Staff Herr are great and very helpful.

They have this unique quality of listening to you and making you feel comfortable while you are a patient, answering your questions and leaving everything clear and specifying the situation! They give me a lot of confidence that I can do this and achieve it!

Even though it is a little drive from John Day. I was very happy to see the Nurse and the Doctor. Very friendly, kind, effecient, and very intelligent! I found out about my meds I didn't know before! I got free hot coffee. The lab girls were great too. One try stick and she hit paydirt! My blood pressure was high as well as my cholesterol. Dang, it's bad enough but so thankful thats all it is!

Brand new facility. Same friendly staff. Still great service. More offices, and complete facility, Larger parking lot. Easy access from I 84. More direct route.

Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!

What a great experience at Lake District Wellness Center, they literally saved my life, This is the right place if you want to get well. I never felt alone during my recovery, the staff always encourages you to overcome your addiction!

I haven’t found such an all inclusive facility with amazing, kinds Drs, pharmacists and medical assistants. Theirs is the from desk and she is the best. I see Dr Deppo as my primary care Dr, my psychiatrist and miscellaneous things but they also have their own pharmacy in the building called GEONA it’s one stop, but I’d like to enforce that. It’s the quality of care and the kindness you receive at Summit also known as Acacia give it a try

I’ve felt so supported here. The staff are friendly, the counselors really listen, and my mental health has truly improved.

While I have had some less than ideal experiences with trying to get mental health services here, most of my interactions with CHD have been with the lovely people who do their public health/immunization services. I've been working through a needle phobia and the nicest people I've ever gotten shots from are here! Very kind, patient, and non-judgemental. I would recommend that people of any age who are bad with needles go here for their vaccinations.

I wouldn't be where I am today without the help of the CHD. This place, and the people who work here really truly care about the community, and everyone in it.

Nurse Amanda Underwood. Practice better listening and coming up with solutions instead of shutting down everything we say and nearly arguing and nit picking on what we are doing wrong. Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.

I must share that I’m super impressed with the Medical Doctors, PAs, Nurses, lab technicians and all staff at this clinic. They are very caring, very compassionate, they listen, they take action, they are very communicative and quick to respond to your needs, and all are extremely competent in their respective areas. They never seem like they are trying to hurry up your appointment, they take their time to fully understand all of your needs. The office is very clean, welcoming and well appointed. Parking is easy and close. I highly recommend this entire clinic!!

Worked with Dr. Rice for years. Seen a drastic improvement. He has changed my life for the better.

Wonderful doctor but unusual acting. He really knows people and how to help them. Sometimes though he will fall asleep during the session.

Dr. Rice has provided therapy for my son for 7 months. I have seen a marked improvement in his attitude as well as coping skills. Highly recommend Dr Rice!!!

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++ Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3 Andrew

I enrolled my daughter here a few months ago. It is located in a beautiful location in the mountains w a nice river that flows by it. The facilities are nice and it is well run. Had a good staff to child ratio. The staff are caring and nice and the program is very well thought out. The counselor she has is very good and they are teaching valuable skills. My daughter seems to like it there and we couldn’t be happier.

If it had not been for this amazing organization, I don't think my son would be alive today. I am so very grateful!

I attended Patch for 6 months and it really changed my life! The staff at Patch are very caring and they work hard to make sure that the mistakes and issues you have had and done in the past do not define who you can become! They do test you and push your buttons sometimes, but it helps you to not have thin skin when somebody tries to push your buttons to annoy you. The DBT skills I learned there have helped me to deal with things now in a better way, rather than just lying or getting into useless arguments about things that end up not even mattering within a few minutes. The food at Patch was great, they supplied healthy food that got us through the day, and they made sure that it was made with love! I am now a senior in high-school and captain of my JV basketball team! I still today keep in touch with the Patch staff by calling the boys dorm and whenever I feel like I need to vent or just tell them about my day, they are always there to answer and listen!

They have specific units for each step of your treatment. They help you from when you accept your problem then to teach you how to face it. The staff is very understanding and they are excellent people.

I’ve learned so much about myself and how to cope with life. The staff here is simply the best.

I feel safe talking about anything here. The counselors never rush you and really help you open up.

I go by Chris now but my name was Arielle madden at this facility, I suffered long term abuse at the hands of people who were supposed to care for me. Due to my disability I have extreme memory gaps from trauma so I am unable to speak of all of my experiences here but I will try. These staff have no compassion towards those who are trying their best to just survive in this place. We were given points based on how we acted, the system was very easy to screw over however, for example I got points for “self-esteem” I could literally just say “I love myself” and get points for the next day without having to mean it. I was undiagnosed with POTS, staying here every day they make you run laps around a giant field for rewards. But because of my disability i was unable to run most of the time and I would try and take a break but other staff would shame me for not being able to run anymore. The Calls are monitored so they make sure that you are only saying good stuff about safe center. Therapy sessions were just shaming me for past actions and not helping me find other ways to prevent that behavior or cope with my emotions. As someone with religious trauma the rookie/champion board further fueled my fear of being a bad person, because of the punishments they set in place if you were bad, you would become isolated, unable to do any activities, interact with kids or adults. I have trauma with male authoritive figures, there was a staff here that drove a motorcycle to safe center, like an abuser in my life So I was Already afraid of him because of ptsd. But one time this particular staff member had told me that It was break time was over and I was still talking and drawing (im fully deaf in one ear) then he raised his voice which was reasonable, I told him that I didn’t hear him and he accused me of ignoring him. I hated whenever that staff would work I would always dissociate for the entire day because I was terrified of him. I know I have more serious experiences than these but like I said, im not able to recall most of these memories because of how traumatic my time was here.
