I had a severe upper and lower ankle sprain, and after several visits I noted significant improvement in the flexibility, mobility and strength of my ankle. Drew really takes the time to evaluate where the pain is and identify stretches and movements that lead to better stability.The entire team at Live Every Day Enfield is a pleasure to work with.

Live Everyday has become part of our family. Abby has kept me from needing a knee replacement along with an ankle issue, my husband post a knee replacement and Drew has our granddaughter with leg pain. Christiana is always there to help me with consistent care when my usual appointments are not available. ALL employees including Rebecca and Sarah are the best in the business! Would highly recommend them for any of their services.

Levels of Care

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

I was skeptical of PT especially after going to another facility and not liking it / having a poor experience. When I got a running related injury, I was told I needed PT to be able to complete my upcoming race. I've now been coming to Live Every Day in Enfield for a little over a month and Abby is absolutely amazing. She made it possible for me to get back to running following the injury. I look forward to my twice weekly appointments, chats, and exercises. Abby made it so I can get back to the things I love while feeling stronger than before, I cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve been coming to Live Every Day at the Enfield CT location following an accident, and I just wanted to share that professionals here are wonderful. They came highly recommended by my doctor, and live up to her high standards of care. The office is at a convenient location with plenty of parking. Inside, they share the building with my podiatrist group (like one-stop shopping for me, lol). The office is clean and cheery, and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I had no problem setting up a regular schedule. My physio, Christiana, is fantastic. She has a wealth of knowledge of all things movement, and she shares the why, when, & how of each stretch, lift, step, etc. She also really listens and considers my input in forming a routine. And I’ve noticed the other PTs are great, too. The people here, including patients, seem genuinely happy to be here. I’m still in treatment and notice a trend toward improvement in pain levels. I just couldn’t wait to share how highly I recommend Live Every Day physical therapy.
