I just finished my DUI class and therapy with John D. out of Trinidad and I can say enough about how great the experience was. They are very helpful and will work with you. I don’t wish a DUI on anyone but if you find yourself in the predicament and your in the area I would highly recommend them.

She is Wonderful. Very empathic, compassionate and such a good listener.
I know I haven't been easy to deal with. I'm not having an easy time dealing with me and everything around me.. but Katelynn is helping me.
For everyone that I've encountered there, they have been so very nice to me. Even when I wasn't being so nice to be around.

This is the best place for whatever you have going on in your life. I am on supervision and use them for my classes, one on ones, and testing. The staff is super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond with extra case management services and even helped with my resume. They will know you by first name and stay in touch when it counts. They have a bunch of online sessions available too if you can’t drive or need to meet with someone remotely. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

This year I celebrated 6 years clean after over a decade of drug use. Whenever I talk about my recovery, Mary, the woman who runs this rehab and sober living will always come into that conversation.
I was so scared to go into rehab for the first time and I knew my family was too. I’m so happy I chose New Beginnings. Everything about the place from the classes to the different ways they teach you to get through withdrawals and how to manifest a beautiful life, clean. Her words will forever echo in my heart for the rest of my life. There is something truly special about this place.
I’m currently living out my beautiful dream life and I couldn’t be more grateful for Mary and the chance she gave me. I recently got married and we had a micro wedding. All of my friends who came were from New Beginnings. Life long friends.

I cannot recommend Cascade facility enough. My family and I have tried everything to get help for my child in TN. With shockingly low standards in care, most of which did more harm than good. Therapist that simply didn't process the experience, skill level, or self-control, to be effective. I was sick of being told about deep breathing, a chore chart and consequences would solve everything. Trust your instincts. As a parent, if those things worked, we would not be in this situation! Parents know when something isn't right. Staff at Cascade listened, validated what I said, I was free with ALL of my deepest fears, concerns and frustrations. Without fear of judgment. My child has grown, struggled, listened, contemplated life, set goals, made friendships. As she is getting ready to go home, reports her anxiety and depression as a ZERO with no cravings. When first arriving, her only goal was to get thrown out within a week. As she approached her 45-day mark, she said she really wanted to stay for 60 if she could. My child has been comfortable, safe and understood. The approach was to treat the entire family, staff communicate in real time, every email gets answered, every request for additional time for child or parent gets honored. Sandstone at Cascade has caring, professional staff. If you are exhausted, if you are tired of fighting for your child, if you live in a constant state of fear, and nobody is listening because your child presents well, if you can't keep your kid sober, there is help. Cascade Canyon was the only place that dug deep enough, to make a difference. To all out of State parents who are fearful to have your kid thousands of miles away, don't be. I promise you, it's worth it. Children were allowed to be children, they had their own space, they put pictures up and made their dorm like rooms their own. They were out on hikes, rock climbing, skydiving, they were not trapped, locked down, or dealing with kids that needed a higher, the kids were all dealing with the same type of issues. They were given the opportunity to have fun and see another side of life. If you are lucky enough to get a spot, don't second guess, getting your child quality care, even if they don't like you much at the time, is WORTH it. It gives both family and child a solid foundation to continue to build. Nothing is perfect, this is about as close to it as I have found.

My son survived a terrible car accident in which he was driving, very drunk. After realizing that he should have died in the accident he agreed he needed help. He admitted to using drugs and alcohol for many years. Sandstone saved my son, with personal therapy and family therapy and lots of support, he returned to me the son I always knew. My therapy session is with Vernon to help with my PTSD. I would recommend Vernon to anyone. He treats you as a person, not a number or a disabled patient. Vernon listens and tries different ways to help. I look forward to my sessions with Vernon. Lately a lot of negative things have happened but my session today made me feel better about myself and the new nightmares. Vernon is an asset to help with my condition. It seems like I am going to have this condition the rest of my life but he reinforces my battle to fight this. What I do not like, I am a veteran, on Medicare and Tricare for life but I will, out of left field, get a text message that I owe money which I have to pay to proceed. Don’t surprise me. I asked when I started if it was covered by insurance. I was told yes. Surprise! And if you call, they can get really rude.

I was never one to believe that a rehab facility could actually help me...i thought that I was the only one that could make a difference if I wanted to quit. This maybe true, but the lighthouse and it's staff gave me the tools needed to start believing in myself.
I recommend the Lighthouse to EVERYONE I come into contact with from my past.
I am a 31 year old male who had it all, played soccer in one of the top schools in the nation, 2 years away from graduating and becoming a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force, a great family with a good upbringing...then turned 12 year herion/meth addict.
Just like any of us living with an addiction, there are several things I regret from my past...but the lighthouse helped me see the light and made me realize life can be better. I highly recommend this facility if you're ready for a change.

Justin’s Lighthouse changed my life…. For the best!! Tina and Myles picked me up from East Baton Rouge Parish Prison March of 2019. I was addicted to heroin. No one had faith in me. Not even my family. But, they did! They educated me on the disease. But more importantly, they loved me until I loved myself.
Today, I have a job that I used to think I didn’t deserve. People trust me. I now have family that I talk to frequently.
This all became possible because I listened to what they had to say. This journey has not been easy but well worth it!

