I absolutely love the front desk girl and the physician I have along with my counselor... My problem is that why is it that I feel before I share my concern or future ply... It's ALREADY spoken on BEFORE I speak with my physician?. I also feel like I was spoken on BEFORE I entered the room with my PHYSICIAN. I don't feel comfortable with that 💯, ESPECIALLY because it's ALLEGEDLY SUPPOSED to be CONFIDENTIAL. What happened to this??. My doctor was really ready to put me in a detox I didn't come for AND I don't give problem with anything I'm asking help with. I don't get it. I was cool about it and told HER not to worry. I'm working on me and I know I been doing over the above job with what I came for help for. She should be now know that too. Other than that... I love ALL those women working so hard there💯

I have been going to Savida since 12/24 and it has been such a nice journey for my recovery. The office is always clean and stocked up with snacks. Donna-Fe is so sweet and very helpful. Appointments are always very well scheduled with little to no wait time to see the providers. Art is a great counselor. He listens so well to you, I wish the sessions were longer, that's how good of a counselor he is. Kyle Jones has been my Physician and he is very sweet, a good listener and always asks how one is doing besides just prescribing medications. I have also seen Stephanie Rutherford who has been injecting my Vivitrol shots. She is also very sweet and knows her stuff. I have come a long way with Savida and it has been such a great experience this time around in my recovery. This place definetly makes you feel welcomed and accepted.

I give this rehab 5 stars simply because of the way the program is designed for the client to be able to hold himself accountable for his own actions something that as addicts we failed to do...this place is about discovering and instilling change into individuals who lacked it...best of all it allows you to choose a way of recovery beneficial to you it's not a one size fit all program it's what ever works for you and thats the beauty of it I myself would recommend this program to the masses who want to and/or are trying to get clean...sure every program has its drawbacks and this one is no exception but the good far out weighs the bad on any day...an old African proverb says " "It takes a village to raise a child" and thats what you get here an entire team working to help you help yourself be the best representation of yourself that you can ever be...Recovery is work your only gonna get out of it what you put in it....

CFD saved my life I have battled an Ed for 2 years now and since coming here and just leaving my life has been turned upside down for the better. I have learned so much here than I have in any other treatment. CFD helped me fix my body image issues and helped my exercise addiction and I was able to find other activities to enjoy besides those. All the staff here are absolutely amazing and so kind. I love you Sebastian, Lydia, nurse ester, and Sarah. I had a therapist switch in the middle of treatment but my new therapist was still able to provide an amazing experience at CFD and helped me so much. CFD is great and the treatment is very personalized with your own personal meal plan and after a while you can prep your own meals and go on walks. My favorite thing was going out and going on exposures to help me. All my peers were amazing and always so helpful. The staff is so kind and respectful. You can also go on walks once you reach medical stability. Highly recommend CFD.

