I can’t say enough good things about RBH!! I showed up in October 2016 spiritual bankrupt Not happy to be there. Slowly but surely the staff and camaraderie between the residence help show me a a whole new way of life. Helped show me a new way of thinking an a whole new way of looking at the world. Gave me a solid foundation in the sober community in the lakes region which is where I still live today. I still feel very much part of the RBH community. I still have a lot solid friendships thanks to RBH and I love seeing the guys around town and at meetings. Lotta good memories!! Riverbank house definitely helped push my life in a positive direction and I’ll ever be grateful.

The experience I had at the Riverbank House changed my life forever in so many ways. I arrived at RBH in February 2016 and begrudgingly agreed to stay for 28 days, I ended up living there for almost 4 years because I just didn’t want to leave. The bonds and friendships I formed there still continue to this day. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity at a new life, and how to truly enjoy that life, that was provided to me by the Riverbank. My time at RBH was filled with compassion and laughter and memories I will always cherish. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, but going to the Riverbank was certainly not one of them. I am grateful for every single me ever of the Riverbank brotherhood that I got to know during my time there, even that guy with the red beard.

I give CEDC a five star rating. But don't make the mistake of thinking that you will be happy when a family member goes there. When you go through the treatment process, you will be alone, confused, helpless, frustrated and unhappy. However, what you need to know is that these difficulties are part of recovery. One of the best days in your son's or daugter's life may be the day you enroll him or her in the residential treatment program at CEDC.

I cannot say enough good about Aware Recovery Care going back to February 2023. My first involvement was with their In-Home Detox team consisting of RN Jenn Aguire and nurses Tabitha and Krystal who came to my home for at least seven straight days to get me detoxed. This was critical to me as at the time I was unwilling to enter in residence detox having had a negative experience in the past. I credit them with saving my life. Their kind and compassionate care showed me that there was indeed some hope for me going forward. Following detox Aware counselors Sam Hayes and Amber Gelinas continued home visits working very closely with me in keeping me on the road to sobriety. I also received monthly assessments by an RN and a session with a Psychiatrist. After six months my insurance lapsed but thankfully I was eligible to enter their Alumni Program consisting of multiple Zoom meetings during the week with Aware professionals. In addition they also host various events in different locations with other Alumni of the program. You always feel that Aware is right there with you every step of the way. I could carry on much longer but let me finish by saying that I consider the Aware professionals I have dealt with to be more than just counselors but as friends as well. I am welcome back in the lives of my children and most importantly my Grandchildren. On November 24 I will be collecting my Nine Month sobriety chip at my AA Home Group. I credit a great deal of my success on Aware Recovery.

Very happy about that. Then today I met with my med doctor David. Very intelligent man. Was funny and told him about all the bad advertisement they have. I told him if he makes me see someone else we r done. He’s like that won’t happen unless you change it. So I had a good experience when I went today. Sorry for everyone else so far. And from that point on I will say this lady has saved my life. It has been several years and I owe my life to this one lady at seacoast mental health. As he perfected the proper medication for me I have become such a better person in life more people like me I deal with everyday problems so much better. And my life has changed 100%. He teaches me how to deal with problems with DHS social security problems that arise at work. And keep a proper running household. Six months ago I showed up in Nashua, NH a broken and hopeless person. I was out of options and I believed I would never truly get better. I had been to a dozen other treatment facilities and from the moment I got here I knew things would be different. They cared about me when I couldn't care for myself and they provided the structure and encouragement I needed to heal. The entire staff genuinely cares about each and every patient, from the behavioral techs to the CEO. In terms of actual care the clinical director and my therapist, April, has literally changed my life. I had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disease for years and she recognized this and started to treat me for PTSD. My medications and treatment were directly focused on this diagnosis and finally my outlook on myself and what was possible had changed. Slowly over time i have been able to conquer my emotional and mental struggles through therapy and the coping skills I was taught. The individual therapy sessions which are done weekly are unparalleled in terms of quality and depth. Why I worked on my internal struggles I was introduced to the best recovery community I have been apart of here in Nashua, NH. We are everywhere up here and we are thriving and I truly feel a part of something bigger than myself. I am so happy with this place I have decided to stay up here. GH Recovery Solutions gave me a home again, a place I belonged and for that I am forever in their debt.

The staff, the facility, and living arrangements I consider the best treatment program I’ve been to hands down. My individual therapy sessions with April were amazing. By far the best therapist I’ve ever had. The way she makes you think about your past and yourself and helps you to deal with issues your having past, present, and future is amazing. I hope I can find another therapist half as good as she is. I’d highly recommend GH to anyone trying to get clean and sober. Never been to a more helpful treatment center. Thank you to all the staff that helped on a daily basis get me through the day. You guys are awesome keep up the great work.