Dr. Weiss and Mathew Piciulo are the two therapists at Heart to Heart Counseling that we encountered and I can firmly state are legit. Mathew seriously impacted my husband while Dr. Weiss restored my heart, my sense of worth, and gave me the education and language my heart desperately needed at the most emotionally dismantling time of my life. Through their knowledge, gentleness, generosity of wisdom, encouragement, and Holy Spirit leading, I honestly believe that God was able to use these two men to rescue my husband and empower me. I first went to Heart to Heart in 2001. When I first went there I looked good on the outside, but I was a mess on the inside. They helped me heal from the wounds from my past and showed me how to be a Real Man. There are some great programs out there, but none quite like insight. If you are looking to be seen for who you are, and not just for your insurance, insight recovery is the place for you. Their client-centered mindset garuntees you won’t slip through the cracks and get lost in the grey.
These people will fight for you. They’ll advocate for you. They’ll pick you up and give you the tools to fly. They’re still here for you even when they’re off the clock. I’ve seen them go to great lengths to support so many individuals recoveries.
Also they make recovery fun! They give you new ways to think about yourself and the world. As clients, we all become one big family. At the start of your first day, you’ll enter the doors on your own. When you leave, you’ll be leaving as part of a community.
Also they have good snacks and they feed you an awesome lunch.

It’s never easy to make the decision to send your child to long term inpatient care. I have a daughter here now and I love this program. The staff cares. The girls get the help they need. They have strict rules and boundaries, but they also get understanding, good therapy, etc. I would recommend.

If you are a parent or guardian seeking help for a troubled child, then you already know it is one of the most difficult situations you will encounter. As parents, we often question ourselves, wondering what we could have done different. Put those thoughts aside. Remember–you are only human. You love your child. You have done all you can. If a parent’s love could heal your child, she would already be well. I know you are exhausted, frustrated, devastated. Take a deep breath and know… There is healing available for your daughter and family.
My daughter was admitted to White Horse Ranch in early 2021. She graduated the program after five months of intensive therapy. The change in my daughter was nothing less of phenomenal. I’m not a believer, but I will often describe the staff at WHR as miracle workers.
As a parent, I participated in weekly family therapy with my daughter. Not only did I receive regular updates on my daughter’s progress, but a staff person was always available to speak with me–24 hours a day. I could call at anytime to check on my daughter. I’m a single mom and have a tight budget. My insurance covered a great portion of the expenses, but not all. However, WHR worked with me, allowing me to set up a payment plan so that my daughter got all the care she needed.
Were there bumps in the road? Of course. After all, WHR is a residential treatment center for teen girls. Therapy is grueling work for anyone, and especially for children. Ups and downs are to be expected. I know my daughter had her share. But… I knew she was in capable hands and that her safety and the safety of all the girls would be guarded and maintained.
In a world of instability, WHR maintains a strict, predictable schedule, which is a crucial part of the therapy. The girls learn how to be responsible to themselves and those around them. They learn to keep themselves and their living spaces clean and organized. They learn to organize their activities to make the most of their time. Most importantly, they learn that their choices and actions have consequences for better or for worse. That concept alone is crucial to future success. They also incorporate holiday and birthday celebrations into the schedule which my daughter really enjoyed. And the horses… the equine therapy was an incredible experience for my daughter. She learned to trust and be trusted. She took on the responsibility of caring for the needs of another living being and the rewards of that dynamic have been ongoing.
A word about the Christian environment… Yes, the environment includes an element of Christianity, mostly in the form of Christian love. But what is that? Doing unto others as you would have done unto you. That’s a Universal law that most people on earth follow. If someone has an issue with that, I don’t know what to tell them. That said, for those who are Christian, there are services offered every Sunday. However, I am a staunch atheist, so I was a bit worried about indoctrination of my child; however, the staff at WHR was respectful and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated.
With all that said, I highly recommend WHR to any parent or guardian struggling with their daughter’s behavioral and mental health issues. And remember, there is healing available for your daughter and family.

Amazing staff, incredibly compassionate! Recovery Campus is a huge help when you're just taking off in your recovery and have basically nothing left to start with. Everyone there treats you with respect and dignity instead of seeing you as a junkie or an alcoholic. They have counselors trained in this cool thing called EMDR that is wonderful if you have trauma in your past that you still find hard to cope with. Trinda, Sandy and Heidi were fantastic supports for me but there are others that are just as skilled and experienced that can help you too if out patient treatment is what you're looking for. I have learned so much about myself and have gained the skills I need to be successful in my recovery. Thanks to RMBH!

What makes this place are the girls themselves that show up wanting their kids back. There's a lot of humanity here. The staff are a bit disorganized in how they approach us and what they expect of us but this place got me clean and sober and now I have six months! I wouldn't have changed anything for the world. These people truly care about you they just have interesting ways of showing it sometimes.

I have nothing but positive thoughts and love for Step Seven. I have been apart of the community for 15 months now and I can honestly say God and Step Seven saved my life. I was in a bad place and bad shape and didn’t think help existed. I gave the director a call when I got out of prison and was in a home that night. Over the 15 months I have watched my life transform. I have restored relationships, I have built a true foundation, I have real brothers who have my back, I am a brand new man. It’s not only me that this change has happened too.
