All of the staff are super friendly and their goal is to help you be successful. The PA listens to you carefully and he will suggest and prescribe medication to aid you to reach your goals. The counselor will work with you to set up a plan for your recovery and listens intently to you to help you reach the goals you have set. She has helped me in numerous ways to overcome anxiety issues that were blocking my path. I believe the whole staff have truly saved my life.
Dr. Jim is a caring and compassionate professional who will listen to your concerns and treat you with dignity and respect. The addition of Zoom appointments and surveys before speaking to the doctor is a real plus in this busy world. Best clinic in the area.

I came here misguided in 2017

I've been in treatment a few times, however the excitement I had this last time, literally the last time as claint. They say recovery is fun, now I understand
This is my initial interview at the Benedict center. Be prepared to sign several documents during such an interview. The interviewer was thoughtful and kind. The process took approximately an hour and could possibly have been shorter had we not exchanged some additional background information during the interview.
Great service, great staff truly care about our Veterans, wouldn't want to receive my treatment any other place.

Every member of staff was empathetic and caring, I highly recommend going here if you need mental health support. The psychiatrist listened to me and my concerns. Beds were comfy enough, food was alright. The groups were the best ones I’ve come across in inpatient facilities. Very nice outdoors area, and good therapy groups like art was very helpful.
This place saved my life . People need to learn patients in recovery and understand the nurses only move as fast as they can thank you cms

Jessica hruzek here to say thank you for the patience people can be terribly inpatient and rude I'm talking about the patients not staff. Let me say one thing if you have to wait for you dose people it's not the end of your life you will receive it. It pathetic how people still carry such addictive behaviors.
I want to say Dr Dan is the best doctor by far I live Sandra,Milton, I love all the nurses tho I do just can't think of every name of top of my head.

I wish I'd never had to write a review here, but I am doing it because the STAFF deserves to be recognized by the incredible work they do. From check in to discharged, everyone has empathy and care for the patients. My lifeline during my 10-day stay was my nurse Cheryl and other people that contributed to my healing journey were Dr. Gladwin, "Katrina", Paul and Joy among others. If I had to do it again, I'd once again check myself here. Thank you team!

As of 2025 it appears that staff is more engaged and knowledgeable on different policies and procedures. Visiting hours are much better as well. The overall treatment that is provided appears to be greatly improved since 2023. As such, I am updating this review from 1 star to 4 stars at this time. Keeping original review for historical comparison as time goes on.
Below was from 2 years ago, approx. 2023.
Absolutely avoid this place unless you want yourself and/or your loved ones further traumatized. First off their own site shows, as seen below, daily visitation periods when in fact they only allow visitors Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a 45 minute period each day. On top of that they frequently cancel one or two of those days weekly and often with no notice. If you call them out about keeping you from their family and try to stand up for your loved ones then they will add on with denying phone calls to your loved ones with claims that they are in crisis or "unavailable." Reason I say claims of being in crisis is because I had our outside therapist call them and they verified to me there was not a crisis situation with my loved one. Also wgile they stated on the phone my loved one was in crisis they stated "the doctor said i dont have to give you any more information," and hung up...excuse me? I am this persons emergency contact AND she signed a release form during intake authorizing me to be given any and all information on her care. Now they are also violating patients wishes outright. And as for the "unavailable" they then said my loved one was sleeping. Well, their own security in addition to wauwatosa police verified that was not the case. Also, during intake they stated they could even be flexible on the visit hours due to work schedules but then when the day came to visit they denied any time of day to visit. Their actions actually did then send my loved one into crisis and as such they were doing harm to her and violating the hippocratic oath as they were 100% denying any and all forms of communication with her biggest support system. They have shown in this situation that they do not actually care for their patients as their actions violated signed agreements with their patient, removed them from their support system and they even gave false information and lies to family members with signed authorization to information.
Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. It’s as if some of the patients act like they are owed something when the stress and frustration are already plainly written on the staff member’s faces. I know that personally, I couldn’t handle it. A kind word, some patience, and a sincere “thank you” can go a long way. Furthermore, not a single person there “owes” us anything! None of the staff is getting rich by working there, they work there because they genuinely care. Remember, they are there every day at 5a.m. for us already, and you are a sad human if you don’t realize that and treat them accordingly. THANK YOU ALL, there’s no telling where many of us would be without you! Your support is definitely noticed and appreciated!! Keep up the great work!!

