From the second I walked through those doors, I had the best experience with the entire staff. From the office people to the Nurses and the Techs, the Engineers Nick and Travis, the therapists and my group of friends that I met during my staff. The Condo was awesome and the groceries being delivered weekly was great! Being able to use our cell phones and lap tops was awesome! The Tuesday trips the 7-11 was always a day to look forward to and the pot luck Friday nights was so a great experience. After it was over, I found it hard to leave. It will truly be an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

Wonderful place! The admission process was quick and easy! Staff is very polite and very professional. If you truly want to get sober! Go to the willough!! The staff are very caring!! You take the first step for your sobriety, no one else. Everyday is a struggle, we just have to fight through it! My doctor was an angel. The female doctor, truly cares about the patient doesn’t view us as dollar signs. Very good experience for me! I’m officially 6 months clean and wish to continue staying clean.

The Willough gave me the opportunity to get my life back! I felt comfortable knowing I could get the treatment I needed in a relaxed environment. They have pool and numerous break areas where I could smoke if I wanted. The staff were helpful and caring. Overall great place and some reviews do not give a the Willough all the amazing credit it deserves in helping people like me get their life back. Food was great too! And NO bedbugs at all!! Just want to say thank you to all the people at the Willough!

Place isn't great, but it feeds and strengths you, meetings and groups, no tobacco products or sugar, which most of the time you need to wait for doctor or nurse practitioner to issue a patch for you. That's the most difficult part. I'm grateful for all the help they given me.

This center is amazing the staff really care about the clients and it shows. Also they take the crossroads rehab clients to outside AA meetings, which most rehabs in the area don't.
The campus is also very nice. Basically if you have to go to a rehab pick this one.

This program will work to help you with anything you need help with. Yes it sucks with the revolving door of counselors. But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it’s been a yr. And I pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. And I’m down to 25mgs got my life together was able to save more money then ever!!! Got health together or moving along nicely I don’t even think of getn high.Sometimes I even forget to take my meds! If you follow the program you should not be there 2years & have nothing not even a 2bottles to show for it, your not clean or following any directions & there’s not many. Pick up c ur councilor 1 maybe 2xs a month if needed. Or more if wanted. Someone is always there for you. Thank you New Seasons! & yes we all miss Sam and Arianna, she started tough as nails, but once she knew u,she was a doll! I loved & miss them both. Sometimes when we’re lucky Sam fills in. 😇

I've guest-dosed at various places over the years. This place, by far, has been the easiest and friendliest location I've visited. The staff is super nice and helpful as were the local regulars that I met. There are 3 windows, and I never waited more than 5min to dose. They assigned me a client # on my 1st day. After that, it was just a matter of signing in at one of the kiosks and heading to the dosing line. Quick, simple, easy, and friendly. And the price is no more than I pay at my clinic back home. AAA+++

I never give perfect scores so a 4 is a great complement. I am an advocate for an individual who is a current patient. The staff from the very first phone call were amazing and supportive. It is difficult in SWFL to find a facility that provides psychiatric care that also accepts Medicare and insurance. At the time I assisted my patient with admission, I was desperate and not expecting much. The staff are so supportive and communicative. The physician called on the weekend to update the family. The other administrative staff came in on the holiday to just meet a family member. The best part is after several months I have seen an improvement in the mental health of my patient. It is the first time during that time period I can picture her returning home with her loving family.

So i couldnt get back in and rightfully so. What I did there to get discharged was for good reason. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. I took accountability for my actions. Im sorry I didn’t appreciate it there. They where nothing but good to me and really did try and help me. I would still reccomend this place to anyone in need of substance or mental health help or both. I’ve changed and learned form this experience though but Im sorry to the people I effected with my actions and behavior. This is a good place and one of the best Medicaid facilities I been to. I was in psychosis and coming off drugs and alcohol at the time. Its been 8 years and what happened effected people but taught me a lot about accountability.

I was at The Willough in 2007. I loved being there. At that time, there was an Eating Disorders unit. I came in due to an eating disorder. The staff was excellent, especially the psychiatrists I saw. They understood addiction. The nutritionist was very knowledgeable. I did well there. Rehab gave me a jumpstart. If you relapse, go back. The people who work there will help you if you let them. Follow the program. I recommend The Willough to those who want to recover.

Doctors and staff are wonderful. I came in feeling depressed and anxious. Dr. Madj Alsamman knows psychiatry and cares greatly for each patient that comes into the unit. I love him so much! Dr. Dameff is also very knowledgeable and fun!
Naomi has classes each day to help your thinking and behaviors. I learned a great deal from her. I will use the techniques she taught me to navigate the world as I go out from the comfort of Shorepoint Behavioral Hospital.
The RNs like Sandy and Christian are also knowledgeable in behavioral health and are always willing to lend an ear and advice to patients. The techs like Maryellen are so concerned for the people there as well.
My time there was well worth it.

My experience with reign started with Morgan, who was loving and understanding of my situation. I never felt pressured in making the decision to seek help. Actually, i felt motivated and safe. She checked in with me the entire time while on my drive down from Texas. Upon arriving i was greeted by the staff. They helped with my bags, i was given a tour and introduced to the clients. My intake was smooth and once again, i felt safe. I cannot stress that enough. I was allowed a safe call, tons of snacks and even toiletries. It’s a small community which i think is super beneficial for anyone seeking help. The groups were always tailored to our needs and everyone had a chance to share, even when they didn’t want to (Another part of the recovery process). Having a nurse there 24 hours helped so much. And the therapy sessions are actually that. My experience at reign was exactly what i needed. Full of love, support and things to motivate me for a better life. I’d recommend anyone seeking help to give them a call. You will be supported 100 %! Thank you reign!!

The staff great the food was great the only issue when the people over the phone tell you this place is on the ⛱️ Beach it's a lie. That's their other location. If they say nature walk that's a lie well not really get ready for the influx of baby Godzilla in your room. If they say a pool is an inflatable pool. Just know they lie about the amenities. Other than that this staff is nice good was great. It looks like the Bates motel.

With various days/times to choose from, Intake is quick & private, the Counselor genuinely cares about you, the office manager will handle pharmacy issues, the Dr. knows not everyone's situation is not the same.If you don't have a sitter/car/feeling horrible from detoxing - (one of) THE BEST PART - you can talk, cry or just sit and listen from the privacy of your own home! And for someone like me, who suffers from social anxiety, even picking up the phone to make a Dr. appt can be challenging. I've been attending groups since 2022 when I relapsed after 8 years. And if the day comes where I am off the medication, I would still attend bc it's about more than just sobriety.. it's being there for people when they need someone.

I have been struggling with one form of addiction or another for over half my life. I thought it was a losing battle until one day a simple Google search I found groups recover together. It's like God put this group of people together to help folks deal with it. Everyone and I mean everyone from office manager, providers and counselors are amazing! If you are struggling and think that there's no help. Stop call groups recover together and work with them. They are there for you! I promise it will change your life. The place wasn't that bad when I got there, all the staff were nice to me, don't have much to say I was there for like 4 months and the staff started to get very rude wasn't enough food, and when there was it was all microwavable , the director Cheryl didn't really have much to say . Don't get me wrong I was a bad kid always runng away and not listening to the adults but I hated it there and I didn't feel safe but I knew I had to stay withy brother and sister. The only ppl that was wonderful was the supervisors moat of them were very nice and very understanding. I do miss all my friends and some staff there but I don't recommend having kids there actually let me reword this this place doesn't work for all kids just make deal with what you have they're really not that bad 😞
