UPDATE: They really messed up losing Dr.Sonato. The new Psychiatrist they gave me is Dr.Bragdon and he is AWFUL. The man called me dramatic for being upset about my husband losing his job that day which he told me he didn’t have time to listen to me explain anything and just needed a yes or no for his other questions. He argued with me about my diagnosis?? and insulted my previous psychiatrist MULTIPLE times. He then questioned me about MY health choices when the guy looks like he is one breath away from a heart attack. He had to read from a book to even know what he was saying to me. I filled out a form to change providers and the medical director at this facility Dr. Gretchen Enright was supposed to get back to me in 2-3 days with her decision. 2 weeks later I finally got to speak to the front desk who said they’d ask for me. She DENIED the change and wanted me to have a meeting with this man to tell him when I don’t want him anymore as a provider. So I asked to speak to her and she told the front desk NO and refuses to give me any reason why. I was upset and asked to speak to a supervisor and they then said they’d ask had to drug test me LOL GO AHEAD I have nothing to hide but CRAZYYYYY how they are so quick to think so badly of me because I decided to stand up for myself. AWFUL. Enright is HATEFUL and SOOOOOO unprofessional it’s not even funny.
My therapist is great. Also my Psychiatrist was amazing too (Dr.Sonato). However he got done on the 7th of April this year. I was supposed to have an appointment with the nurse Monday of this week to get refills on my scripts. They called me SAME DAY to cancel on me and reschedule because apparently my nurse was having to take another nurse’s appointments since she’s out?? But I already had an appointment and you waited to tell me same day?? Then, someone from the medication line called me Monday after they cancelled and rescheduled my appointment to tell me that I needed to call the script line every month 5 days before I run out to get a refill. But she said Monday that she would refill them for me on Thursday. Thursday came along, I called the med line for good measure but couldn’t leave a message because the mail box was FULL……so I called again and spoke to someone at the front desk who ASSURED me that her or the med lady would call me back that day. Nobody contacted me. So I called again yesterday (Friday) once at 9am to leave a message on the med line(it finally wasn’t full this time) and waited until about 2pm without hearing anything which prompted me to call AGAIN. This time I spoke to someone at the front desk who told me Shawna (the med lady) was working on my refill order at that moment. This whole time I was checking my CVS app to see if anything was filled and nothing was. Then 4pm rolls around (they close at 5pm and NOBODY is there on weekends for anything) and at 4:20 after being an hold for like 15 minutes, they said it was just awaiting doctor signature and PROMISED me it would be done before they closed at 5pm and told me their was no point in me calling a fourth time as I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. Well now it’s Saturday, I am taking my last meds today, and I won’t even be able to speak to someone again until Monday when they open back up. I am bipolar and have adhd. Nice to know that my mental health means nothing yet they have no problem asking me when I’m making my next payment. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

Terrible place doesn’t care about people takes their money with no previous knowledge even after providing insurance doesn’t help never see a doctor and runs you around so you actually feel crazy. Got help and meds that I needed at prompt care with one visit

I have always been disappointed with care received at Colleton Medical but I was in last week with my fiancée that all of a sudden became unconscious and I will say that we received the best fastest care ever!!! Within 15 minutes I knew the diagnosis he was placed on a vent with a central line and we the helicopter transport was there in another 5 minutes!! Only favorable comments. right from the beginning...with the big friendly greeter, the registration, and the tests and technicians (Irene, Shannon, and the tech who maneuvered the huge, scary machine). The facilities were clean and I was very comfortable in the environment.

It has been several years since I attended Grace Home, but I'm here today to say they introduced God into my life in a whole new way. I have gone through many trails since graduating but the tools and relationship with our God almighty I gained from this place has given me strength and power like no other. I have since regained my life in incredible ways, by walking with christ guiding me through out the way. I rebuilt relationships with Family, Got full custody back of my son, gained a incredible Church family, joined the chior and have been involved with many groups with in my church. Since then I have lost my Mother from cancer, then this past year my Grandmother but the peace I received from grace has been with me through it all. Thank you Ms Susan and Ms Anita for guiding me daily and reminding me that God has a greater purpose for me. For motivating me and sharing your testimonies amd your love for God. I am a Child Of God, and he knows the plans he has for me. I truly love you all at grace the pastors were amazing and taught us so much. Kinda miss our daily schedules lol. If you are looking for a place to truly surrender and give it all to God, this is the place for you. I graduated December 23, 2020 and I have continued daily sober and striving to keep growing in my faith. Iam having the most horrible experience, trying to reach someone at the Colonial Drive location in Columbia SC I am an advocate for my brother who suffers from mental illness and since his case manager/ chief operator has left. This has been the worse experience that we have had since 2016. All I want to do is get in contact with someone to help me with my brother who’s having sleep Disturbances due to his schizophrenic bipolar disorder. No Natalie V has been the hardest person:nurse to come in contact with. I have no idea since his case manager left who his current case manager is he doesn’t even know who his case manager is he met him one time. They are not showing compassion at all. No one is available when I call. I am going no further than the automated answering service. This is the worse experience of all time. However if my brother misses his shot appointment due to the fact that he is court ordered, they will call me all day all morning all evening so that they look good in front of the judge. I have a concern that needs to be addressed, but it’s not important until he misses the shot. So so sad!!! I don’t want to put a star at all but if not I can’t post my review. Sad!!!!!!