If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem. From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program.
It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .

After years of feeling scared and numb, this place gave me a sense of safety I hadn’t felt in forever. It was women-only, which helped me open up without fear. The staff understood trauma, really listened without judgement. I started to feel like a mom again, like I mattered. Could’ve used more time on parenting stuff, but it was still powerful. I left feeling stronger, like I actually had a future again.

I came in broken from PTSD and alcohol and wasn't sure this place could help. They surprised me. Had real therapy that went deep, not just surface stuff. EMDR hit hard but helped me sleep again. Talkin with other vets made me feel less alone. Docs knew what they were doing too. Only thing I’d change is more group time. Still, I walked out stronger than I came in. Real thankful for that.

Came here after struggling with pain meds from a work injury. WCS got me set up on Suboxone, which made a big difference. I appreciated being able to stay in touch with my wife and kids throughout, that really kept me grounded. They also helped me start thinking about getting back to work. Not everything was perfect (wait times could be better) but the staff truly care. It’s a solid place if you're serious about getting clean.
I assume this is for the physical therapy I received. I only gave 4 stars because I would have preferred having the same therapist for my appointments….for continuity of care.

Any and everyone there were very kind and intended to every need I needed. I believe they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I would recommend to anyone that wants to be taken care of correctly to go there. Hats off to the whole team.

I have spent many moments and required much care in various Hospitals. I quite honestly never experienced such a wonderful Medical care service with Dynamic Social environment as I recently have with Ascension All Saints Hospital at Racine Wisconsin.
Being toted Into The E R at first by Local Paramedic, Fire Rescue from 911 call by Me for Help was of course associated with stress and concern which was quickly addresses by the E R Team.
Once all of the tests and blood work had been accomplished, I was admitted As a Patient.
Within the Next following Three. Days, I was cared for and medically treated in such professional and concerning manner that I felt the confidence and secure care that was going to help Me achieve a healthy recovery from My Heart Failure.
The. Cardiac Care I received was profoundly second to none!
The entire nursing Staff I found to be very Professional, et Personal to be able to be in medical concern that resolve to My Health difficulties was going to be found before I go home.
No one particular nurse was better than another. Each and every Nursing Staff Member And supervisory individual was always on their job professionally to cover each necessity as needed with fluid response.
The food which was provided for Me to have in a healthy diet was delicious, very fulfilling and easily approved According to My health needs.
In the entire analysis of My experience here at Ascension All Saints Hospital was incredible and without question, the best care I have ever experienced in any Hospital anywhere. Thank You! Lindsey Wadsworth

Under the circumstances this place was great , really worked with me to get me done with the class A.S.AP and Ferlando was very informative of what to expect during and after the program .
Always talk about what bothers me. What I do to to relieve the stress and hurt that I have. Talk about the good things too. What I can do to even out the good and bad. Or are the bad things really that bad or just a d a you my physical pain making othe things worse. Gave Improve the Moment help. It works ( when I look at it) .LOL

I've been seeing Dr. Jim Winston for several years. He is very knowledgeable of different treatment methods, he's personable as well as a great prescriber.
Entered Bridge House in January of 2000 and stayed 5 months. Bridge House staff were great. They introduced me to the tools to stay sober and I've never picked up a drink since. Over 25 years sober now! Thank you for that.

The staff is the nicest!! They make everything easier. The counselors are so comprehensive and kind, and I would 100% recommend this place.
I have nothing but good things to say about ProHealth. Dr. Daniel Cheng is the best! Very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and easy to talk to. He also explains test results by calling me, something I don't get from the other doctors I've seen.
