I have went to this clinic in Lexington for a year. Seeing Rebekah mattingly, and she is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best practitioner I ve ever seen. I live in Somerset. I tried to go to the Somerset clinic. My doctor wasn't there that day. they treated me with unprofessional attitude, and disrespect. I was so apauled at the behavior of a certain female doctor I swore I would not step foot in that facility again. I travel once a month to Lexington. Only to see dr Rebekah. The staff here is so friendly, and so helpful they truely make you feel at home. Everyone is laid back with no judgement about getting help. I will stick with this facility for the remainder of my sobriety journey. This place is amazing. If you want to be treated like a human come to the Lexington location of second chance. Tabitha , and Lindsay are two of my favorites they are very professional while making you feel welcome, and like a person instead of a junkie. I will never go to Somerset again. Landmark has been amazing for my husband. It has helped him with not only addiction but communication as well as talking through issues in the past that he did not realize even affected him. He has been able to put things behind him and move forward with situations that he realizes only harms himself or his family. He puts the things that are important to him first rather than the things other people find important for him. It has been a great expierance for him. The only place that truly assisted me. They referred me to a therapist who could provide the appropriate medication I required.I am grateful to this hospital for saving my life. I attempted to admit myself to various hospitals, but none were willing to assist me. Having relocated from another state, I was aware of the medication I needed. Regrettably, therapy in this state is inadequate, and no one appeared willing to assist me.Despite hearing negative feedback about Eastern State, I was concerned that they would be unable to assist me. Fortunately, they connected me with a therapist who could provide effective assistance. Although it took approximately a month to secure an appointment, I was able to see the prescriber within the following one to two weekdays.I am indebted to Eastern State for saving my life.Upon relocating from another state, I presented my comprehensive medical history, which, unfortunately, the mental health professionals in Kentucky disregarded entirely.

This is a great place everyone is there to help you on your road to recovery from staff to counselors & Dr's everyone goes all out to help you. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is sometimes you might be there for 2 are 3 hours seeing counselors and the dr really on my opinion I only need 1counsaler instead of 2 are 3 different ones all askig me the same things other than that it's a great place highly recommend if you are wanting to get you life back on the right path.

Love the staff they all go above and beyond!! Casey chuck and hunter BUT this medicaid medicine they make us get at ''there pharmacy'' is a JOKE people are using over this! it's insane we should be able to use a pharmacy of OUR choosing! Higher ups need to take notice!!

This place is amazing and every single person in there from the front desk ladies, all the way back to the doctors are filled with love and optimism especially dr. McAllister she s a special kind of wonderful. I don t even want to leave sometimes if you re looking to find a great provider dr. McAllister is the one and Brightview is the place..

I love this place! The staff are all incredibly sweet. They have snacks & hot chocolate for when you re in the induction room waiting on meds or your first time starting mat. They have either intensive outpatient or regular outpatient. The decision is based on the care they believe you need to succeed in your journey. Everyone is different. If you choose to do mat or come for groups/therapy, that s your choice. As long as you re not here from either jail or court. For me, I come once every week & I will soon go down yo bi weekly & then monthly. You have the option here to see a psychiatrist, which in my opinion is just great. Not all of us can find resources that work in our favor where they re all in the same building. They work with your schedule & needs. Please take the time to give this place a try if it s your first time seeking help for outpatient care. They are genuinely friendly & helpful. I ve been going here for a month & I feel like this time around I ve made transformations. We are all in this together! Get the help you need!

Great place to be now. Doctors,counselors,nurses, etc. Better ran now than before.Just took away a star because of how every time you need something and call and I needed to speak to my counselor for a minute has nothing to do with her but they want to know and ask and get rude if you don't tell them your private information that is supposed to be confidential..... It's understandable that they're trying to see if they can help with anything. But to keep prying to try to find out what it is about etc. Is not okay. Counselors and are the ones that, "need to know", why i need to speak with them. Period.
