I went to KLEAN almost ten years ago now. It was my first time doing inpatient rehab and thankfully was my only time. I stayed for around 3 and half months enough time to know I was done with heroin for the foreseeable future. They helped me get into postive routines and kept them up for a year after rehab. Things like going to meetings often and getting a sponsor things like that. In December it will be 9 years since I used heroin. I did all the work my self and if I wasnt ready I wouldnt have stoped but I can say for sure the counselors and staff helped me start my journey to being free from dope

I personally had no issues, but there was tons of drama there and it was very stressful on me personally. I was only there a week and 3 days and left and flew back home to cali. There is a really good male psychiatrist there who actually I met with a few days before I left, I can not recall his name but with his insight he really helped me figure out the things causing me to self medicate. I ended up getting clean on my own and have been clean now for 11 months almost a year!

I was impressed with the care of the staff & how each client was treated as an individual. Sometimes a little laid back but overall I believe my life was saved there by following treatment plan developed for me. Everyone was so very nice, very direct & honestly showing concern. The food was Fantastic & kitchen staff very flexible. I learned much during my 30 days of treatment & use the knowledge daily to guide me in my one day at a time sober way of living. I am very pleased & all my family say it was money well soent.

I have been to every clinic in Portland and this clinic is by far the best one the only problem is that corporate will not pay the nurses enough so they can't get anybody to work there there is so many people going to this clinic that they should be making piles of money I suspect that corporate in Florida is taking all the profits and not investing back in the clinic that's making them more money then any of there other clinics anywhere and it's not fair to the clients because they have to spend sometimes 5 hours to get there meds. I know I have had to go to the clinic 4 days I'm a row to finly get my 27 take outs they will only have one nurse to fill everyone's meds for the whole day because all the other nurses go on vacation at the same time and the clinic has no sense to call a temp agency for situations like this they just let us all suffer the whole day to get out meds as soon as they fix this. Well the service has gotten much better as long as they keep enough staff on it's the best clinic in the Portland metro area I have gone to 5 or them so far each with there own problems I don't want to have to wait in huge lines but a promise is a promise and I'm a honest person I want to believe . They have hi Ed more nurses so it has been much better experience to go there and it's the only clinic that I don't dread going to new season is more respectful as long as you stay respectful you will not have a problem remember they deal with probably close to a thousand people a day sometimes it just depends on how many of us M27 are here at the same time because it takes us a good 15 minutes to see the nurse and they have been working all morning and it gets donting doing the same thing all day and then dealing with us try to take your problems to your counselor first because when everyone is irritated it's hard to get along and as long as everyone trys to get along and stay calm the smother things go and the days that are bad you just have to deal with it laitly there it's been smooth I'm I'm and out in less then 30 minutes most time and that is a blessing I have been other places I will not mention them there not worth it I have spent 8 hours a day in them for weeks on end when I was just starting out it was a nightmare but it's never been that bad here over Christmas was tuff but it's back to normal again thank God if you are having problems with fetty please come here and get help I have lost so many people I loved to that crap and I love opiates don't tell anyone lol but fentanyl is not a opiat it's poison made in buckets is sewers I'm not joking and it is just imatating opiats anyway and killing you at the same time please come get help it goes away you just have to give it a chance and save your mom and dad and brothers and sisters and your friends from the heartache that they will go through when they loose you it's just a matter of time it will happen unless you do something about it so think about your children and everyone that cares about you I care about you and I don't know you yet and hope to do so some day and not read about you in the paper in some story about tragedy ok please come be calm and you will get help thank you for reading my review I spend alot of time doing them when it matters and they have changed this place for the better so if you have been before come back it's better do it for all of us to ok later

I had no idea why I was there in the first place, and as I continued attending, I was provided very helpful tools to help me understand myself and my situation a little better. I have nothing but great things to say about them, except maybe the parking situation could be a bit better, but I am not judging 😉.

All of the tools and resources you need are available here. Although the true impetus for progress is found within, there are people here who genuinely care about their patients and their patients recovery. Carter, Mark, Sage and Dane to name a few employees at Crestview who have been instrumental in helping me find value in life, and foster a loving relationship with myself. In doing so I am able to share that kindness with friends, family, and strangers alike (not always easy!) . It may or may not work for you but it worked for me. I just took it seriously, I took suggestions, and I wasnt afraid to face my problems head on thanks to the coping skills and fresh perspectives I gained while at Crestview. The mystery of life isn't a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.

