Hello my name is Adam. I came to Reign about a month ago. I came from NJ and enrolled to the treatment center because I was struggling with some mental health symptoms that were unmanageable with life and needed assistance with getting myself back on track. The admissions team was so helpful and supportive, they were there when I was making my 22 hour drive. Jake, Benzi, Justin, and Morgan were so supportive on my drive. When I arrived at the facility and during the duration of my stay Corey the primary therapist was very friendly and welcoming. He wasn t like normal therapists where you would have your 30 min session and you re out but he gave me as much time as I needed and let me use my phone and make calls as much as I wanted to do. Then there was Brantley the operations manager and he Was just the absolute best. I developed a great friendship with him and every night we had a thing where we watch movies together. Gina was a great group facilitator and had very informative groups. Overall I had an amazing life changing experience,

I m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven t felt as normal if that s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don t treat you like someone who doesn t deserve help or like it s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

In the 10+ years I have been battling addiction, 8 of which were in a MAT of some sort, and spanning across 5 US states, I have never encountered the level of compassion, professionalism, and just plain old fashioned wholeheartedness in the care and treatment radiating from every staff member at the Med Mark treatment center in Dothan. I was always just a number anywhere else. Here, I walk in the door and feel like they are happy I made it that day. This may seem like an exaggeration to some but it's considered an understatement by me. Thank you, Med Mark, for going that extra mile to help me.

If you have someone u know and love, and they are going thru an addiction. JourneyPure Panama City Beach is the place I would want my loved one to be. Professional staff excellent techniques to teach the client of how to deal with the addiction. It has to be there choice to do so tho u can t make anyone do anything. I did treatment twice at semo. Once to get clean and once to prevent a relapse. My cooccuring councilor mr virgil and my facilitator saved my life. When leaving treatment my facilitator asked me to check out a specific type of meeting when leaving and the truly taught me how to fight within for my sobriety. Today i am 5 yrs 2 months and 19 days sober and i never went to another facility and no relapses! Hadnt they taken me serious during my cry before relapse and let me back in i wouldnt be here today! My Grandpa was a resident on the rehab wing for around 2 weeks and while I was hesitant at first, we could not be happier. He felt respected and like he had his dignity throughout his stay. Staff members not only treated him with courtesy, but actually got him stronger physically and helped improved his overall outlook towards his decreased mobility. These ladies (and gentlemen) work so hard to provide an enriching experience for residents who live within their walls and they do it with care and respect. In my opinion they all deserve raises and more funding. I can't even single anyone out because SO MANY staff members provided excellent care.

Different name same style of having great workers. I currently have a family member that resides in the facility and I must say and give the facility a hands up for the job that is being done. When it comes to the front office staff, Debbie and Michelle are always on top of making sure that everything is on point and accurate. They assisted with making sure my father account is well managed and informative on what is taking place with any changes. Kizzy is the overall jewel that keeps a smile on your face and updates on the facility and the care that is being issued. My father loves the restorative care that he received from the aide Kalea who is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make sure that he is receiving the one on one hands action to continue his strengthening and everyday of life motions. His walking has increased as well as his will to want to strive for the goals set. I must say that it was not an easy decision to have to place my father but I am glad that the Springs have became a family in which he is proud to say he resides. Thank you all for the hard work

My husband had aortic valve replacement open heart surgery. We were in ICU 5 days and 5th floor for 1 day and night. The doctors and nurses were PHENOMENAL!! This is a amazing clinic. From the counselors to the doctor. They go out of their way to help my son. They visit him at school, they even have a team that will even visit your house and do activities with your child to help them learn coping skills, encouragement, help with self esteem issues, and they reward them aswell. I have seen my son go from having such anger every single day, to slowly coming out of his shell and communicating more, and being in better moods. They just give him someone to talk to other than me. Totally recommend this place. Wish there was something like this around when I was growing up.

I love this place. The only thing I can speak negatively on about it is that they bring every patient down on their meds. However the injections they do here is top notch. Always a lot of patients here too but they do move very quickly. Staff is always friendly.

To start my visit I went into the main entrance I was quickly met with help and great directions to the emergency department. I was quickly taken to the back with friendly care. They checked on me often. I had the flu so I had an awful headache they made sure I had water, medicine, if I wanted the chair up, or the lights off for my headache. The two nurses (one male and one female) were so attentive! And the doctor Nickolas bass was a straight shooter and explained everything well. The reviews/ratings may be bad but I couldn t ask for better!

I highly recommend this emergency department. Dr Hart and the team was compassionate, caring, professional, and just the best ER team I have met in quite some time. I hope I never need the ER again but if I do, I will definitely visit yall.

Mrs. Karen is by the greatest lady I have delt with.she genuinely cares about my son. We had many obstacles over the last 5 years with his ADHD and she was always following up checking in finding the best solution for him and our family. She has even helped us with the school to get recommendations to tge programs the school was dragging thier feet on. Mrs Jennifer was our child and family coordinator/ therapist and she was more than patient with us. My son loves her and tho he doesn't see her anymore she has made an everlasting impact in all our lives and family as a whole.
