Hands down, the funnest experience I ve er had! After failing to complete 2 other Treatment Programs, I finally found Create Inc. I was able to attend Zoom Classes after work, and it was easy to manage for me. With their help, I was able to overcome serious issues with my marriage, my job, anger issues, court cases, Driver s License, etc. We really did save my marriage here, and my wife Kristina is my best friend, again! We are very grateful for their help and couldn t say enough good things about them!

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Treatments

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a clinical approach to helping people with substance abuse issues and other conditions shift behavior in positive ways. It is more goal-oriented than traditional psychotherapy, as MI counselors directly attempt to get clients to consider making behavioral change (rather than wait for them to come to conclusions themselves). Its primary purpose is to resolve ambivalence and help clients become able to make healthy choices freely.

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

I attended 3 out of 10 sessions, but was discharged with little notice by a new case manager. I spoke to the Director, but he would not reconsider her decision. On 5/21, my treatment was Paused by the billing office because I did not have money for copayments. I communicated with my case worker by email about the Pause and was told I could return after making a payment. Two weeks later on 6/4, I received a voice message from a newly assigned case worker demanding payment to continue treatment. I didn’t listen to the full voicemail after hearing “payment,” assuming it was another collection call (my bank account was negative). However, in that voicemail, I was given 7-hours to call her back or face discharge. The next day, I woke up to an emailed discharge notice from the new case manager. I was shocked, as I hadn’t listened to the warning voicemail to call-back the same day. I emailed and explained there were no clear expectations laid out for communication with my old case manager during the Pause. I also stated that email was my preferred method of contact due collection calls. I told her I thought her call was another collection call, and I had no money to fix this situation. Prior to 6/4, I was never told by anyone that I could face discharge if I was left on Pause for too long for nonpayment. Even though I replied to her email immediately, it took her 3 business days to get back to me to say she wouldn’t reconsider and pointed me to the CREATE Director. After another business day, the Director called me to discuss. During our call, he admitted that the Decision was only reviewed from the new case manager’s perspective last week. I asked if, after hearing from me, he would consider discussing the circumstances (short timeline verbal warning from new case manager) and my situation (avoiding collection calls, preferred email contact) from my perspective with a team that included my old case manager—he refused and said his Decision was final. The process for reentry after discharge includes a new assessment appointment and treatment plan. No one will tell me if my first 3/10 sessions will count. I’ve done a lot of assessments over the past year, and they’re always traumatizing. It seems like a ploy to collect more money and a punishment despite unclear rules/policies. I won’t go into my opinions about the treatment programming, as I still need to complete the program and deal with these folks. Will update my review later when I have enough money to pay them.

Very poor treatment care. They do not communicate with u in regards to indivudual progress. Being in treatment normally means u probLy have legal obligations to fulfill such ad court appearences and they do not excuse u for court dates. When they say u are excused. All they want is the money they gey for u and have no regard to youe well being. All the clients are here is a dollar sign. If u havecquedtions their lack of integrity shows when requesting a call back or email reply. Find a better facility this one is very unprofesdional a and la ks any ethical values to its clients

The billing dept is laughably inefficient. I was initially misled about the cost and how much would be covered by my insurance, was dropped from the program as they were not willing to accept a payment plan. Group therapy was a disjointed romper room of wasted time and energy. But if you really like watching videos off of YouTube about positive thinking and and being treated like a commodity, this place is for you.

This is a all about funding facility. Their methods and curriculum of teaching about sobriety is way off and they dont help or give you tools to help you. They are willing to extend your treatment for their funding benefits and they DO share the information that you talk about to , your judge, probation/parole officer, other consultants, other clients also. I had a fellow client tell me what the counselor kim said to him about another client as in what to be like and not to be like that client. If you want real help. DONT GO HERE! THE RETURN RATE IS EXTREMELY HIGH AND THE JAIL CONVICTION RATE IS high too. Meaning they dont help at alll

I was in the second stage of the program for the 10-week aftercare. And was discharged or released. After three groups of the 10 it was not given anything in writing concerning the issues or issue why I could not complete the program in writing I think it was very unprofessional and bias until this date going on over 2 months still have not heard from the program director concerning these issues.

Billing person is rude, mean, and unprofessional. Does not know how to bill for secondary insurances and when my insurance called to help get this taken care of she kept saying I know I know, but was wrong. Good luck getting bills paid by insurance as she doesn't know what she's doing!
