Terrible place! They don't care about anyone's mental health kids included. Drop patients like it's nothing, dont even try to work with you. They don't call people back regardless of how many messages you leave/who you leave them with. What a joke.

My daughter is receiving great care from Hope and has made great improvements with her problems.

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutes the nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

They are always great there. Very considerate staff and medical staff. They are kind and honestly care about their patients. I recommend any vet use them even just for routine things.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with St. Bernard's Behavorial Health Center. Since July 21st, I've been trying to get important paperwork signed and sent to Sedgwick so that I can secure my job--and as of July 26th, this still has not been completed. The staff have been uncooperative, rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, I've been hung up on mid-conversation or spoken to as if I'm a burden. They rush to get off the phone instead of trying to help or follow through with what they say they'll do. It's incredibly disappointing, especially coming from a facility that's supposed to support people's mental health. This kind of neglect and unprofessionalism only adds more stress to an already difficult situation. I'm now seriously considering reporting or taking legal action against them because this level of service is unacceptable. Do better.

I loved the time I spent there. I am currently gong on 7 years clean.

I did treatment twice at semo. Once to get clean and once to prevent a relapse. My cooccuring councilor mr virgil and my facilitator saved my life. When leaving treatment my facilitator asked me to check out a specific type of meeting when leaving and the truly taught me how to fight within for my sobriety. Today i am 5 yrs 2 months and 19 days sober 🥰🥰 and i never went to another facility and no relapses! Hadnt they taken me serious during my cry before relapse and let me back in i wouldnt be here today! Semo saved my life!

I see a lot of low scores and I been to several locations for help. Arisa not only did they help me with a lot of things that I needed but they followed up on me by phone. I still go for my occasional visits with my person and have yet to see anything negative about this place. Keep up the good work y'all.

I recieved excellent service from the front desk. They took care of a very pressing issue that I had. I absolutely appreciate everything they have done to help me. As long as you are courteous and keep you military bearing everything will go smoothly. I can't wait to meet the Doctor and Nurses here.

Great Christ-centered place offering a wide range of mental health services from traditional therapy to behavioral health screening and diagnosis to medication management. They also allow you to provide input into your therapy. If you don't feel something is working, they'll work with you to come up with a solution. Highly recommend!

Jon and his staff are the epitome of what you would want in a family therapist. Christ focused, professional, and deeply caring about their patients. Would recommend them without hesitation

I Spent time in Stapleton, there was alot of amazing, caring folks there. I was court ordered in as one angry prideful hurting drunk. I came home with a humble heart , full of gratitude and huge smile on my face , I had most caring, loving concealer but yet tough which I needed, her name was Glenda. I'm still sober after all these years I Thank God and Stapleton for that. Now my daughter going in morning, My love and Prayers following her. I Pray she gets the love and kindness and comes home with confidence knowing there's better life for her out here but yet she has to make that decision. Take care of her Stapleton.....Maggie Pain.

Caring friendly therapists. The turnover is fairly high so it has hard to sometimes build a long term relationship with a therapists.

Miss Amy is so very caring and compassionate. I loved all the staff and the fact they hold them accountable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking treatment!

Life Strategies Jonesboro is amazing!!!

My daughter arrived with depression, social anxiety, and a bad temper, and after 3 years she is about to be discharged. She has not needed any medication and she has improved a lot.

My only contact with LSCI was Ms. Jessica and she was amazing. She truly helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to cope with life's unexpected twist and turns. Thank you LSCI and Ms. Jessica for changing my life.

My experience has been great. My psychiatrist has listened and heard me. They made my therapy appointment quickly and have been absolutely amazing. So supportive. I recommend this place to anyone to help with mental health. I was met with kindness from registering all the way to my appointment.

I experienced some unusual chest tightness that radiated into my shoulder. As an older male, I decided that I should go to the ER at Conway Regional Medical Center. As soon as I told the desk person the reason for my visit, I was given an ekg followed shortly by X-rays and a blood test. I was monitored over a period of time and given a second blood test. During this whole time, I felt that everyone was professionally and compassionately caring for me and my concerns. I was cleared of any signs of a heart attack but strongly encouraged to follow up with my PCP and cardiologist which I did. A subsequent heart cath 5 days later determined that I had a blockage in the dreaded Widowmaker that was successfully stented . I am convinced that the medical staff at CRMS through their diligence prevented me from having a heart damaging event. My gratitude is very HEART felt. Thank you all.

The centers have put my child out and won’t give me any paperwork as to them putting her out they are refusing to pick her back up from Methodist behavior center after they sent her there they are refusing to help my child with her behaviors

Honestly, this place is disappointing! I was here for 5 1/2 months & was basically isolated from the entire world. We went on 3 outings in the span of my 5 months. The food was ATROCIOUS!! It was always containing gravy & chicken, snack was almost the same everyday. We once got cinnamon teddy grahams for a week straight for both evening & night snack. They gave us beef stew in a styrofoam BOX!! No cup or bowl. The only utensil we received was a spoon. Only a spoon... not even a spork! Even when we got spaghetti, we had to eat with a spoon. Btw, it's VERY hard to eat foods like that with a spoon. They constantly messed up our diets. Kids with gluten or fruit allergies constantly got what they were allergic to on their "trays". The building is basically falling apart. Mold EVERYWHERE!! Even the bathrooms. Holes in the walls, chipping paint, broken doors. THREE girls were able to run away in my stay there. Multiple staff laid hands on patients here & were not punished for it. Male staff constantly disrespected us female patients. (all female facility)! You go outside once a day. Twice if you're lucky. TV is heavily restricted down to PG Disney plus. *ads included* since centers is too "lazy/busy" to get us w/o ads. I had to wait a whole MONTH before I could see my family!! The best thing about this facility was my therapist & a few female staff. Please think about sending your teens to another facility. This one isn't in the best conditions.
