Prompt, friendly service everytime I've been there. Anita Bryant is wonderful to deal with. I have been treated VERY badly by healthcare providers at other facilities. The Health and Wellness Center has been nothing but incredible. All staff have been friendly and engaging. I have severe spinal issues. They have all been extremely accommodating to my physical needs...which is sadly increasingly rare at other facilities.

This is a great clinic with some great people working there. They did more than anyone could ever as to accommodate me and really went above and beyond to make sure I could get into MAT. I personally did not have long term success here but that has more to do with my not being ready as well as having unrealistic expectations for things that are out of their control and are policies and procedures that are actually written into law for how all MAT clinics are to operate. Everyone that I interacted with there provided a level of care that I was satisfied with. I did like some more than others but I feel it was more due to subjective factors and personal preferences. Considering the alternatives, this clinic and especially the staff there really do go above and beyond. I don’t think people realize that they are not required to do a lot of the things they do to try and help people. Like I can say I would not have been as patient with me if I were the one working there. They really made something that I was dreading and convinced would be horrible something that was in the end not too bad and much more pleasant and really a lot easier than I expected. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jack Brown Center helps Native American juveniles to stop an active addiction while learning to live and cope without the source for the addiction. The staff that was there during my stay was an exceptional group of people. A day is always busy with a large variety of activities such as basketball, kickball, weight lifting, trust fall, disc golf, 12 step meeting's, chess, billiards, Native American chants, going in a Cherokee(I think) sweat lodge, help cooking meals once earned, learning to sew, and my favorite game we referred to as, hoccer, which involved a massive 5' or 6' yoga like ball. At the time I didn't always see it, but the rules were reasonable and helpful such as room had to stay clean, bed was made daily and one form of discipline for breaking rules was to write out a given sentence about the infraction many times. I was even allowed to paint the Choctaw nation seal on the wall while there, although my time was done before I was able to finish so hopefully someone else did. This changed my life drastically and I am always thankful for my experience at the Jack Brown Center!

I was given the gift of being a residential patient at Monarch the summer of 2017. I was finally ready to begin practicing honesty, open mindedness, and willingness. What can I say, therapists are like a box of chocolates. Most are okay but only a few are really good. Chevy is that few.... I was in the mental health industry for years and finally have needed it myself through some struggles, seeing both sides of the spectrum I'm pretty appreciative of him and what he does for others. He pays extreme attention to detail and will likely know you before you even explain yourself all the way. He CARES about his individual patients, to a level I haven't seen with some of my other therapists in the past. He's always more than willing to work with you on timing and scheduling. If you find yourself needing some mental health support this is the place to go.

My Mothers Dr called and said he called ahead for my Mother to be seen immediately due to dangerously low potassium. A IV was finally in place after poking my Mother 4 times and she was seated back in the ER waiting area. It’s been over 6 hours and we are still sitting here! I wouldn’t send my fur baby to this pathetic place! The staff is so nonchalant and unconcerned with the patients in need of help! A patient appeared to be having an episode of some sort. A family member yelled for help and asked were they not going to help. A staff member responded help with what she’s just on the floor! All this took place in the ER waiting area! The admissions tech, nurse whatever the title. Later sat at the window eating her Wendy’s!

This hospital does not care about people. I went here due to my chest being on fire (literally felt it burning) and let them know I was on antibiotics for a bacterial infection. They checked my heart because of course they want to rule out heart attack but I told them all my symptoms and what antibiotics I was taking they told me I was going through menopause well guess what I was actually having a bad allergic reaction to the antibiotics, my blood work told them I was fighting an infection but they just swore it was menopause. They told me that both times I went in and all they had to do was listen to me and my symptoms and the fact I told them I was on antibiotics. Thank goodness for my primary she did listen to me and changed my antibiotics and let me know that the other ones I can’t take ever. I hate getting sick over the weekend, I’ll never trust an er again.

I have been to so many places but I never felt heard like this before. Meds working but you're having annoying side effects? They'll listen to you and they'll let you try everything until you find what you like! They do it right too! They check in with you to make sure you're okay, you can call anytime if you need help with anything, and they have soooo many resources to help you. Addiction, medicine, therapy, if you want to get help, this is the place you should go. They understand you. Too busy? They do over the phone appointments sometimes too! Not to mention how personable everyone is. The ladies up front will remember you, the doctors and nurses are spectacular human beings! They're all a little goofy but they're also wonderful listeners. If you are reading this, just go. What's the worse that could happen? They won't let you get worse and stay that way. It's worth the effort.

This has to be the absolute worst counciling clinic I've ever used for my son. They are contracted with Benton schools which is why we use them, however between the lack of my sons therapist actually coming to see him (once in 3 months and only for 10 minutes) and the absolute lack of professionalism by staff and clinicians we may have to find somewhere else. They changed our first med management appointment to telehealth but then stood us up. We rescheduled (at this point my son is out of meds from his previous provider) and had to work it out where my sons grandmother took him because im a single mother who works and had already missed work for and appointment they stood us up for. They were denied the in office TELEHEALTH appointment because I was not there and would not work with us for me to attend via telehealth. At this point I started trying to co tact a supervisor and have left multiple messages but they have not returned any of my calls. Today I rescheduled again because the school is seeing serious regression from my son without his meds. I was told the NP works from home and I would have to physically come in to do telehealth with her. Im going to do it simply because my son needs his medication to function just about at all at school but I'm going to start looking for a new place to take him.
