to the adult center since 2003. I have always received top notch care. The staff in the back is always 100% committed to helping me live my life to the fullest even though I struggle with a mental diagnosis. I have seen several different people over the years and I can say every one was thorough and listened to my input about what worked and didn’t work for me in medications. Times when I was uninsured they immediately got me enrolled in a safety net program which makes my meds 3.00. Only negative is having to come in face to face every 3 months bc I am bad about keeping appointments. Nurses line always answers questions the same day and will call until they reach me.

They have played a huge part in me getting my life back. I am currently MAT program (Springdale location) and also 5 years ago I completed a program they had for mothers who struggled with addiction (Lafollette location). They have always been very understanding and you can tell they aren’t there to judge from the bottom of their heart they want to make a difference. I’m pretty sure I’ve dealt with every provider, counselor, and staff (not including case workers) at Springdale location and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They put up with a lot as far as patients with many mental illness I’ve seen it firsthand. But they are always kind and professional ❤️ I cannot put into words how grateful I am! I thought maybe a google review was a good start 😆
