I love my time at Royal Life Centers of Sumner. Everyone here is understanding, nice, hard working and a super team. Been using there services for 15+ years. Today I call to get ahold of my Dr. I just needed his voicemail, after a 5-6 min. of being on neglect a receptionist answers, so I briefly told her my situation and need to get at the very least his voicemail. She sends me somewhere, it rings 2x and goes back to that music they make u suffer through as u wait being on neglect and after a 7 minutes of being on hold the phone disconnects! Angrily I try dialing them back up to where I got a pre-recorded message where it WON'T let me even leave a message.... VERY VERY IRRITATED!!!! NEED MED REFILL for over a week. Anyway that's my rant!

I'm not sure how but the Dr. I was trying to get in touch with, called me back!! It went from being irritating to shockingly great in a matter of 15 minutes.
Originally gave 2 stars, I had to go back and make it a 5 star! Above and beyond, great people, great service. I would highly recommend ETS. They have been nothing but great since my first day!!!

I volunteer here and I have been in recovery for many years, this place is one of the best places I have ever seen. The staff and people who run and fund this place really care about their mission. They provide food , medical care, job assistance and all the help for the participants to recover and be successful to re-enter society, if the person fails it's his own fault.

I am sober today due to what this campus provides . I thought this place was cult at first too but I’m going on here to say that this place and the people here have loved me at my absolute worst. Here is where I found people who invested and believed in me. I was trapped in addiction for 15 years and Teen Challenge Graham became a place of healing and rest, in addition to teaching me to take responsibility for my past choices. Being in addiction for so long I got stuck in my own ways and needed other healthy, sober women to speak truth into my life. My life is forever changed and now I serve and love Jesus with all my heart. Thank you Lord for using this ministry to lead me to You. Our daughter went through the Adult and Teen Challenge program after spending many years battling addiction. We tried the standard types of rehabs first and the results were always short lived. She was a bit reluctant at first since working on her addictions both physically and spiritually wasn’t something she thought she was comfortable with. Over time her heart started to soften and she has made a complete transformation in her life in every way. It has made a priceless impact in her life and helped her help others as well. I believe she has been able to find a peace in her life that she was missing for so long and this facility gave her that opportunity.

I am so thankful that they have programs like this out there. I would not be where I'm at today had God not used Graham Adult And Teen Challenge PNW to save my life. I came in addicted to heroin and methamphetamines I am now clean and sober and my relationships with my family have been restored. The staff at Graham genuinely care about your success in sobriety as well as your relationship with Jesus Christ. Getting clean and sober is not easy however at Graham they walk alongside you and help you address the deep-seated issues that cause you to stay in the cycle of addiction. Absolutely love this place. They hold you accountable table for making appts was a good first step integrating back into “life” personally. If you’re serious about it you’ll make it happen not make excuses. I love that it’s a 1stop shop. Libby is a great counselor super laid back and easy to connect with and helps keep you focused on goals you’ve set. For yourself. And Rose at community health care there is the first dr. I’ve been honest with that hasn’t made me feel judged or inadaquate as a patient coming to them for help. Super glad with my decision to persist CLR in my recovery process

Counselors are what you can call "emotionally intelligent". They are trustworthy, and easy to talk to so you can trust that they will help you in your recovery. The only bad thing is that their schedules are too busy sometimes so you have to book pretty far in advance, but it is worth it!

Coming to The Center changed the trajectory of my life. I had a lot of trauma that I had never dealt with that was unknowingly causing unhealthy behavioral patterns. These patters had slowly been building over time and were becoming more and more damaging both to myself and to my loved ones.
My time here helped me find a path forward and gave me momentum in my journey toward healing. Where I felt completely hopeless before, I now fully believe that my life is worth living and The Center has given me the tools and the knowledge to pursue that life to the fullest.

Absolutely Loved my stay at Olalla! Great meals everyday 🙌🏼 coffee too(if ya get up early enough). The staff I had during my experience were some of the best counselors & people you’ll meet! Counselors will definitely call you on your BULLSHIT & keep you accountable(Can’t bullshit a bullshitter, they say). So good luck trying to skate by or just faking it to make it. I got down to some good core roots I never thought of before, got a lot of “Dark Things” out in my time here too. Also not too bad of classes either! With a slightly more stoic approach one could say maybe, lots of good new info! Also, when you get towards the end of your stay, if you’re feeling not quite ready to leave, you can ask for extension(s) too. 🙌🏼
This place is really about their patients, as groups tend to be no bigger than 6-12 people, so, plenty of questions to be asked, searched for, & answered!!! I was in the Falcon Group, our group never got bigger than 6-7 people. And it’s males with males & females do there daily groups with just females, allowing for a little more comfort/support when sharing personal matters. Absolutely love Olalla & would recommend this inpatient facility to ANYONE struggling with addiction!!

The medical health care i recieve for my illness is above and beyond. Sure people come and go in the medical field, but I have had amazing doctors here. The Pharmacy and nutritionists are exceptional as well. (Could use some new dentists though). SIHB is my care facility.

I've been coming here for about 15 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. I received medical, dental, counseling, nutrition education, traditional medicine and pharmacy services. Rarely have there been any problems all of which were resolved. I am treated with respect and empathy. It has been a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and caring.
I'm sorry that other reviewers have not always had this result, perhaps you should try asking to talk to the manager as I once needed to do about a problem that was quickly fixed.

It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. They are the best outpatient clinic you can go to. They are pretty fast with the lines. One day I was 5 minutes due to finding my friend deceased in his apartment and they still allowed me to dose which they rarely do for anyone

Dr. Scott is a knowledgeable, interesting, complex, spiritual, compassionate, and amazing human being. I have been working with him for a year now and he has provided a safe space for me to uncover areas of myself that I unknowingly have neglected and ignored for years.
When you work with Dr. Scott, you will not receive a bunch of babble and incoherent jargon that leaves you more confused and feeling further away from healing. Instead, you will be met with some basic and fundamental core principals of what it means to be a kind human being and learn how to embrace who you really are and nurture yourself to become who you want to be.
