Terrible place! They don't care about anyone's mental health kids included. Drop patients like it's nothing, dont even try to work with you. They don't call people back regardless of how many messages you leave/who you leave them with. What a joke.

very unprofessional. my therapist would sit on social media the whole time, would make inappropriate remarks and never worked on anything with me. when i tried it was shut down, they were only interested in gossiping. They did a lot of things they weren’t supposed to and told me to not tell. My mental health has significantly deteriorated because they literally didn’t care about my well being. they talk bad about you behind your back too… receptionists are lovely, and i know there are amazing therapists under this company but it’s a shame they’re overshadowed by horrible ones. in all, don’t recommend :((

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutes the nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

If anyone talks to Harold at the clinic he is awesome!!! He won’t stop until you have answers and are taken care of!!! Harold rocks!!!

They are always great there. Very considerate staff and medical staff. They are kind and honestly care about their patients. I recommend any vet use them even just for routine things.

FCC in Piedmont Mo needs to be shut down they tell patients they will help them I which they don’t they monitor there mental pills if the care taker calls for help instead of helping the care takers they call the patients and stir a pot they are just ignorant and very unprofessional uneducated

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with St. Bernard's Behavorial Health Center. Since July 21st, I've been trying to get important paperwork signed and sent to Sedgwick so that I can secure my job--and as of July 26th, this still has not been completed. The staff have been uncooperative, rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, I've been hung up on mid-conversation or spoken to as if I'm a burden. They rush to get off the phone instead of trying to help or follow through with what they say they'll do. It's incredibly disappointing, especially coming from a facility that's supposed to support people's mental health. This kind of neglect and unprofessionalism only adds more stress to an already difficult situation. I'm now seriously considering reporting or taking legal action against them because this level of service is unacceptable. Do better.

Absolutely love it there...the employees are Absolutely amazing. They saved my life in so many ways, I got the help i truly needed for my mental and emotional health as well. Was very quick with my processing and evaluation. Absolutely love it there.

I loved the time I spent there. I am currently gong on 7 years clean.

I did treatment twice at semo. Once to get clean and once to prevent a relapse. My cooccuring councilor mr virgil and my facilitator saved my life. When leaving treatment my facilitator asked me to check out a specific type of meeting when leaving and the truly taught me how to fight within for my sobriety. Today i am 5 yrs 2 months and 19 days sober 🥰🥰 and i never went to another facility and no relapses! Hadnt they taken me serious during my cry before relapse and let me back in i wouldnt be here today! Semo saved my life!

I have never met nicer, kinder health care staff... anywhere. Always a smiling face (usually a pretty one i might add), and you can tell they truly care about helping people at a very low time in their lives. No words can express my gratitude. This place is awesome! Been with these guys for years! The staff Mrs Doris Mrs Bri the front office ladies are wonderful and kind. Dr aktar along with the other counselors and Drs have been life savers for my two kids can't thank them enough! Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you guys so much again!

My counselor is great my only complaint is I've been waiting for months now for them to send a referral for an appointment with their doctor that prescribes medication, the people at the front desk told me my counselor had to be the one to send the referral while my counselor told me it had to be the front desk.

Dr. Raza is Wonderful. I have seen him since 2002. Highly recommend him. I also love my new therapist Sav.

My Care Coordinator, Mary is BEYOND excellen!! She helps me with mental health relaxation techniques, resources, medical paperwork, etc. She got me on Medicaid and got me signed up for EBT, by helping with the forms. She sees me weekly, and is so helpful! She's become an important part of my life over the years, and has helped tremendously in my mental health care!! She's a great listener, with empathy and helps to find solutions that work for you. My Counselor, Linda is kind, very open-minded, a FANTASTIC listener, and is such an important part of my healing as well. She helps keep me accountable to my goals. My Psychiatrist, Dr.Kahnuja is extremely perceptive, and he works with my other Doctors in my treatment, and with labs, etc. He really listens to what I need, and he's really easy to work with. He always asks about my Mom, who has dementia. They all do! That means a lot!! They're all very compassionate, understanding, patient and they work together to help their patients. I've had bad experiences in the past, but this place is a whole new world in comparison to the past. They have a clubhouse for us to attend with apparently many activities and trips sometimes, I've heard. I've never attended. They give you tools, resources, talk therapy, medicine, if needed, etc. They go by your income, and it's free if you are low enough. They also have a program that will pay for mental health medications, if you have no income, or if it's low enough to fit into whatever their guideline parameters are. They have many other programs too, including housing, if you fit their guidelines, I think you have to get disability or something to qualify. Just advocate for yourself, don't be afraid to ask. I've had a PHENOMENAL experience with my team, and I can't vouch for all of the employees, but the ones I've had contact with, they're all great and indispensable to my mental health care!! Poplar Bluff may have not made me recover fully but at least they showed me how to have total control of my body, a great experience which showed me recovery is possible.

I went through the fold and it’s done me so much good with more than just my mental health and structure in life it’s let me build a relationship with god and a passion to help others. I didn’t have the worst upbringing or face some of the challenges most people in addiction have suffered but I’m thankful for shepherd’s fold it’s a great program if your ready to truly submit your life to god and want to change. The owner is a great guy and so is the co director.

I LOVE this place. The Dr. Didn't do the " let's try just whatever medicine until it's right". I really like him he's a great Dr. And I love my counselor they are both very nice and caring and very helpful I have came a long way in progress and have only been going a few months. Even the nurse and everyone in the office is very nice.

I absolutely love my therapist she really cares and listen and the means alot
