My daughter was having a mental crisis one night. I was not able to be with her and her husband to help calm the situation. They have 3 kids. The kids were picked up by their grandparents and were not involved in this situation. I called and got kelly stupidly thinking I would get support for my DAUGHTER. Police and CPS were mentioned and it was determined that neither were need. The kids were NOT INVOLVED!! Kelly asked about my daughter's history and the stress she was under. The conversation was about my DAUGHTER, the kids were in no danger whatsoever. They were not there. I was reassured Kelly would help and reach out to my daughter and her husband and that this was NOT a 911 or CPS situation. Kelly called my son in law one time and did not get through. My son in law called the number back did not get a response. My daughter was not contacted. We have not had any contact with Kelly or comprehensive since BUT CPS was called and has made contact with my daughter, no one can trust CPS. Kelly talked as thought she was concerned about my daughter, knowing the kids were not nor had been in any danger. She lied. She called CPS or was responsible for them being called. I'm only concerned about CPS because I have seen , heard, and read how they can ruin a family over nothing. My issues is I reached out for help in a crisis situation and all I got was CPS being called. My daughter could be dead today, but at least Kelly was able to create more stress, and havoc for an already volatile situation!!

Spokane, Washington | The partial hospitalization program generally offers up to 30 hours of treatment per week. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couple’s counseling are provided. Clients meet for four to six hours at a time. Sessions are held five to six days each week. Brene Brown’s work is also provided at this level of care. The intensive | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. Forever grateful!

My name is Rodney Francis,I just graduated from ABHS on the GRE program 8/4/2025 I want to give a special thanks to all staff on duty and all the care team members for the positive experience that I had at ABHS you didn't only teach me about sobriety, but self-worth and who I really am.you all were so respectful and helpful and determined not to give up on me but to push me in to becoming a better me and who I am today, safe to say kinda like my personal life couch.you all was better then fair,to me you were all straight forward, honest and forgiving showed me compassion, support and guidance that I needed and gave me a second chance with the tool I'll need out here in daily life.
Mr.Carter your one amazing counselor, very open and straight forward, honest and showed me you really care about me as a person.i showed up there not knowing what to expect, scared to share or talk in groups and with your help next thing you know I became the class President.thank you Mr Carter you will always be my hero.
And for Ms brown thank you for everything and being respectful,my daughter said hi,Ms Hamilton thank you for caring about me and all the positive talks we had and support to get back with my higher power, Ms O'Brien you was a light on my stay there at ABHS anytime I had a problem or something came up you was there to listen and call me out on my crap as well,Mr prutsmen,Mr.van.b and Mr.Say you three are straight up the best guidance I could have asked for you seen something good and kept pushing me forward for only the best given me the opportunity to be superstructure and the ability to become a better person,I absolutely loved it at ABHS had a good experience with just finding myself all my needs was met and I couldn't complain about anything, the food is amazing give a special thanks to the cooks, man I have nothing negative to say whatsoever thank you at ABHS for giving me my life back sincerely Mr.Francis

