We want to thank the staff at Celadon for their commitment to what they do everyday to help those with mental health and substance abuse problems. We first visited Celadon in August 2024, where Jan the Executive Director spent time with us to hear our son’s situation and how we wanted to participate in his recovery journey. After Celadon staff investing time with us, our son refused to go to recovery and instead was homeless for (5) months, living on the street, hungary, dealing with marijuana induced psychosis, and in and out of crisis mental health facilities. During this time Jan and Nathan were constant sources of support and guidance. Finally after 5 months our son decided to go to recovery with a diagnosis of bipolar, major depressive disorder and marijuana abuse disorder and Celadon was waiting for him. Celadon staff did our son’s intake on Christmas day, Adam and Andrew have been working with our son since December 27, 2024 and are helping him to understand that addiction to marijuana is as harmful as any other drug when you have a mental health issue too. They are assisting him to secure a sober living residence and helping him to understand what sober living will mean for his health and future. Thanks to all the staff at this facility for your caring and dedication to help those who need help the most for both mental health and addiction.

SalusCare - Evans Campus, located in Fort Myers, Florida, is one of those behavioral health centers that really impressed me from the start. For people looking for Sober Living options in the Southwest Florida area, I highly recommend SalusCare. They came through in a pinch for me when I stepped down from residential treatment at the Hazelden/Betty Ford Clinic in Naples. I had made arrangements to step down into sober living in Naples as my next step on the path to recovery. As you may or may not be aware, there is a huge recovery community in Naples, and the sober living options are often full with waitlists. I was originally scheduled to step down at the end of my stay to a recovery house system in Naples, but they gave my slot away on my day of discharge. I was forced to scramble to find a place, and looked a little further up the state on Ft. Myers. That is how I learned about SalusCare. The staff is fantastic, holding weekly community meetings for residents to check in and let people know what kind of help or support they might need. They can also connect clients with medical providers and help develop a plan to lead to lasting sobriety. The units in the SoberLiving portion of the facility are modern, clean and neat. At first I was a little hesitant, but the staff’s attention to detail and eagerness to help saw me take my next step towards sobriety and into sober living within 24 hours of contacting them. I have been matched with a great set of roommates, and it is a nice step to kind of retrain as far as job assistance, cooking and cleaning — all the necessary life skills needed to ensure continued sobriety. They are also conveniently located near a number of 12-step meetings and Grace Church is a short walk away with plenty of opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community. I gave SalusCare 5 stars — the only reason being was that I couldn’t give 6. If you are looking for a sober living environment, I highly recommend SalusCare.

I like Salus care as my new Mental Health Place I wanted to update my review and give a few peices of helpful advice: I nicknamed My Psychitrist DR Joseph Flask Dwarf in the Flask from Fullmetal Alchemist Manga and Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood Anime. I finally got the help I needed from my Psychitrist, I highly recommend Dr Joseph if you live in Cape Coral Florida or Fort Myers Florida as I feel like I can trust people again in my life. I'm a very complex case mentally and Physically being a Mentally and Physically Disabled person isn't easy by the way and i wanted to mention that I'm a healthcare Advocate for an end of life Paitent and I've been going through alot emotionally and sometimes i have to come here to get my meds adjustmeted or refilled because I work long hours and being without my lifesaving maitence meds is a nightmare, Joseph Flask is a very nice doctor and he actually takes the time to listen this alone shows that he cares, and he understands that i run out of my meds sometimes, he looks and me and gets to work on fixing any issue that I have with my meds or treatment plan, he's the only the second Psychitrist I've ever trusted in my entire life of 25 years, Although in Fort Myers Saluscare Psych hospital have really really stiff and uncomfortable beds that need to be updated so they don't destroy your back everytime you sleep on them. If you sleep on those beds no kidding that'll put your back out of place for a month and you'll need to go see a chiropractor for a while, I also saw Guy there named Paul at the Salus care Psych hospital he's pretty nice I also recommend having a chat with him while your in the Psych hospital because he actually takes the time to listen to you because while your in there you might as well make the best of the situation your in whatever that might be even if your homelessness and out on the streets, I know because I originally came from Michigan before coming to Florida was homeless for about a week moving up and down state lines, when I came here they gave me what I needed which was medication and a place to get the horrible feelings mentally I had out of my mind because if I didn't have I would have been homeless again due to unfortunate circumstances within less then a year of moving to Florida for nesscisary relocation. If anyone here ever treats you like dirt talk to the people here that you have the most faith and trust in and if you don't trust them consider switching providers to someone like Joseph Flask who is a Decent Psychitrist especially if your mentally hurt and are a homeless person who needs a little help. The staff is very responsive, respectful, and caring. I Have never had a long wait for my appointments and have never been rushed. My PCP, Dr Qazi, is the best primary care physician I have ever dealt with. She never rushes through our visits and always addresses all my issues. She even calls me during off hours to provide results of testing. Dr Qazi expressed concern for my well being after being told by her nurse that I had been involved in a minor auto accident in spite of my call to her having no relation to the accident. The VA clinic in Chattanooga, TN was very nice in a big, brand new building but this Naples clinic is better. The physical location is not very appealing but the staff makes up for it. My only complaint is the VA phone system here since you have to go through the Bay Pines switchboard and they take exceptionally long to answer. They then put you in contact with the correct clinic. Once on the phone with the Naples clinic staff the issue is addressed courteously and quickly.

