Eagle Creek was truly a lifeline for our family. From my very first phone call, I could tell this was a place that was different. During an incredibly emotional and uncertain time, Luke, one of the owners, answered the phone himself. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. Luke connected me with Jeff, who showed the same level of compassion and sincerity. He was the first person throughout this entire process who paused to ask how I was doing, a simple question that meant so much during such a difficult time. That genuine care stayed with me. Getting my husband into Eagle Creek turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. The team there is exceptional in every sense of the word. I had the privilege of meeting several staff members, especially Arthur, Mel, and Matt, who went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness. Every person I encountered radiated warmth and a true desire to help people heal. I was deeply impressed by how purposeful every part of Eagle Creek’s program is. The therapies, counseling, and activities are all designed to help clients understand the roots of their addiction, grow personally, and develop the tools needed for lasting recovery. Their approach is clearly effective and equips clients to leave ready to maintain sobriety and build a fulfilling life. Because of Eagle Creek’s remarkable program and compassionate staff, my husband has truly transformed for the better. It is clear that everyone there is deeply committed to helping people recover, not because it is their job, but because they genuinely care. I will forever be grateful to the entire Eagle Creek team for their compassion, dedication, and humanity. They gave my husband and our family hope, healing, and a fresh start.

Life changing. The most attentive staff ever in this field! I Was always truely listened to every time from the Nurses, Yoga, Techs, Counselors, Dr's, Psych,and management. Insane living quarters, endless food & snacks. They let us live a life in there also if we had special needs outside of Northpoint that needed tending to. I left and added a piece of my Soul in both directions. Still working on my DBT book and greatful every morning as I open it up. They tought us how to live in Recovery, not just memorize coping mechanisms & recognize triggers Northpoint is truly the Master in the Rehabilitation & Treatment field! Touche, Bravo, well done!

It wasn't only a place to recover but a place to feel safe to rediscover who you are. I gained a sense of community and friendships. The entire staff was amazing and caring. I'm glad I had the opportunity experience the beginning of a life changing journey.

My time at Moonlight's Sky Ranch location was well spent. As someone who really needed to get healthy and start living again, and is now in the IOP phase, I can't recommend this program enough. I'm glad to be giving sobriety a chance, and I'm grateful to Moonlight for helping me give myself that chance.

Had a great time at skyranch, moonlight gives you the tools and at the end of the day it’s about what you do with it. You wont be perfect at the end of the day without putting the work in yourself. And even after that you wont be perfect. Life is full of ups and downs and it’s about the journey and the steps you take. Life aint easy. After the program they also pay for 3 Months of free housing as long as you go to the iop classes every day, Mon tru fri. It’s a great chance to get on top of your life! Be the change you want to be in the world!!! If i can do it you can, i promise you that💯

My experience here has been amazing eye opening the treatment here has bad things to my attention that I've never thought of in my long years of treatment and addiction and on top of that the environment is something I haven't experienced before I'm in a room with a jet tub huge shower and a bidet huge kitchen the comfortability of this place has allowed me to relax and pay attention to my work on sobriety

I’ve been to the Sleep Lab and the Dermatology Clinic. Staff in both clinics are amazing. Quick and efficient care, and they listen to my needs.

I’m so grateful for this facility and their amazing staff. I need immediate help and they gave me every resource possible to help me feel stable. Group therapy multiple times a day, fed breakfast, lunch and dinner (actual decent meals), peaceful environment, you get your own room, I can keep going. I was hesitant to go, but was pleasantly surprised. If you or someone you love is struggling, I highly recommend this facility. Thank you again to the amazing staff!

I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. The way we connected was perfect, she made it so easy for me to come forward and be honest about my addiction, and that is never easy! Also my counselor Stephanie is amazing! I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. The way they care and walk you thru what to do while going through the symptoms is so touching. Ive never felt anyone care that much that i was in pain then my mother. I can say that if it wasn't for the staff at raise the bottom. I would not be off fentynal, and I wouldn't be wanting to go in everyday and dose..But I do because of them, because they made it to where I was comfortable to go in. Comfortable to be honest and open with them. Thank you all. ❤️ Everything I said was pure honesty & from the heart. You all are amazing & keep doing what your doing. Because you guys are saving so many lives & it sucks how it is unnoticed by many! I appreciate everything 🙏

First off I have to thank Jason Coombs, the owner of Brick House. A good friend of mine that went through this program set up a time to meet with him. Assuming the busy man that he is, he took time out of his day to meet me and hear my story. He is genuine, authentic, and truly cared about me and my recovery to sobriety. Both him and Archie were there with me through my initial detox. Through text and phone calls they were there with me every step of the way and luckily they were able to get me into the program very shortly after. Having this be my first treatment center I can honestly say that God put me here for a reason. Having first and foremost it being a faith base treatment center. It has reestablised my relationship with my higher power in such a way that has been infectious not only to me, but also to those around me. The curriculum and knowledge that the coaches, counselors, and staff have, has monumental in my strides towards my life long recovery. The program has been thought out in such a methodical and purposeful way. Not only for the people in treatment, but for their families too. They have programs set up for them to have a better understanding and gain on addiction. Everyone at Brick house recovery truly cares about every single person in treatment. Being an addict for 27 years. This is the first time I’ve been completely sober in 35 days. Yes I’m still early into my recovery, but I can honestly say that I could not have done this without this program. The physical part is one thing, but when you start digging into your emotional sobriety, that’s when the true work begins, and every person that works at Brick house knows what it takes to help you succeed. I’m gaining so much from this program and I’m learning so much about myself. More than I ever could have thought. Top notch care to the fullest!!

Brickhouse has been absolutely incredible. I've been going through the roughest time of my life for these past few years, and Brickhouse has really helped me see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The counsellors are amazing and so are all the people. It's filled with a bunch of people trying to better themselves and it's easy to relate to so many people and their experiences. I'm so incredibly grateful for everyone at Brickhouse!

Personally I’ve been going to Trivium through my struggles and even after! They are beyond awesome! The care team and everyone who works here is amazing! Open minded people very understanding and they work with you and your schedule! (As long as you communicate with them) I always enjoy coming in for class it’s always insightful.

Had to get an assessment done early September 2025. Couldn't get a hold of them over the phone but was an easy process once I went into the office to schedule one. Overall I feel like my experience was as good as it could be considering the situation i put myself in.

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

Holy Baker House. This is the best residential treatment for addiction. Run by professionals who know how to help addicts save themselves. Recovering men and women, restoring hope and leading addicts to a promising future. I graduated their 90 day residential program. It is the hardest thing I have ever done, and 100% worth it. Every person who works at Baker House plays a very important role in each persons recovery. If you are suffering from addiction or know someone who is please go to these people for real help. Recover yourself as soon as possible. With all my heart I am forever grateful to Baker House. Hallelujah, StaR Griffin.

I checked into Baker House December 12, 2018 and graduated 110 days later with hope and a future. I'm 11 months clean now and my life is better today than I ever imagined it could be. Thank you to all of the staff who are there for me and supported me. Without you I wouldn't be where I am today.
