Best place I ve been to. Nurses are chill. I loved Mr.Glenn and Mrs.Jennifer. They are the most understanding, chillest people i ve ever interacted with . I made some mistakes while here and they won t yell at you or make you feel bad, they were really understanding. Food is amazing! You go outside, are allowed to play xbox (they have provided), watch tv and they have good groups. You also have plenty of time to do school work. People fail to realize other people can only help you so much and you have to help yourself as well. You can t rely on others to solve all your problems which I feel is why people give bad reviews. I do wish we were allowed to bring more clothing choices but no biggie!

I did not know what to expect when I came into rehab. The staff made me feel right at home. The facility was clean, the rules were solid and it was a safe environment. My therapist, Billy T., really helped me a lot through process groups and one-on-one sessions. I have tried therapy in the past but never gotten so much out of it. Really some huge breakthroughs I did not expect because I do not generally like therapy. John O handled all my outside concerns thoroughly and timely and the things that were important were treated as important. Same for Woody who delt with all the HR stuff with my work like FMLA. Overall the entire staff was great, and I also liked Tyler P's morning reflections. The food is also great and you can smoke cigarettes.

Ok I'd normally not rate or review a recovery center. Due to the whole anonymous aspect of recovery. However I'm definitely not ashamed of being clean and sober. The people I shout out will be first name only. This place truly is a great place to regain your sobriety. The food was House of pizze style food. With a touch of Bojangles thrown in. Which is from my home town. So def no complaints with that. The staff are great. Just a understaffed. Which is not there fault! Treatment was very good. Always respectful. Mr. Turner was very helpful and fair. Lane was a inspiration! Always dropping knowledge. Meech from corporate was a walking Big Book. Tara is very helpful and always there. Candy is a angel that brightens every situation shes a part of. Matt deserves a raise. Devon also needs a promotion. Everyone i met. The staff & patients minus one or two were great people Most people that come through. They are in a very dark place. So you have to be accepting of others and there situation. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help changing their life for the better. Mr Bob should have his own office. If ya know ya know! God bless everyone that's part of the staff!

My experience with this VA has been very positive each time I ve visited. Most of their processes seem efficient and move smoothly. There are always people there to greet you in a friendly way and help you if you don t know where you re going and the healthcare workers I ve come in contact with have been very compassionate. Most of the staff are veterans themselves and it s always good to visit with fellow veterans in the waiting room, young and old.

It has been several years since I attended Grace Home, but I'm here today to say they introduced God into my life in a whole new way. I have gone through many trails since graduating but the tools and relationship with our God almighty I gained from this place has given me strength and power like no other. I have since regained my life in incredible ways, by walking with christ guiding me through out the way. I rebuilt relationships with Family, Got full custody back of my son, gained a incredible Church family, joined the chior and have been involved with many groups with in my church. Since then I have lost my Mother from cancer, then this past year my Grandmother but the peace I received from grace has been with me through it all. Thank you Ms Susan and Ms Anita for guiding me daily and reminding me that God has a greater purpose for me. For motivating me and sharing your testimonies amd your love for God. I am a Child Of God, and he knows the plans he has for me. I truly love you all at grace the pastors were amazing and taught us so much. Kinda miss our daily schedules lol. If you are looking for a place to truly surrender and give it all to God, this is the place for you. I graduated December 23, 2020 and I have continued daily sober and striving to keep growing in my faith. May God continue sending ladies to his sanctuary where they can draw near to him and truly accept him to build a truly unfailing loving relationship with him. Gods promises never fail us.

Columbia metro treatment center (New Seasons) has been a Joy to work with. Many people I know have mentioned how the services New Seasons has provided has improved their lives exponentially. They genuinely care and have a lot to handle and they handle it very professionally. MAT can be utilized for great things. It can bring someone to a stable point in their lives, so that they can start their recovery process without having to be in a problematic state with use.Often times, when folks who ve had issues with substance use/misuse they are not able to hold down a job, their use affects other area s of their lives, myself being a recovery coach, a peer support specialist I ve seen so many people have a new leash on life once they ve got the chance to utilize the services that New Seasons provides. They make sure that you take accountability, being that you are responsible for getting there to get whatever medication the individual chooses. The nurses, and counselors, along with the director are extremely compassionate and supportive of individuals who may need a little more support than others. If you, or a family member/loved one are thinking about making the decision to utilize medication assisted treatment/recovery, I HIGHLY recommend New Seasons. Your recovery is what you say it is!

Columbia Metro New Seasons has helped me in so many ways that the other 2 local treatment centers couldn't. The Dr explained why other treatment wasn't working for me and got me where I need to successfully complete treatment. Metro uses an app on your phone where you can pay/check in. I don't have to wait in a line and give personal information in front of others in treatment. Metro made me comfortable by giving me privacy to personal information. None of the other centers care about privacy. I even get my treatment behind a closed door. The staff Counselors/Nurses/Pharmacist/Director go above and beyond. I highly recommend Metro to anyone who is ready for treatment. Metro New Seasons is a professional center.

I have never shared anything this personal but I felt others need to know what help they can offer you. I can't say enough good about New Seasons on Chris Rd West Columbia. I was a patient for 3 years in Charlotte, NC at New Seasons. The difference is nite and day. The new director Carol is an Angel. I can't say enough good about her and the changes she has made here. She is so compassionate and caring for all of her patients and staff. She has an open door policy and no matter what she is always there to listen and help clients as well. I truly feel so welcomed and know the great staff here are here to help you. I have the best counselor I have ever had in all my life. All the counselors are good and Carol only chose the best for us. Addiction is a disease. These people are here to help you, and guide you to the help you deserve. When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

The place has highly improved since the last time I was there. I never had one bad experience with the staff members. Unfortunately they were understaffed but they managed to keep it all under control. They did have a lot on their plate, I had to stay in the geriatric unit because the prior unit was full. I am a transgender man so I got my own room but they put me around cis men around my age. It was wonderful!!When I had a problem with one of the guys though they let me move to the other side to separate. I am currently in the outpatient program right now and I'm getting the treatment I need to feel much better.Hands down love some of the nurses and staff members but holy cow. The way they were understaffed and would rush so many things was insane. Also some of the people I ended up talking to didn't know what they were doing. I was supposed to get medication for my double ear infection I had while there and it took them like 2 days to approve it and it took hours to get it to me. IT WAS A NORMAL ANTI-BIOTIC.