FIRST LET ME SAY I LOVE THE STAFF AND EVERYONE THERE💜💙💚🧡!!!! I'm just very upset right now, and want to see if anyone else has been in the position iam in right now. I have been on Suboxone for about 2 and a half years. HAVE NEVER GAVE A DIRTY PISS TEST!!!! I go once a month. Well in the past year or so, I have to have surgery on my wrist had to get a metal plate put in it. They put me on Subutex for 2 weeks or so, took the pain meds like I should, went back on Suboxone no problem. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS. About 6 months later I had to have surgery on my finger. Once again put me on Subutex afterwards for a couple weeks or so. NO DIRTY PISS TESTS AGAIN. Went back on the Suboxone no problems. I NEVER TOOK MORE OF THE PAIN MEDS THAN I WAS SUBSCRIBED!!!! I have been having trouble with my legs for awhile giving out on me and I would fall. So recently I was having lots of problems with my left knee. They had to do a partial knee replacement. Got it done yesterday. THEY GAVE ME TYLENOL 500MGS 2 EVERY 6 HOURS, AND GAVE ME 8MG OF BABY ASPRININ I TAKE 2 ADAY OF THOSE. THEN GAVE ME 3 8MG OF SUBOXONE STRIPS TO TAKE ADAY. SO 3 SUBOXONE WITH THE OTHER PAIN MEDS. I was told they don't give Subutex no more, not even pregnant woman. Iam confused I AWAYS THOUGHT SUBOXONE IS A PAIN BLOCKER. NOW AFTER ALLLLLL THESE YEAR'S OF PEOPLE BEING ON THEM. THEY ARE NOT REALLY A BLOCKER.???? NEEDLESS TO SAY IAM IN THE WORST PAIN EVER😭😭😭😭!!!! TRUST ME IF I HAD KNOWN WHAT I WAS GOING TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS PAIN I WOULDN'T OF DONE IT!!!! I couldn't even do therapy today at ALL when they came today to start the therapy!!!! Just wondering anybody else go through this to after a major surgery like this???? So beware Suboxone isn't a complete BLOCKER they are saying all of a sudden 🤔. Like I said this place HAS HELPED ME OUT ALOT!!!! MY BEEF IS REALLY WITH THE SUBOXONE MAKERS I GUESS. ITS JUST AWFUL THE PAIN IAM IN. Like I said I have no desire at all to go back on the pain pills again I almost died!!!! I take care of my Dad he has Cancer and Dementia and is on ALOT OF PAIN MEDS, SO IF I WANTED TO DO PAIN MEDICINE I WOULD ALREADY HAVE DONE IT!!!! My daughter and grandkids live here too and I would never never do anything to hurt them. Anyway SORRY for my venting, just upset . I hope someone understands what iam going through. PLEASE PRAY THAT THIS PAIN EASIOUS UP 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Day 280 the excellent home geriatric doctor is awesome. The benefits are excellent. We’ve adapted and so appreciate the VA! Day 2 and not as impressed but they did fix a wrong scan order so we didn’t have to pack up and leave. Was told meds ready and not there yet. A very long day running around getting nothing done. Day 1 was very impressed with the care my 93 yr old vet fatherin-law received today. He couldn’t have asked for more. All difficulties were addressed, the nearby UVA pharmacy was super speedy and convenient. A different specialty drug through the VA pharm was free and can now be taken.. They have MDs that can come to your house. We got appts lined up a week after we called. Everyone was super awesome. The RN couldn’t been nicer. MD super thorough. A wonderful asset for veterans! We waded through another VA out of state and it was hell getting things set up and no thoroughness medically but also provided great services. We’re happy to find this easier. Thank u!

Our daughter was in desperate need of help. Her ED had gotten into a dangerous zone. Out patient therapy was just not enough to bridge the gap for us. We began looking for facilities and this one was semi close. Leaving your child can be very difficult and reading reviews I felt somewhat comfortable with this place. Ilida was really easy to work with. When we arrived, she went through all of the initial paperwork with us and made sure we understood everything before signing. While there our daughter was able to gain weight and understand her relationship with her body image and understand how her eating disorder affected that. The staff was great and quickly developed relationships that were therapeutic with my daughter- helping her use her DBT skills when she would get upset. As a mom, it does your heart good to know that when your child is upset, there is someone there to comfort them when you can’t. She went in having withdrawn into herself, no longer enjoying activities she had previously enjoyed, and as previously mentioned, very sick. She discharged a healthy, happy kiddo! Enjoying activities she hadn’t enjoyed in a long time! The only negative comments I have is that the house was in somewhat of a transition of staff upon our arrival. Our daughter was assigned a virtual therapist & virtual dietician. While both of these individuals were great, we would have much preferred in person facilitation. There were some lapses of communication a few times, but again, staff was/is in transition. When it’s brought to their attention, they are quick to rectify this. At the end of the day, the good definitely outweighs the “bad” and if I had to do it all over again, I would send her there without hesitation. Actually at discharge, our daughter was in tears because while she wanted to come home, she was going to miss several of the staff!

Today, Region Ten Crisis Unit was the only one to help me. They picked me up and brought me in to see a nurse and doctor. Then, set me up for more help next week! Really a wonderful experience during a crisis for me. It s hard to be positive when abuse is happening, but today Region Ten spent hours deescalating and managing my crisis issues well. It s hard to say: I was raped and in the UVA care unit, I was assaulted by 3 long relationship partners and needed shelter for emergency and care for the physical abuse. Now, my mental health is in crisis after a 7-month roommate situation turned violent. All this past trauma builds up and comes up when new abuse. The system is overwhelmed and underfunded when it comes to mental health but Northwestern has been a life saver, quite literally, for my child. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child’s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all. We have been using this service for nearly a year and the positive changes are impossible to express with words. Thank you so much, Northwestern.

I’m shocked at the other reviews that say they only care about money. We did have an insurance/ billing issue but not only did they not hound us about payment, I had to keep calling back to make sure it was paid! Ms. Moore has been a very attentive therapist and very willing to work with schedule changes and such.
