Great clinic and caring, non judgemental staff. Will hold you accountable, but understand that recovery is a lifetime process and addicts are prone to relapse and need patience and understanding, not kicked to the curb.

Amazing workers I have a couple favorites I don't want to say their names but they they are very helpful they listen to you and they don't judge you some of them don't judge you some do but I feel like everybody don't understand addiction addicts my doctor is amazing I really respect him like and I respect the workers in here but some I do not like just being honest and they do help you they try to understand where you're coming from and I really enjoy going up there and they have helped me a lot and I love seeing my counselor because she helps me more than she knows and I really appreciate her Aka little shawty

I cannot thank Mrs Robin enough, she has really changed me and my daughters life and relationship much more healthier, my daughter has never had the respect and structure as she has started for herself since starting spectrum/skopos. Robin does her family sessions exactly as she says. Anytime I have a question or reach out she answers right away. She addresses anything I have concerns with. She has been very kind and understanding and very helpful to me and my family in this hard time of trying to get back control and have my daughter in the right head space before shes an adult. I went here in 2003/2004 and I see there are some negative comments but as a child that came from a very abusive home. I found peace here and so much love that I have never had before the staff there during my time I will never forget.. Mrs. Carol believed me and helped me get away from a bad home. She set me on a path and now im married with three children I honestly dont think I would make it without them. I will never forget Charles, Mrs. Judy and the lady that used to come on Thursdays and Sundays I found god for the first time there and the ranch in the bag was the best I loved feeding the horses there.

At first I was like, no way is this for me. But Grayson totally got where I was coming from. The groups were super age-specific and chill. I learned how to set boundaries and say no without feeling weird. They helped me prep to go back to school too. Food was decent and the space felt safe. Before coming to The Bridge, I was so broken. I carried so much pain and didn’t even realize how heavy it had become. From the moment I arrived, I was given a safe and loving place to finally let it out.
Debra and Susan are two of the most powerful and compassionate women I’ve ever met. They gave me space to feel all of my emotions, to cry, to break down, and to begin putting the pieces back together. They helped me connect with my inner child the little girl who never got the chance but deserves the world. That is something I never thought I’d be able to do, and it has changed me forever. Even on the days when I still bawl my eyes out, I feel peace now, because I know that’s part of healing.
But it wasn’t just them. Every single person at The Bridge has left an imprint on me. Cassie is incredible she holds her boundaries so firmly, yet does it in such a loving way that you always feel safe with her. Anthony has a way of making your heart melt just by being himself his kindness and warmth shine through in everything he does. And Shane instantly makes you feel welcomed, like you belong there from the moment you meet him.
The entire staff carries a mix of strength, love, and authenticity that makes The Bridge unlike any other place. They don’t just teach you tools they walk beside you, support you, and remind you that you’re not alone.
I left The Bridge lighter, stronger, and filled with more hope than I ever imagined possible. I am so grateful for every single person there. The Bridge didn’t just help me heal—it gave me a new beginning.

The Bridge to Recovery opened my eyes to what needs to be put in place to live a happy, meaningful and positive life. The group interaction, is one that I’ve never experienced before in therapy, I felt “a part of” instead of “a part from”. Upon arriving, I never have felt so welcomed and a peace of knowing this is exactly where I need to be and where I want to be. Each day opened up new ways to understand self care, trauma, just life in general and how to operate effectively through it. I'm honestly surprised at the reviews my stay at rivendell was nothing like what some of these say. I loved the food always made sure we had enough. Loved most of if not all of the staff shout-out Mr Bennett the nights where a little rough but the flashlights didn't bother me as much as you'd think and they were just checking on us. My bed was comfortable and I had all the hygiene supplies I needed deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, and a shower every morning. Snacks twice a day and hygiene breaks as needed and two 5 minute phone calls. Rivendell thought me skills that are helping me in the real world and I will forever be grateful.

I have been coming to the Bowling Green, KY office since before they were taken over by AppleGate. The core group of people has been the same since I started attending, 6 years ago. They are all great! I cannot express just how nice it is to have this group of people in my corner. They are an important piece of my recovery, allowing me to lead a normal, fulfilling life. Myself and my family are forever grateful that we found such a great group of people to walk through my recovery with. This place will always hold a special place in my heart for giving me a second chance at life when I didn't think I was worth one. If you aren't ready to take a program seriously, it will not be an easy time. They're going to show you life how it really is and situations you're going to have to learn to deal with sober. There's no sugarcoating to it. Be ready to put in the work. It's not an easy road by any means but, if you work on it, you'll get everything you need out of the program to cope better with life and make the best choices for yourself.

Nothing but professionalism. I've never had a problem that they couldn't explain or point me in the right direction. The VA client in Bowling Green deserves our upmost support. You have to remember they are totally dependent on the powers that be in Washington. That has to be a tough row to hoe these days. As far as to the negative reviews about the wait time. I just talked to this Mental Health facility because I was curious as to why 2 people left 1 Stat reviews and the rest were 5 star reviews. I spoke with a very nice lady that explained there services clearly. I've come to the conclusion that that 2 bad reviews were somewhat out of line.

I've been going to mental health places all my life. Most I've had bad experiences at. I recently moved here and gave them a call on a bad day asking for services. I was greeted with kind and calming voices and some awesome ladies who understood the help I needed. This place has out done all of the places I've been too.
