Drug Rehab Centers in Jacksonville, Florida

3 of my kids go to their pediatric department. I would give this place 5 stars if it was only based on how warm, welcoming, and wonderful everyone is.All 3 kids see Jen and she is amazing. Miss Erica and Miss Jackie are wonderful case managers. Dr Lepely and his team are very nice. He has ensured my kids have everything they need, even when we have had to make adjustments he knew just what to do.Now for the negatives The wait time to see the doctor is pretty extreme. They schedule everyone for one like.. 3-4 hour time slot. It s first come first served and there are always 30+ people waiting. I know not everyone has time to wait like that and it confuses me why they do it. It has been especially hard with 2 adhd girls who are being seen for behavioral issues I am just lucky I have had the time to wait on days like those. Some times we are there for 30 minutes, other times we are there for hours.I tried to get in to see them, myself, and after months of not having a therapist or doctor, I just had to go find a new one(I dropped my providers to see theirs). I did meet with the case manager and we also spoke over the phone a few months later. I mentioned I hadn t been assigned anyone yet and nothing changed so I moved on.All in all, the care here is positive. With some ironing out of their scheduling and staffing issues I think this facility would be a whole five stars.

Absolutely awesome No Nonsense place

Dr Herbly and the entire staff routinely treat patients in a knowledgeable and professional way, with compassion. A++!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Ibrahim and his associates! Sandra for pre-procedure prep, Angela for prep and recovery, Joe the catheter nurse, Jenetri the CRNA, Erin, Dr. Bornacelli the anesthesiologist, and Adam, the Structural Heart Coordinator. Follow-up procedure scheduled and I hope we get every one of them again. True professionals, but also friendly and caring!

You all truly saved my life. Myself and my family totally believe that there is nowhere else that offers the type of program that you all do! You all offer a better program than any of those crazy fancy places. I have such a deep appreciation and gratitude to Gateway and would reccomend them to closest friends and family as well as anyone else who is looking for help!

I have to say in defense of tradition house that Luke's recent post was in retaliation for him being told to pack his stuff and go, everything he said in his review was a lie and a complete fabrication. You're really saddens me how someone could sink so low as to try to tarnish the good reputation of tradition house. I believe it is the best and always has had the reputation of being the best sober House in Jacksonville. It is well-run, clean, comfortable and a safe and stable environment to rebuild your life. Humility and gratitude are key ingredients to a New Life. Hopefully Luke will get it one day! You know as they say, hurt people hurt people".

Well its free... However its state sponsored which means no smoking or vaping but theyll pump you full of nicotine patches til you puke. Need a suboxxone maintenance program? These guys will hook you up. Dont need a suboxxone maintenance program? These guys will get you hooked... I would give it 3 stars because its a mediocre facility IMO but the staff do really care and they saved my life when I ODd on fentanyl and my friends took me there. But if you need to go to rehab and you dont have insurance for a private facility youre really not in a position to be choosy are you?

They were so helpful. I had an out of state dui and they were so helpful all the way the end of the process. They had to go out of their way to resent the certifications. Thank you so much!
