Reception NEVER answers the phone, I am always redirected to leave a voicemail and often it is not returned promptly. I absolutely love my therapist who has helped me make amazing progress (in comparison to several others who have tried & failed before) Unfortunately the way the phone system/reception is set up makes it very frustrating and inconvenient. Other than that, I feel that my therapist (Susan) is amazing, Thank you for your hard work, & dedication.

I have received excellent care from many providers at Pauquette. They have worked together to find the best treatment plan for me. Receptionists have always been helpful and friendly. They have made me feel that they truly do care.
Thank you guys for the help. I know you all are incredibly busy, constantly, but your psych services actually cared, and it showed. You have no idea how much I appreciated your help. I hope more people let you know what you're doing is meaningful, and unlike a lot of county services, or state funded programs, etc, you treated me like a person. They are so much better than Pauquette center in Reedsburg. Aspen has shown me how a therapist should be, she doesn't hold things over my head, she sticks to her appt time, she is ontime 99% of the time and doesn't keep and hour over, she lets me talk about me, not what she wants to talk about first.
The providers at this Hospital are extraordinary! They are highly skilled professionals and I will go as far as saying over qualified. To my “TEAM” thank you so much for being there for me and being committed to my treatment and recovery. My family and I will forever ever be grateful!

It's great if you know the naming system of the entrance, exit, weird names of elevators, floors, and Clinics. An example; Rose or Star Elevators, Forest Clinic. What was wrong with elevator #3rd floor, Eye Clinic.

Beautiful place, But one of the security guards has no respect for how he talks to customers, he is very rude. He doesn't know how to respect others.

The VA has been awesome minus, red tape and third parties that are out of their control. They are fantastic. The staff has been wonderful, kind, and explain things well. The multiple doctors we've encountered have been so compassionate. We truly appreciate their service to veterans.

Great staff, and if I could give a 10 star review I would!
Was closed for a short while due to water damage but opened again. Only downside was the grant terms for testing for HIV were changed so I'll have to get that done elsewhere otherwise a clean place with polite staff.

During my very short time with them(relocated states) I have had nothing but the best people and care, especially my girl Trish(hopefully I spelled your name right.) I am Mexican American and I didn't have not one issue regarding race issues as they are a little diverse in their staffing as well. My only complaint during the short time was, no one tried to help me with housing... One of the main reasons I had to leave. Other than that 5/5 from food pantry, pharmacy, all great! Kevin is a pretty good one as well. Really they all are in the Madison location. Highly recommend!!

I was placed at Rawhide in 1972, for the summer camp program. I came away a changed youth. I returned to my hometown, and the high-school I had attended. It took a lot of work on my part, as well as the Lord's guidance, but I did graduate with my class. I know in the years since I was there, I had stumbled a few times, but the Lord with his grace, continues to bless me.
Jan, John, Bart and Cherrie, saved my life! The way I was headed, I was sure to be in prison before long. I was able to return the life changing help later on in life, by serving on the board of directors for 12 years.

This is a great place for kids to learn their lesson and do better. I have connections with other parents that have sent they're kids here and they said it helped with their kid being better behaved at school, home, and not only better behaved but well rounded as a whole.

I appreciate them so much especially when I was a child in the system they were very supportive in many different ways and helped my grandparents out quite a bit.
Therapist Lisa is amazing in every way. She has truly changed my view on counseling and has helped me so very much. She is incredibly supportive, and I genuinely feel comfortable telling her any and everything.
Terry the office manager is also very knowledgeable, kind and willing to help with anything, and answer any question you may have. Highly recommend.

Our experience with KinderCare in Monona absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we enrolled our child, we knew we had made the right choice.
The staff is incredible – they are not only professional but also warm and caring. It's evident that they genuinely love what they do. Our child has formed strong bonds with the caregivers, and it's heartwarming to see the genuine affection they have for each other.
The facility is well-maintained, ensuring a safe and clean environment for the children.
Communication through the daily app and in person with the staff is seamles. They are always available to discuss our child's progress and any concerns we may have. The regular updates keep us in the loop, making us feel like an integral part of our child's daycare experience.

I have been going to Goodman’s Behavioral Health for a few years now. I first met the staff while going with a family member. After having a few failed attempts with other therapists, Claudia made me feel comfortable enough to give therapy a try again. A person has to find the right therapist and I found mine. It has worked out well. I got the support I needed to make positive changes in my life. I even worked up the courage to join group therapy, which I thought was going to be really awkward and uncomfortable. But it has been great, especially realizing that you are not alone and others are suffering from similar experiences. Barb and staff are welcoming and helpful. The facility is always clean and has touches of home. There is always a pot of coffee. I highly recommend Goodman's for anyone struggling, going through a difficult time, or dealing with chronic issues.

This place saved my life. I was a selfish and disrespectful alcoholic. After going through their program, I learned how to live with other personalities and now take things so personally. I'm a responsible member of society and live a fulfilling life currently. If you want to learn how to change your ways and be happy and grateful and sober, this is the place for you! I stayed at the beacon house back in 2021! My experience was great, I love the structure, the group meetings, working the steps, and focusing on myself and my recovery. I'm so glad to have gotten the opportunity to stay here for treatment. The staff is all amazing as well. Just hit 2 years clean and sober.
I stayed at Hope Haven a few months ago. It's a smaller home like environment. The treatment schedule is pretty relaxed, you'll have some downtime especially on weekends. Most staff were great, some not too much but that's how it is everywhere. You get to go to the YMCA twice a week and also have fun fridays like bowling. You are also able to attend outside meetings. The food is great, the coach there cares about people and makes tons of extras. They also have art therapy and yoga twice a week. Overall it was a good experience.
The downsides were having to walk a long ways to smoke, and not getting very many times to do so. Also it's nice in some ways that it's co ed, but some guys there definitely were more interested in chasing girls than recovery, which can hurt the dynamic. The chores aren't really distributed evenly, and some of the overnight crew also seemed more interested in the females there than doing their job well.

This place saved my life in so many ways!! I couldn't be more thankful! Everything depends on you will get better, and what you are willing to risk to love yourself again.
Been a transplant patient for 5 years and the nursing staff and schedules, along with Riley, are incredible in the transplant clinic. When Stepahanie sees me, she takes care of getting my appointment efficiently started. Very blessed to have been a recipient here and cant say enough good things about all those working in the transplant clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My daughter was 6 months when she had her surgery on her heart. They took really good care of her and made her happy. Some of the nurses need to learn how to treat the parents though!!
I came here not expectin' much, but yo… Madison Detox really stepped up. They helped me detox safe, and I didn’t feel judged at all. Staff was chill, food wasn’t bad either 💯. Beds were comfy too, which mattered 'cause I was strugglin’ that first night .
Now I’m clear-headed, clean, and finally got a plan. This spot gave me the push I needed. :)
