Dalton Huston 1 year ago I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.
Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options. Robert Tooley (Rob) 2 years ago Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.