Dr. Qazi was my husband Ray's primary care physician through the VA. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful dr! Her compassion, patience, professionalism, dedication made a world of difference. It was clear Dr. Qazi not only had great medical expertise, but also a sincere commitment to her patients' well-being. Dr. Qazi your thoughtful attention and calm demeanor brought comfort and reassurance during a challenging time, and for that, we are truly thankful. We moved a few months ago back to our home State and Dr. Qazi provided support and help for us to connect quickly with Dr's in Chicagoland. Her efforts go far beyond what is required and it did not go unnoticed. She made a lasting impact on our lives, and we felt incredibly fortunate to have had her. We wish you only the best Dr. Qazi! Thank you!

Celadon Recovery changed my life for the better. I was new to the entire recovery process and I was welcomed with open arms throughout my entire stay here. I stayed at Celadon for 35 days and learned SO MUCH about myself and material that we experience everyday in life. I was able to open up to just about everyone here. I learned that Yoga was the best meditation coping skill for me that they have here at this facility. My case manager Sally G. was AMAZING! No words can even begin to describe how happy she made me feel my entire stay here. She truly loves what she does and it shows! Thank you Sally for always making sure that I was okay, and thank you for playing 'Mom' whenever I needed you. If you honestly want to make a change in the person you are, Celadon is the place for you. If you want to be surrounded by loving, funny, happy people, Celadon is the place for you. If you want to wake up to a gorgeous view out on the water, Celadon is the place for you. If you want to learn coping skills, co-dependency issues, trauma issues, mental illness issues, emotional awareness, art therapy, yoga, family dynamics, fishing, gardening, and positive thinking? All while just being able to be YOURSELF with the ability to just talk about your everyday feelings? GO TO CELADON! I promise you will have a life changing experience with no regrets! Thank you Celadon, you will forever have a piece of my heart and life left with you.

I have waited years to write this review so it wouldn’t be discredited as just a “teen with mental health issues.” I am now 25, a mother of two, and have received excellent care from outpatient therapists in another state for my CPTSD, depression, and anxiety disorder. Sadly, my experience at Peace River Crisis Center remains one of the most traumatizing events of my life. When I was admitted as a teen for suicidal thoughts and CPTSD, I was treated more like a prisoner than a patient in need of help. Staff spoke to me in a degrading manner and treated me as if I didn’t matter. I was unable to sleep due to severe anxiety and because I did not have my regular prescribed medication, yet instead of compassion, I was yelled at for not sleeping. Without my consent or my parents’ consent, I was given an injection. To this day, neither my parents nor I know exactly what I was given. I was medicated with multiple substances and pills I did not recognize and that were never explained to me. Rather than helping me heal, my stay there left me more traumatized and fearful of seeking help for a long time afterward. No child or teen in crisis should ever be treated this way.

I know a lot of people have their own opinions of Operation Par & everyone's entitled to their own opinions but just keep in mind that a lot of you don't know what a lot those people that go to Operation Par have been through in their own lives to get where they are today. Operation Par, doesn't tolerate ignorance, lying, & people that aren't their for the right reasons which is to be helped not there to get high. Operation Par, does have the right to deny u dosing everyday if they feel your intoxicated in any type of way, they do that to save your own life whether you want to see that from their point of view or not. The staff are there to help you not harm you. I definitely recommend Operation Par to anyone who's considering on wanting to get help & needing to get clean & sober off of opiates or whatever your issue might be but primarily Opiates are the reason why most people come to Operation Par for help getting away from the vicious cycle of taking so many opiates that control every aspect of your life, if your want a more normal way of life & need a little extra help then I definitely recommend & suggest giving Operation Par a chance to see if this program is for you. Best Wishes Always to Everyone on your Journey in Life....

Saved my life been going to PAR since 2015 I wouldn't be here on this earth if I wouldn't have started par when I did .I lost a lot of family and friends to the disease ,that's why I gave par a try tired of watching my friends and family pass away from a disease that could have been prevented had they got help ! I chose to get help it was a struggle I struggle every day but I'm clean and I'm alive for my kids and family and that's what matters! I also started therapy to deal with the issues I have that caused the drug use

What a wonderful health care hospital. I was very pleased and thankful for the excellent care by all before and after my surgery. The Dr and nurse's and all the medical personnel were very caring and concerned about my care. I wouldn't hesitate to go there for any of my needs. Thank you all and God Bless.

I have just recently started sessions with Peter Williams to help me with a personal issue. He truly cares about learning about you as a person and what he can do to assist you in your goal. He makes you feel like a friend during your session. I highly recommend him if you are seeking hypnotherapy.