I just read the reviews for this place and allow me to retort.
First off this place saved my life. I checked into ABHS not knowing the program, their reputation, or the temperament of the staff.
The staff are a simply amazing!! Ms. B, Ms. Patrick, Ms. Moore, Ms. Womack, Mr. Torres, Mr. Van B., Mr. Prutsman, Ms. Wolf, Mr. Torres, Mr. Cuastic, Ms. Standfield, Ms. O’Brien, Mr. Guy, Ms. Aguilar, Ms. Dobins, Ms. Hamilton, Mr. Hirtch, Ms. Brown, Ms. Chichester, Ms. Wagner, the 3 Mr. Gs, Ms. Pagan, Mr. O, Mr. Hemple, Mr. Dock, Ms. Sumptner, Ms. Bopa, Ms. Wilamu, Ms. Garcia, Ms. Fouler, Ms. Lee, Ms. Karris, Ms. Davy, Ms. Nguyen, Mr. Cooper, and to any of you that I am forgetting I want to tell you all that I will always remember you all. You all were my rock when I needed it, you called me on my sh!t, helped me grow and learn, and got me started on my path to sobriety.
Ms. Standfield there are no words, you were my life coach, my safe place, someone who I admire, someone I want to be like, and you don’t do it for praise or fame. You took me under your wing, gave me so so so many gold nuggets to put in my backpack you made me rich. You are wicked smart and taught me how my childhood trauma affected me and how to not be victim to it anymore. When the student is ready……the teacher presents themself.
Mr. Van B., Ms. Brown, Ms. Davy, Ms. Chichester, and Mr. Prutsman you are fair, just, straight forward, honest, and forgiving. You showed me compassion, empathy, support, guidance, gave me second chances, and did not let me self destruct. You all are the best example of what true leaders are really are. For those reviews that try to disrespect and put a stain on all the good you do well they are absolutely wrong.
To those that have anything negative to say about this place well some of your expectations are a bit far fetched. First don’t bring a child to see their parent in rehab. It’s traumatizing and that trauma causes addiction so way to go. Also no you can’t leave rehab and go to the store to buy contraband. You could have brought drugs into rehab causing a relapse or a overdose. What gives you the right to miss treat the staff and expect them to take it and allow you to stay. All of these behaviors are of someone not willing to commit to being sober. If you can’t learn to behave like normal people and follow rules in a safe place how can you expect to do that in the real world.
My point is this the program at ABHS is working for those that want to be sober. I have been to rehab 3 times and I just graduated on 6/18 and it’s the last time I am ever going to rehab because this place taught me how to stand up on my own two feet get past my abuse, my low self astern, looking for my worth from others, and help shape me into the man I am today.
Sure rehab has rules some of them may seem weird or even dumb at times but they are there to teach you to retrain you to prepare you as best they can so when you walk out of their doors into the real world you are ready to succeed at a sober life.
For those that got booted you know what if you would have apologized taken your lumps and showed that you were truly sorry for your acts they would have allowed you back in. ABHS doesn’t say no to anyone. They let you come back again and again. This is a good place run by people that are trying to save people’s lives. They’ve seen everything that you can think of and do the best they can. However, we as addicts have to meet them halfway if we don’t want it, what they teach won’t stick and we won’t be prepared and we will go back in use. It’s up to us to choose the right thing to make good choices and to heal if that’s what you want then this is the place you wanna go to because they will make sure with every fiber of their being to try and help you to teach you to show you empathy and compassion, in your darkest moment they are the light that guides you to a path of sobriety. And anyone says different than they weren’t ready to be sober in the first place.

When I joined under the old management it was a good place that seemed to care. It was a one year program with a graduation date. Now under the management of Breakthrough Clinic, they are garbage. Not only are the counselors uncaring, they run an insurance scam keeping you until THEY see fit. They forget their appointments then blame you. My attendance was not court appointed and was there under my own will. I decided on a personal recovery plan that did not include them and I was literally yelled at in the parking lot by my counselor making totally unfounded claims. As of this writing they have done the same to two other group members in the last week. Save your money and time, look for professionals…this place is a joke!

Best experience that ever happened to me. I was so frustrated in the beginning, i didn't think it was anything but a waste of time. But I ended up with a family who I could feel comfortable to let my guard down and just be me.I grew so much there, made wonderful connections and my counselors were not judgemental and really put my recovery first without making me feel worse than I already did.I never expected to get anything out of it when I started. But because of the support I received, and the positive attitude there, I I'll never forget the care I received. No guilt tripping, just honesty. It changed my life from being severely suicidal, to wanting to live again.
I now look forward to a healthy lifestyle and self-esteem, and have learned to look forward to my future.

My 4 weeks here at the center honestly saved me. My first day I was so anxious about the new environment I had to have EMS called for me because I had a panic attack, and my second day I was throwing up the whole day. Our son went to The Center in a very dark place. We all felt it was his last chance to get "well". Severe depression, drugs and anxiety attacks has sapped any remaining hope from him. Frankly we were both desperate and skeptical that anything could work. But we read everything about The Center and watched what seemed like 100 personal testimonies from previous clients. We called and spoke with admissions and they were wonderful. They answered all our questions and were very warm and professional.
My son did go to The Center and all I can say is we have our son back. His turnaround was simply amazing. It was hard work. At first he did not want to be there. But the staff was so supporting and really made him feel like he could do it. The individual sessions and the group sessions made a big impact on him, as did the DBT classes. He has made friends for a lifetime and can't imagine being in the place he was just a few months ago. I highly recommend The Center for anyone needing help.