Guest dosed here while in SC, to be with my daughter while she gave birth to my grandson. My home clinic is the BHG Nashville Treatment Center. I was in and out in minutes, they had my guest dosing paperwork, and all 27 doses ready for me when I got there. Not sure how they bill, but I know in Nashville they tell you the contract says one thing, when it says something else. Aiken BHG was on top of their assignments and did a great job. Wish I could give the Aiken location more than 5 stars!!

When I 1st started BHG I was literally the definition of rock bottom, if I would of waited another day to come, I probably wouldn't be making this review right now, fentanyl had taken over my life, when I woke up in the morning F is the 1st thing I would do, and think about, the min my eyes opened I was scheming on how I was going to get my pills for the day and of course my wake up for the next day or I wouldn't be able to get out of the bed. When I 1st walked in them doors and walked up to the reception desk she must of seen the pain and desperation on my face, before I could even say anything, she looked at me and said you can let it all go now, your going to make it, we are going to get through this together and she came out to the waiting area and gave me the mother's hug that I needed so much at that time, well she wasn't the receptionist, who are absolutely great, but her name is nurse Kelly, from that day forward February 16th 2022 I have not touched another fentanyl pill , patch or how ever I could get it in my system. By the grace of God leading me in them doors that day, to a group of some of the most caring people, I'm free , all the staff and counselors are just amazing and Daylin my counselor is beyond great, he has a way to instantly make you feel comfortable and you can tell that this just ain't a pay check to him, you can tell that his concern is sincere and he truly wants to be a part of your journey to be clean if I could give BHG 10 stars I would, Thank you BHG for saving me.

Three Rivers worked with my grandson for one week. We sent them a kid threatening to kill us and putting us all in debt with his shopping addiction. They gave us back a completely different kid. They adjusted his meds and through the group therapies he found out just how much he was loved and that he didn't have it so bad after all. The only thing we didn't like was the fact there was no communication from the doctor at all and maybe one phone call from some of the others. Parents should be in the loop to know what is going on and what the plan is to help their child. We can't wait to start outpatient therapy to keep things rolling in the right direction!

Excellent immediate care for my 19 yr old daughter who was having a severe mental crisis. The associate took us to a room and listened to our concerns then had a team meeting to formulate a plan of action. Today, one week later, we had a meeting with the intake psychologist and a treatment plan was devised. The fantastic front desk person coordinated the various appointments and furnished appointment reminder cards for each one. Mr.Peele the intake psychologist was superb as well!

We had a great experience with Columbia Area Mental Health. Lauren was extremely personable and helpful to our needs. She is just what our family needed today. She got us in with little notice and was so easy to talk with. The person at the front desk was also so kind and helpful. They were short staffed when we arrived and she did not get flustered and was so nice. I highly recommend this organization.

This place absolutely amazing, from the dr to the therapists to the staff! They are amazing They really care and they understand because most of them been in our shoes. I was in outpatient and it was awful. In hindsight, I was just a joke to them. They played a meditation one day with curse words. Every other word out of Angelina s mouth was a curse word. They were, in the least, unhelpful. I see your response but I think that this experience made me feel inside that I was not worth helping.

This place is a horrible hell-hole. Staff is incompetent and Ill suited for their jobs. I asked a doctor where he got his medical degree, and he said, “guess”. I opined that he had gotten it in a corespondent course or night school. He was certainly not an American trained health care professional.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! This practice and Physician's Assistant Hayes have helped me completely change my life around. I finally received the proper diagnoses, found medicines that have me healthy and stable after trying for years to find the right ones, and also have been given resources and tools for different therapies and non-drug treatments that have been beyond beneficial. They NEVER answer their phone. Kara Gay's nurse specifically. I've had to wait months to get a call back, trying to get access to my adhd medication and even my antidepressant meds. I figured out I have to call the front desk to get on her ass, and then all of a sudden I'll hear back from her. Front desk is inconsistent too. The psychiatrist was fine, but if you don't want to have to worry about going through withdrawal symptoms, I would go through a more reliable office.
