Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.
Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.
Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.
Eric knew and did everything he could.
I cant say enough for them.

My time at MARR has fundamentally changed my life. I have a strong foundation in sobriety, many coping tools in my toolbox and a large network of sober men and women who I will forever call friends. I especially love the Professionals Program (ARP) where I participated in Mirror Image classes, working with peers who had overcome their addiction and achieved the life I wanted to be living. Currently changing my life for the better. I am 130 days sober. I extended my stay after checking myself in to Purple (my second rehab). I decided to stay 6 months because after learning how to live sober I started learning how to be a better man, father, partner, and believer. I came with a mindset of openness, willingness, and honesty… My higher power and purple did the rest by guiding me and recommending actions for me to take that will improve my day to day life.

First of all, if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction of any kind, please know there is hope. My heart goes out to you. Stay strong, stay connected, and never lose faith.
ARP has truly been an angel sent into my life. I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. When I thought my world was ending and I was losing all hope, they stepped in—for both me and my daughter. Now, about five years later, I can honestly say they saved my daughter’s life, and in many ways, they saved my family too.
It’s not magic—it takes hard work—but none of it would have been possible without the people who work there. I may forget some names, but Jeff in particular is a gift from God. He does his job with love, empathy, honesty, a sense of fun, and unwavering dedication.
I truly hope ARP can help you or your loved ones the way they helped us. I know every journey is different, but from the bottom of my heart, I wish you the very best.
Thank you, ARP and team, for everything you’ve done for my daughter. Watching her grow free from chains and thrive is priceless. Thank you!

Honest rating of overall facility.
This place was genuinely a life changer for me, and I could see that in other kids there as well. I loved almost every therapist there, and most of the kids were friendly. I really liked the adolescent room because it was spacious, and it was always clean. The bathrooms never had any paper towels, but other than that the restrooms were very clean. Honestly, I can't ever remember a time that the facility was dirty or cramped.
Honest rating on each therapist.
Ashley - Ashley is awesome! During my time at Embark, Ashley ran most of our groups. She was so kind, and compassionate. I feel like she genuinely perused this kind of work because it's her passion to help people. She always listened and made sure everybody got a chance to talk. She also is very observant, and checks in if you're not having the best day. Which is really nice sometimes to know somebody notices and cares is comforting.
David - David is also a really cool guy. He ran group often. He can be a little bit rough sometimes, but everybody has different ideas on how to do things. For example, if you were sleeping during therapy, he'd bang on the table, which can be a trigger for some people. He can also be a little bit strict sometimes, for example taking the markers, or popsicle sticks that we're aloud to have with every other therapist. From what I heard he does really well as an individual, or family therapist. Overall, I think he genuinely is passionate about his job, is a good person, and cares a lot about the kids even if it might not seem it sometimes.
Elvin - Awesome dude! Elvin was genuinely so kind and always energetic. I think he wrote prescription medicine, and if you have any problems with that, he gets it resolved very fast. He only did group sometimes for adolescents when I was there, but when he did an amazing job in my opinion. He's genuinely such a cool dude he will talk to you about literally anything, he's an open book and has some pretty cool stories!
Myron - Myron was my individual and family therapist. Genuinely such a cool, funny, nice dude! I really enjoyed my individual therapy sessions with him, and he was the first therapists I felt I ever made progress with. He didn't do group much, so I can't really say if he's good at it, but I'm sure he is! He really cares about his patients.
Jamonica - Jamonica was someone who also did groups quite often. Her energy is so great, and she was soooo kind to me while I was there. She's such a sweet person, and you can really tell how passionate about her job she is. I've also heard she's an amazing individual and family therapist.
Lauren - I rarely ever talked to her. She rarely did group for the adolescents, but some of the other adolescents said she's an amazing individual therapist. I didn't not talk to her for any specific reason; she just didn't do group much and primarily was in her office. I talked to her maybe once or twice, and when I did, she was nice.
Maya - She ran group occasionally and was perfectly fine. She wasn't my personal favorite therapist, but not for any bad reason. I didn't really love the skills she taught, and how she taught them, but nothing against her at all. I'm not sure if she's an individual therapist.
Med management (Dr. Hooper) - Dr. Hooper is super friendly, and really good at finding the right medication fits for you. Php meets with her once every week, while Iop meets with her once every 2 weeks.
Maria - Maria is also a nice lady. I'm honestly not sure what she does, but when I was enrolling, she did the paperwork and stuff. You will also take outcomes, which ask you questions about how you're dealing with anxiety, depression, etc. She has access to those outcomes, so 100% feel free to ask her to take a look at them!
Overall, I think the staff is awesome!
Please check bags better, Embark. The bag checking is honestly a joke. There are people who deal with all kinds of things, and not saying anything would happen but please check better just in case.
Goodbye, Team Embark, I'll miss you guys!

We have been on a mental health journey with our daughter for quite some time. Nothing ever seemed to click, and past PHP programs caused only more harm and trauma with no healing. Since joining the Embark program we can see glimmers of it working. I know that she feels safe here, and has confidence in her care (as do we). We attended a family night and when they say family they clearly include the caregivers and staff along with the patients and their family. I say this because the whole vibe was joy and love. I couldn't be happier (or more relieved) about our choice.

