She gets us to share down to the root of everything and there's a synergy in the room that you can tangibly feel.

Royal Life Centers in Sumner is an amazing treatment facility. Everyone has been so kind and they did any and everything possible to make sure I was comfortable, especially when I was in detox! Special shout out to Michelle, Nicole, Lonica, Andrea, Dan, Kayla and all of the nurses! Each one of you has helped me tremendously in more ways I didn't know were possible. Time went by so quickly because of them, and the friends I made in the last 3 weeks. Everything about this place, staff and group facilitators made this an amazing experience for me, and I cannot thank everyone enough! I am giving a 5 star for the most welcoming people that answer the phone. I have tried to get a hold of my doctor for a week, even used my chart. Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!

I’m very grateful for my experience at Lakeside-Milam. From my first interaction with a Joyce to my assessment with Jennifer I instantly felt cared for and comfortable. When I started the program I was nervous but Bill my counselor instantly made me feel welcome and able to be myself. Which has been so helpful extremely impactful to my growth and success. Group sessions never felt like a lecture or I was just being given information. Bill made it very relatable and made me feel like he truly cared about me and my success. This place is amazing. Don't let the location put you off. The receptionist is awesome. Very kind, communicative and funny. Her lil puppy is the cutest, too! I had Kenny for my counselor, and he did not disappoint. He listened to what I had to say, and didn't make me feel rushed or unheard. I look forward to my time here. Thank you!

Alta really cares about the people who come here, I gave birth 11/19/2022 and started Alta December 2022. Since starting my family has had some medical problems one after the other most recently my 3month old had to have surgery. The staff at Alta has been so supportive, understanding & kind. I’m extremely glad this is where I came for treatment, you really can tell they truly care about the people who come here.

Overall a great program that really has helped me get life together and focus on what’s important in my life and future. Slight downside is a particular individual staff member should really change his attitude towards patients he speaks with. Alcoholics/Addicts need compassion and help, not arrogance, attitude and indifference. Besides that my journey has my spirituality at an all time high compared to when I arrived.

I love this place. It has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with getting clean and sober after being a fentanyl and meth addict for 3 years. Caring, and welcoming people. The counselors are alright. Except for one lady. She has it out for me for NO REASON whatsoever other than the fact that before my girlfriend got clean, I was a major influence (negatively) for her. I wasn't doing my part as her partner to help her be successful. I was keeping her in her addiction selfishly. But now that her and I are month's clean we're better. But for some reason, her counselor has it out for me. To the point where I'm being told that when I leave a room and this counselor is in there as well, she gives me the middle finger behind my back. Very unprofessional and not something that she should do towards patients not remembering that we patients talk to each other... when it happened I was told almost immediately by another patient at the clinic. She needs to be reprimanded in some way

KTS have changed the way they do things.since COVID they are getting people up to higher steps more rapidly.after just 2 weeks I was put on step 6 and now get a weeks worth of " Carry's" and only have to go 1 time a week. Since these changes there are no lines ever. People are happy going there, atmosphere inside and staff are very positive a complete 180 compared to pre COVID treatment. Highly Recommend

I had a great experience at the Tacoma Health Department. My visit was fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a birth certificate. The staff was helpful, and the process was straightforward. The total cost was 40$ which I found reasonable for the quick service.

I walked into Bayview at my lowest point in life. It was hard for me to accept treatment. I refused that I needed help. I thought I was fine and that I did not need the help.However that really did change after spending some time in the mental health and substance abuse programs. The counselors were really amazing and the way they structure their program really does help. Every one of the staff is easily approachable and they can all relate to you as the patient in some way. The staff do everything they can to help you and make you feel safe and easy to talk to them. I went in as a broken man and I came out someone better. If you really want to get better, this is the place to do it. Anyone here that writes a bad review or says that it did not work here in the review section did not try to get better. Instead they are blaming a place that truly cares about the patient and they gave up on themselves.Again if you really do want to get better come to this place because I cannot think of another program that is well structured, professional, and as caring as Bayview.

