Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a place I’d happily recommend for your loved ones. The staff is amazing very friendly, attentive and compassionate. The director of nursing Nicole is a godsend she has such a caring heart and kind spirit. The facility is clean, and inviting. The residents are happy and thriving.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have seen many successes come out of Journey Pure. Miracles happen Every Day! Relationships restored. Everywhere you go even in hospitals or food services you're going to have your good and bad. Life management services the community regardless of ability to pay or type of insurance. Well, I moved to Cairo ga 3 years ago from Michigan. The first time visiting the VA in Tallahassee 3 years ago right after I moved here was a shock. Small compared to what I'm used to. I went to the Detroit VA and the Ann Arbor VA. Both facilities were like going to tallahasee Memorial Hospital.. huge. They had parking garages 4 levels. So that was the first thing I noticed. As far as treatment goes, no complaints. Although I would like to see anger management classes or group therapy there.

My experience with Bridgeway over the past month has been excellent. The practice makes it easy to get started. I didn't have to wait long for my initial appointment, and the new patient process was very smooth. The front desk staff for Psychiatry and Medication Services are sweet and incredibly helpful. My provider, Candi, is wonderful; she's clearly knowledgeable and was very thorough in taking my history. I truly felt heard and respected as a patient. She is also proactive in managing my medication needs. Highly recommend Bridgeway! :)

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and I believe the staff that works here has a true heart to serve others in maintaining stability of mental health. Dr April is thorough with questions she has asked me to be sure my medication was correct. I say this, bc I have seen significant improvement in consistency in all areas of my life. Also, she isn’t just a doctor handing out meds at random- like I’ve experienced in another state When I was prescribed two separate addictions unaware of what those meds would do at the time. I feel a sense of security and confidence coming here! The nurses were really helpful when I had a blood pressure issue, the front desk assistance is on it, and the pharmacy is SO MUCH MORE feasible that I am able to AFFORD my meds!

This place was like HOME to me. They have the kindest and most understanding staff. They offer one on ones and really give you the time and opportunity to reflect on everything your going through. They keep it light hearted and fun when rough conversations were had the day before. They do daily check in and really form genuine and professional connections with their patients. I was able to call back months later to have the staff remember me and list little details I had shared with them. I miss this place and loved that I had the opportunity to go there. This organization transformed my brothers life. He was lost in a drug addiction life for most of his life, until he found God in this center. Not only did it transform him, but it restored our family relationship and gave us a way to reach forgiveness for all that the addiction caused. My son is completely transformed. He is definitely on his way to becoming the man that God has called him to be. Teen challenge is absolutely hands down the answer to your love one's addiction. This 12 month program is your childs pathway to recovery. Believe in its culture and watch your love one grow into a productive adult. I would definitely recommend this program to all who struggles with your love one's addictions.

MY DOCTOR was top-tier as Sweet and understanding and doctor son had the most sweetest spirit and he was understanding the night. Staff is top-tier and they make me laugh while I was having a mental breakdown beyond exhaustion. I really enjoyed my stay there and I met Some beautiful strong women who’s more stronger than me I really really like MY DOCTOR and I hope to see him again If life gets too much for me, I needed to take a break for my busy life just to deal with my emotions And staff got them together for me. I’m glad I have A place to go when I’m Overwhelmed and the staff is so respectful the daytime staff in the night I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews …… I wish I would’ve stayed longer just to be with MY DOCTOR nevertheless, I’m giving them 10 star …. All though I was sent there by the court. My 3 stays there were great the staff there are great. The 3 stays there was the only time I ever felt loved and cared about. Now the Doctors and some nurses are fucking idiots, and don't give a damn about the residents. But my only real complaint would be that the place is dirty and nasty house keeping is lazy as fuck and half ass cleans especially the bathrooms and showers.

My uncle was in their care for over a year, until he passed recently. We(his family), are all based out of state. One of the hardest parts was that we couldn't visit him and the thought of him there alone was very hard to deal with. But he wasn't alone. I hadn't put into perspective the staff who worked with him and took care of him day in and day out. We just received a memorial gift from Centrepoint that came in a beautifully done wooden box. But it was the first page inside with 40 signatures and messages from each the staff who were there with, and for my uncle, until the moment he passed. Seeing that, the thoughtfulness of the gift and all the ways they accommodated us to stay in contact and keep us updated on his situation, we have the utmost gratitude and appreciation for the time, respect and support you showed our family during this entire process.

This place has helped me so much!! It’s a really great place to go to if you need Help. Ms.Poole is so awesome she has helped me more than I can even count. In 2017 when I started coming Ms.Poole was my counselor and she was amazing! She always made sure I was okay and she listened to me when I I was going through hard times and she really cared. She always tried to help me. She even bought me me and my kids food for me to take to my house when I was going through a hard time. Now she is the Director and she is amazing at that. She makes sure that everything is by the book and she makes sure all of her patients are treated how they are supposed to be!!! I love Ms Poole! She is amazing And Ms Twanna is my counselor now and she is amazing also she really cares about her patients. Whatever anybody is going through she will listen to you and try to help you in anyway that she can. I love her too!!! This place is awesome if you need help they will really try their best to do whatever they can to help!! All of the staff members are really sweet and they do their job to make sure the patients are well tooken care of. New season Metro Treatment Center is amazing!!! If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

Just had surgery on my prostate the 20th of Nov 2025. Had to stay in the Hospital until the 24th my surgery went well I'm 65 years young and still in pretty good shape. Now I want to thank God and to the Doctor's and Nurses of the entire Uterologist team and the 4th floor Nurses for taking good care of me. I just changed my VA care from Tuscaloosa to VA Birmingham and had my 1st appointment yesterday. They are very friendly and Dr. Marzette seems like a good doctor. He's very friendly and doesn't rush anything. I believe I'm going to like this facility. The only problem I have seen is the parking.
