Amber the front desk lady is very sweet, the doctor Kaitlyn was also nice understandingand LISTENED to what i was saying she made sure to go over everything and didnt let me leave until i felt she answerd and understood me, I have been the past and had issues with staff not time is was treated like a Normal human with no mental illness.

I came to the Lodge broken and defeated, and had practically given up. I had little to no light left in my eyes nor did I have any hope at getting better. I had spent 2 days on the phone with my insurance company and various facilites trying to find somewhere to go. I discovered Smokey Mountain Lodge through some referrals and picked up the phone. Within 3 hours I had been assessed, approved, and had a bed secured. The next day I spent 4 hours in the car to get there. I was hesitant, my time at the Lodge was my 4th residential treatment facility and I doubted if I would get anything out of it. After all, I had been playing the psych ward game for a long time. The following will describe my experience at the Lodge: It was nothing short of life changing and life saving. The facility itself is beautiful. The surrounding scenery was so tranquil. A beautiful view of a mountain, a lovely garden to walk through, you are surrounded by nature. They offer a gym you have 24/7 access to. They do have weights, but using them must be supervised by a tech. The food was fantastic, they have an excellent culinary team. The team of techs were incredible, you can tell they actually care about their clients and offer a huge amount of support (Special shoutout to Ty and Heidi). Group therapy was insanely helpful. They offered a large variety of psychoeducational and recreational groups. They taught DBT, CBT, ACT, diagnostic education, and much more. They have a fully stocked art room and two amazing recreational therapists to accompany it. Matt and Haley were awesome, they always had fun and engaging groups. Special shoutout to Jadie, while she was an intern she was incredible at psychoeducation, her groups were fantastic. The nursing department was exceptional as well. I loved my provider, she really listened to me and helped me find a medication regiment that was effective. My experience with one on one therapy was also fantastic. Lexi is great. She helped me process a lot of my trauma, start the healing process, and find value in myself. I made unforgettable connections with my peers as well. I will never forget the friends I made at SML. If you are hesitant about going to treatment, I understand. We all are. But, in my opinion, the Lodge is 100% worth your time and effort. Put the work in and you can get better just like I did.

After many years, my daughter finally realized she needed help. I liked what I saw online about the Lodge so we chose it for her care. She stayed in residential for a month and then PHP for another month. Our experience was excellent. She was safe and fully supported. The staff and professionals were caring and supportive. They even have a family support group to support those at home. I would definitely choose it again if the need was there.

I had never realized the warm appeal of wanderlust that can be found in the Smoky Mountains. For those who may not know, wanderlust means having the desire to explore and not stay in one place for too long. The magic of the program at Pasadena Villa can transform you in many ways. During the first few days, anxiety is normal for everyone. But the warm smiles of the other residents, psych techs, nurses, and therapists make it feel like a welcoming home. The stories you hear can take you across the United States and even to other countries. The inspiration you begin to feel can take you all the way to the stars. Come see for yourself. This was my first visit to the Franklin, NC VA Clinic and I have nothing but praise for the Staff and Facility. I didn't wait near as long as civilian medical facilities, and all the Staff I encountered were friendly, engaging, and professional. The two different appointments I had were both very helpful, and I knew my health was in good hands. I'm actually amazed at how many services they provide in such a compact space.

This VA is very nice, small... but super helpful. I left the Blairsville GA clinic for this one... And it was the best choice I made. Great doctors who listen and when you have big problems, they send you to Ashville, which is a beautiful campus (unlike the VA in Atlanta) If you are a vet in the area, this is a good clinic.

I went into journey pure in January 5th.I couldn't have ask for better rehab.Everyonne was caring and loving.I am so thankful for Ben Angel and Nikki and short Shelby and tall Shelby .Most of all in September when I first went Tiffany the short red head stopped me from leaving and was really there for me.She no longer works there but I will always remember her.Im also very grateful for Shannon and Makayla and also Tesla.There is also Gabby and Denisia grats for there help also. I am a totally different person now thanks everyone

The program at Silver Ridge is great and has really helped me with my recovery journey. The food is absolutely fantastic. Chef, Kendall, and Jan are always super friendly. If you have the opportunity to step down into the PHP program after completing the residential program, I highly recommend to do so! My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything. My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓! The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in. You won't regret going there. I promise!