This place saved me.
At first arrival, I was sketched out for sure. I was about to leave when two of the staff, Scott and John spoke with me and put me at enough ease to check in to the detox facility. I had so much trepidation but once I was in, I was so happy I stayed. Each and every one of the staff is amazing! From the nurses who are awesome(Boo especially), the BHT’s who genuinely care and go above and beyond to bring as much comfort as possible during my stay, to the therapists and medical clinicians, all were a huge part of my recovery. Even the C level, Bethany was present and available when needed.
The food was great and regularly improving.
The beds were comfortable, rooms are basic but everything that is needed. The room I was in had a Roku tv so I was fortunate but from what I heard every room will be getting one which is nice to be able to be able to secluded myself when I wanted and just zone out to shows to pass time.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this facility for any detox needs.

Bridgeway was amazing, my friend took me here after another 5 day black out after I had been sober for 33 days. The counselors & the rest of the staff here were amazing & incredibly helpful and understanding, then after talking with the counselors I decided to do residential treatment which was just as amazing. I’m doing outpatient treatment with them now & I’m coming up on 90 of sobriety on 7/31/25, life changing experience & im so greatful for this program.

Great place, but sadly it wasn't a place for me. A big Thank You to Billie😊👍for the kindness and support you showed while I was there, as you made all the difference in me getting and now staying clean. I am now off the streets and in an apartment which I could never have accomplished while using, so everyday is a testament of the care and support you showed to me. To anyone considering coming here for treatment - do it. The other reviews posted during COVID are not representative of how the facility is now (not to mention they have never put anyone into "quarantine," it's not even that kind of facility).
It's not perfect, nothing is, but this program, the staff, and the others in program with me changed my life. But, it took time. Plus, there are tons of post program support.
I still miss the connection I felt with everyone there.
It will be what you make of it, so give it a shot and embrace it. It's worth it.

I was disappointed that I didn’t get to finish this program but was incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. I unfortunately needed a higher level of care than PHP but the month I was at this location was spent in kind and caring arms. My team truly wanted the best for me every single minute of being there (whether my ed liked it or not) and these clinicians immediately met me where I was at. The staff were all incredible and so were the other clients. A major shoutout to the BEST dietician Sam, Paige for being on my side, and so many other lovely people that stood by me. This place is wonderful and I hope anyone looking for help comes here:)

DeeAnn and Kyle are both awesome! They're very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
Kyle is also patient and persistent. While it took a while to find the right meds, we hit upon one that pulled me right out of a deep, dark, scary place. The next med we tried after that brought me to normalcy again. Kyle's a miracle worker! He also understands situational causes of depression, not just the biological side.

My provider is Jane Takeda, NP, and she has been excellent. I've been to this clinic 3 or 4 times now, and its has gone smoothly. The staff at the front were professional, I was seen in a timely manner, and Jane is very knowledgeable and has a great demeanor.

This Clinic Saved my life, I want to thank the entire staff from me and my family, I walked into there with no hope, i walked in without an appointment and somehow got the luckiest break of my life, No they are not a doctors office to go to if you are only looking for meds you want, this is the place that will get you help and save your life, in a month and a half, I’ve gotten 2 iron infusions a holter monitor, a referral for a dental, on the Correct medication Thank you everyone, from Receptionist to Bloodwork nurses and Dr Jane Takeda and team you gave me hope

I called Starting Point about 2 months ago. I needed to get my License restated by the WA DOL. The treatment agency I went to closed down and won't respond to my emails. They are the only people who could send info to the DOL and release my drivers license. When I called, I spoke with Kristi. She gave me some helpful information and then got me in touch with De. Between the 2 of them I GOT MY LICENSE BACK!!!!! They were able to contact DOL with all my proof that I completed everything required. I am so grateful! What a relief. They really do want to help people!

This team of people are absolutely amazing. They truly care and and in my experience the best IOP I have participated in. Unfortunately I have participated in quite a few with almost 4 decades of addiction issues. But today I am free indeed and Starting Point helped me get there and stay free.