9/26/25 Tanya or Tonya is her Name and the worst Councelor/Person I ever encountered at a clinic. 5 months I been coming here and the lady couldn’t see me not 1 time in 5 months even tho I come here every Friday to pick up my dosing. Today my carries were taking because I dint do my assessment. Well it’s really hard to do them when the counselor dosent show up. That also goes for the Doctor and Another person in the clinic.
So in the 5 months I was coming I just wasn’t important enough to sit down with and do the paperwork work. Tanya had me in her office and we spoke outside of office on several different occasions. And she still couldn’t find the time to see me?????? Very strange, tho I have to say that I don’t think I’m her favorite and I don’t think she likes my accent or something about me, since she looks at me up and down when we do sea each other, from sneakers to my head she will examine me which is also strange.. Kirk unfortunately is also a lier. When asking him why he couldn’t calll me back or see, he just looks at the floor and has no comment. So today I reached out to Rick who is in charge of the facility just to make him aware of what’s happening even tho o don’t think he cares honestly. 2 appoints with my “counselor 1 with the doctor and a moth and half of trying to get to Kirk since he’s always busy and no luck with any of them even tho the 3 appointments were scheduled by them. Waisted of time 💯💯 Oh and at that not one of those appointments show up in their system apparently what a coincidence!!
I still have the appointment cards in my drawer somewhere I believe. Manipulation at its finest. It’s very unfortunate that everyone has their own worries Money Money Money!

You will be judge here 💯💯 Some are cool most are Horrible. FIY I did see other counselors but it’s only your counselor that has to do the assessment apparently. Shout to Jeff the counselor for taking me on when no one wanted to 💯💯 Guy put himself out there when he never needed to. Thank you.
The cherry on Top was being given the wrong dose today on top of everything that happened Someone messed up on the Dose
The provider of course Shavil or W.e her name is. Got my carries taking was judged and abused all
While given an improper dose today on 9/26/25. When questioned why I was giving the wrong dose, the Filipina nurse in Charge told me it’s none of my business and it’s irrelevant. That’s the head nurse talking like that. Choose your clinics wisely because your not welcomed here and will be looked exactly how you already feel while trying to make it and get off this Medicine.

It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Thank you, THS for helping me start my journey to becoming a thriving, driven, and respectable member of society.

They are the best outpatient clinic you can go to. They are pretty fast with the lines. One day I was 5 minutes due to finding my friend deceased in his apartment and they still allowed me to dose which they rarely do for anyone

Security took one look at me with my frantic demeanor, said “you need your birth certificate miss?” I shook my head, he said “the kiosks are to your right when you walk in, grab a ticket and they’ll call you”, I had no wait time and the young lady upheld such professionalism, was also very kind. Very clean environment and I like how it’s been a little renovated.

I had an expiring options contract, and I needed to move. Time was of the essence. I called the Robinhood support number help and was called back within seconds. The options specialist on the Robinhood customer service phone number was calm and efficient. They explained my options—selling, exercising, or letting it expire—and what would happen to the underlying hood stock. Their common sense in a stressful situation was simply amazing.

Told me they were in network with my insurance when I called and that I only owed $97. Paid upfront and did my evaluation at the Ferndale location. It took them over a month to get my evaluation done. Recently started getting late fees saying I owe $151. Called them up. Said my insurance didn't pay. Called my insurance. They told me they were never in network. Called the Bellingham location and spoke to Wendy and explained the situation. She became weirdly defensive and rude? Thanks Wendy- super unnecessary. Asked to speak to a manager because obviously Wendy is having a bad day? She told me she would transfer me to Diana (who was working at Ferndale location that I called earlier) Waited for a bit and hung up and just called Diana myself. Diana explained that apparently I was supposed to make 2 payments of $97 (nobody told me that) Diana was super nice and helpful. Ended up just paying the money. Moral of the story- extremely unprofessional and ...immature? Also- always call your insurance and make sure your in network before getting any type of treatment. Don't go here.