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

This VA center in Knoxville, tn is probably the best one I have ever been too. They are great from schedules, lab work and seeing the providers. All of the providers are excellent. Everyone i have met there seems to care for veterans and always thank us and always say hello , good bye and have a nice day. That makes a difference. I was at both men’s Red Oak campuses from October 17, 2025- December 12, 2025. It was my second try at rehab (first time at The Estate in MS (4/25-5/25). Key take aways from my experience: 1. The success rate for staying clean after rehab is slim. 2. The difference between my first time to rehab and second time at Red Oak in the grand scheme of things was that I knew what to expect in a general since, had specific things I wished I would have known the first go around mindset wise, spiritual wise, and participation wise. 3. I don’t think there’s a rehab that’s perfect, and if you have a negative mindset and attitude you will always find things that lack and things you wished rehab had. 4. The outcome was far better than the first time because I had been plagued with not knowing how to feel or communicate when I first got clean, but at red oak I had so many successes and break throughs, main ones during the last 2 weeks which is incredible seeing I busted my ass during the entirety of my stay and only worked with positivity and optimism. 5. Again, your time at any rehab regardless of the program success wise is not based on any specific amount of time so make the time count, don’t have too high of expectations, participate as much as possible, And don’t take yourself too seriously. I have never heard of anyone that has stayed clean long term that didn’t actively participate during groups. I don’t think there’s is a rehab that’s perfect in regards to keeping you busy throughout the entire day. Most of my breakthrough moments happened during the down time when I was bored out of my mind and felt depressed. It was the perception change that took place from a negative view or mindset to a positive one and has carried over into now. The mountain campus with bump beds and and Residential campus all in one residential house were a lot different. I originally went to Red Oak expecting to only stay a month until I was made aware of the the second step after residential was the PHP Program in the mountains. I was kind of confused seeing it was supposed to mean a “half step down”care wise, but the only difference was that you punched out your medication with your own hands (while being monitored). It was also confusing to me that the rest of the patients at the mountain campus (except for the guys that also came from the residential campus) were admitted to the PHP program without any clean time and had were with the same caliber severity wise. It wasn’t a big deal in regards of the difference between a patient that is a month clean vs. a day clean, but it did make me question why I had to spend 1 month in a less developed program of the 2 and that the other clients didn’t have to and could do however much time in the mountains, but I was lucky enough to be given a scholarship to the PHP mountain campus due to my efforts made in residential so I’m happy with the outcome of the situation, so I could see that being an issue in someone else’s story. I had a great experience at the residential campus and really enjoyed both of my therapists because they both challenged me and didn’t settle for my shit (Jennifer in residential and Colleen during PHP). The PHP mountain campus also has a daily hour and a half process therapy group that is led by 3 licensed clinicians. It really made me feel more optimistic to divulge anything regarding to how I felt or headspace I was in because there were multiple feedback loops. The main part I think about with what I got the most out of the situation wasn’t really so much advice on how to feel or judgement, it was that I had 3 times as many licensed clinicians to interact with that all made me equally feel like my story was valid and 3 times as many times to be validated on whatever it was I was sharing. Communication side kinda sucked being letters only but it also probably was a good thing. Shout outs to Paul the director, Charlie, as well as to Tyler, Matt, Caleb, Jay, both Mikes, Kirsten, Shelly, Ann, and Riley!

I keep seeing posts saying this company is “money hungry” but one thing is, Citico works WITH you. I couldn’t pay for almost 60 days. They helped me get insurance for 8$ a month that pays for my medicine and better yet allows me to get medical treatment like I would on tenncare. They are sweet understanding people. I LOVE my routine when I go. Seeing the friendly security guy (my personal favorite) to seeing the beautiful women at front, sorry forgot their names but those women especially the light skin one is so SWEET. My care broke down and one of the workers offered to jump my car. They have been so good to me. Their job is hard. I came in the first day angry and agitated and wanted a fix. They worked with me. Put me in top of the queue and gave me water to calm me down. The woman usually in room 1 with the glasses and brown hair I feel like is my FRIEND. Cause she’s been with me from the beginning helping me get up on my dosage milligrams.

I've been in treatment 14 years. God and Medmark gave me my life back. If you truly want to feel normal again and get your life back on track then I suggest starting treatment ASAP. I have the best councillor anybody could ever have. Sherry Barnes knows me inside and out! The reason I don't go to a clinic closer to me is because of Sherry. You've got to have a councillor that you trust or your treatment could become jeopardized. So if you are ready to get your life back then I suggest Medmark and Sherry Barnes!

I have been going to this treatment center since August. In that amount of time I have seen people heal from opiate addiction to move on to healthier and better lives. I will say that the counselors at this clinic care deeply about each one of the people who walks through the door every day. If you struggle with addiction, I would suggest calling and talking to one of the counselors. Truly they care.

Broke down up here in Blairsville on our way home to Marietta. Needed to guest dose for 3 days and they ended up going above and beyond to do what they could to help us. Extremely thankful for this place. The director is definitely a lot more helpful and nice than the director at our home clinic. Definitely recommending them to anyone that needs them in this area. My stay here helped save my life! While the program is rigorous and rules are strict - if you throw yourself fully into the process, you will see results. Staff is warm and caring and are always trying to meet clients where they’re at. Hopefully I never need to, but I would return here for treatment if I had to.

I was here over the weekend and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The staff are incredibly friendly and work diligently to help patients. I did not feel judged or pressured to talk about my trauma at all. My favorite counselor was Jes, she really made me feel so much safer and her group sessions are the best. I went here in 2017 and it was on of the best thing that has ever happened its a different life and it takes a few days to adjust but when u do u live a whole better life then u are used to you do a lot of group and one on one session but after 28 day u learn how to live the right way here I sit with 7 years under my belt and all because of this place if u really want to get clean and live the right way then this Is for you but u have to want it it's hard but at the end you will thank yourself