A very helpful and professional recovery center. The classes were informative and instrumental in my continued recovery. I was an athlete my whole life—earning multiple full-ride scholarship offers to play college basketball and football. I thrived as the starting quarterback at Glacier Peak High School and competed in a wide range of sports: MMA, black belts in karate and Tae Kwon Do, BMX biking, snowboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and more. But a string of serious injuries changed everything: I broke two vertebrae in my back playing football, tore my MCL and ACL playing basketball, broke my nose, and suffered many other major injuries.
My addiction began as a direct result of being overprescribed opioid pain medication for these injuries. Back then, opioid prescriptions were handed out far more freely and without the strict oversight we have today. I became one of many who unknowingly fell victim to that crisis.
After years of pain and physical setbacks, I also suffered a severe work injury as a marine machinist at the Port of Seattle shipyard—where I proudly served as a member of IAM Locals 76 and 79, District 160. I herniated two discs in my lower back, lost my mobility, and was forced to give up the physical lifestyle that defined me.
Evergreen Treatment Services changed my life. From the moment I started at their Seattle clinic through the support I received at the Renton clinic during difficult times, ETS has been nothing short of outstanding. Their professionalism is unmatched—efficient, kind, courteous, and deeply compassionate. Staff don’t just treat you—they truly care and go above and beyond to help. My counselor Jeff is wise, supportive, and positive, even on my darkest days. Every team member, from front desk to nurses and technicians, treats you with respect and dignity.
I’ve been a patient and receiver of M.A.T. Services (medication assisted treatment) for over 15 years. As a result of my addiction, I spent over 5 years incarcerated in prison and additional time in county jails, psych ward etc. I have tried countless programs - including Suboxone, the vivitrol shot, I've been to 10 treatment programs intensive inpatient, intensive outpatient, halfway house programs faith-based recovery programs including teen challenge and the Los Angeles dream Center Christian Boot camp discipleship program, NA, AA, CA, Celebrate Recovery, SMART recovery, Buddhist Recovery - but nothing compares to the stability and hope I’ve found through methadone treatment at ETS. Despite homelessness, serious health issues, and mental health challenges, I’ve never missed a dose or a day. Their unwavering support has been the foundation of my recovery and new life.

Im so glad they have these programs. It works great. I been able to stay clean and be in the program. They work with you and almost all the staff have had addiction before so they understand. So anyone who’s looking for a way out of there addiction I highly recommend evergreen methadone.

Been using there services for 15+ years. Today I call to get ahold of my Dr. I just needed his voicemail, after a 5-6 min. of being on neglect a receptionist answers, so I briefly told her my situation and need to get at the very least his voicemail. She sends me somewhere, it rings 2x and goes back to that music they make u suffer through as u wait being on neglect and after a 7 minutes of being on hold the phone disconnects! Angrily I try dialing them back up to where I got a pre-recorded message where it WON'T let me even leave a message.... VERY VERY IRRITATED!!!! NEED MED REFILL for over a week. Anyway that's my rant!

I'm not sure how but the Dr. I was trying to get in touch with, called me back!! It went from being irritating to shockingly great in a matter of 15 minutes.
Originally gave 2 stars, I had to go back and make it a 5 star! Above and beyond, great people, great service. I would highly recommend ETS. They have been nothing but great since my first day!!!

Ok at first I give them a 1 star I was being reviewd by women ! They had no f’n clue !
As soon as I got a man things picked up ! However still not where I need to be almost a year in my dose is still not powerful enough so I have to take double or even tripple the amount to still barley feel it working !
The result a lot of wasted time running out early I mean it sorta sucks ! However my psychiatrist is pretty good actually I like him a lot however it seems like it’s taken forever to get me on the right dosage for my Adderall. Hopefully this will change because month supply last a half a month and I don’t feel it working. Life is too short to be not feeling the way I’m supposed to feel and get my projects accomplished, I guess if you really need it you hardly feel it. Well, I guess that’s my case so we get a four star

So he helped Demanded me to follow him around and took me to the wrong building, but demanded that I would talk to a front desk staff first before going into my apartments building was of no use and followed me everywhere. I would go. Her you can get shower kitchen stove toilet windos door keys door and mailbox 10$ to replace. Had to replace very old blinds and have roach and spinders everywhere have to work and get your own supplies supplied me with bed and kitchen tools I believe they put cameras in room like hotels

Seamar is definitely what you make it but but the staff there is so accommodating and they truly care about the people that come there and will work with you if you truly want to get clean and better your life! Honestly if anyone has something bad to say about the place it's just because they weren't ready to change their life! SeaMar set you up for complete success leaving their doors from housing to legal stuff to doctor and mental health appointments. They let you smoke cigarettes and take you on outings every other week and genuinely understand what their clients are going through. I couldn't recommend a better place! Just remember if you want the help it's definitely there!

This place is great! The staff is amazing and they genuinely care about their clients. The food is amazing and the management is efficient and fair. I was there for a month in May of 2024 and I can't think of one negative thing to write. If you're struggling and you want to change your life, this place is for you. Next week I will have 8 months clean and I couldn't have imagined how my life would change! Don't hesitate, if you're thinking about going just do it, if I can do it you can too! I really appreciate your latest commercial about the tribe, showing pics from history, the 'boats' ceremony, etc. I grew up in Western Montana, and had a native friend in 4th grade (1964) who was Kootenai Tribe, I was told by my parents NOT to play with her, for various reasons, which even at an early age I recognized as ignorant, we played together anyway. I was welcome in her home, but she was not in mine. Both of our parents had issues with alcoholism so we had several great reasons to bond, and one that was not. My mother made me wash at the outdoor water spigot before I could come in the house. It was wrong then, and negative treatment is wrong now. Thanks for sharing the truly wonderful birthrights of NA tribes.