I had been to AA in the past and for various reasons felt like it was not a good fit for me. I searched for a different approach to assist with my recovery. Thank God I found Centered. Reed, Krista and Robert are a great team. Their focus is not on telling your story or even what brought you to their program. They each approach mindfulness and self awareness in completely different ways but are always on the same page and compliment each other’s approach to recovery. I have learned so much about myself and how to approach difficult times whether it be mental or physical. I am a year sober now and alcohol and drugs never cross my mind. The life lessons I have learned will be with me for the rest of my life. Obviously I highly recommend Centered for any type of a substance use disorder. I joined this program in 2020 and found Centered after attending a disappointing 12-step program that was shame based and hurtful.
Upon arrival, I felt relieved to be involved in a recovery program that was/is thought based and intellectual. Learning and understanding the root of human normalcy and my way of thinking was so enlightening and empowering.
I can go on and on-having the ability to truly think through my thoughts and feelings impacted/impacts how I process why I am making the decisions I make throughout my daily life.
My want or need to harm myself or find refuge with a substance makes sense now and I use my analytical thought process more so now than ever in my life.
It has now been over 2.5 years later and I’m not in recovery.
I am not recovering.
I am recovered.
This is a cognizant decision I made and that decision is stable and has provided stability in my life.
No substance is worth risking what my life now is-therefore, it never crosses my mind to mess with any substance. Mine was alcohol. The key term here being “was”. No liquor store, beer aisle, restaurant or drinking friend or occasion worries me at all.
I thank Centered for assisting me in making good decisions now and never looking back.
I still love checking in and I’ve been honest with my team and therapist at Centered along the way and never felt shame or embarrassment and I know I never will.
What a wonderful team and powerful program.
They get a 5 star for when I was in the program and for the owners who regularly check in on me even after 2.5 years.
Thank you Krista and Reed

I had the privilege of working at Centered Recovery Programs in Roswell, GA, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. From the very beginning, I was struck by the authenticity and heart behind the program. Their mindfulness-based approach to recovery is unlike anything I’ve seen—compassionate, effective, science based, and focused on getting to the root of challenges so that real and lasting change is possible.
Working with the owners, Reed and Krista, was an absolute pleasure. They lead with integrity and a true passion for their work, the people they serve, and their employees. Krista is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind human behavior and has a gift for educating clients in a way that’s fun, easy to connect with, and apply. I learned so much from her and from the program overall. Reed has an extraordinary ability to connect with everyone he meets, making them feel welcome, cared for and seen—whether it’s a casual conversation that makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend, or a deeper exchange that helps people of all ages and backgrounds navigate life’s struggles.
The staff was equally wonderful—supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. And the clients inspired me daily with their vulnerability, courage, and openness. Their testimonies often went beyond addiction, touching on the struggles we all face as human beings. Watching them overcome hardships, form bonds, and grow into healthier, more fulfilled versions of themselves was both powerful and humbling.
It was truly comforting to work in an environment where people care deeply—not only for clients, but for one another’s well-being—and where everything is done with others’ best interests at heart. Being part of Centered Recovery is an experience I feel so grateful to have had, and it will continue to impact me for the rest of my life.
Centered Recovery Programs is more than just a treatment center—it’s a community built on compassion, mindfulness, and transformation. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking real, meaningful recovery.

My daughter has struggled with mental health issues for many years. It lead to hanging around the wrong crowd which lead to substance use and took us to have to admit her into in patient in Connecticut. They recommended The Insight Program for her substance use. It was extremely unorthodox at first, went against everything I thought this process should look like,(obviously what we were doing wasn’t working) but we trusted her team in Connecticut so we went against our own feelings. It has turned out to be exactly everything she needed and wanted. Friendship, no longer isolated or misunderstood. Instead of IOP program that tries to separate kids who grow such a unique bond and keep them away from each other, Insight and their counselors know that what will have a higher chance of success is giving them a community and peer accountability. It’s a commitment, but worth every sacrifice you already make as a parent. The best things for us has been the parent meetings. I’m learning that my daughter’s recovery is hers. But it is mine also. Mine in the sense that I can worry about me. I can make sure that no matter what her journey looks like, that I am ok. No matter what. I have my own community and friendships that will be lifetime. The Insight Program was so helpful with my son‘s road of recovery. They have a wonderful parent support group that helps you navigate helping your child and helping yourself. The program helps the parent know what works for a child who’s struggling with addiction. Things like setting boundaries, letting go of things that don’t matter, and responding not reacting.
The staff is compassionate and thoughtful. I am forever grateful for their help. My son currently has seven months sobriety.

I found the staff @ Breakthrough to be extremely supportive, caring and committed to the people who come to make a change in their lives and the family and friends who love them. That was the experience for me and my GodDaughter who was there 8 months. We have experienced several programs but because of the skills and commitment of the most caring staff, Breakthrough has been transformative for her , she is closer to reaching her goals and I had a supportive partner in my part of helping her. On her way forward.

The hospital had undergone some renovations and was nicely done and very clean. Very accommodating to family members. Most unfortunately, my son passed away, even though they had given him the best medical attention available. The nursing staff in ICU was outstanding, as well as the Chaplains on site.

Alissa in ICU was a literal angel on Earth. And I've crossed paths with hundreds of nurses over the years while my late wife battled cancer. She is unequivocally the best nurse I have ever met in my life. She took the best care of me possible.
Otherwise the facility is old but runs well and the food is surprisingly good.

We were sent to the Northeast Ga Medical center last night from Urgent Cate. The new ER is incredible. Prompt attention, great patient care by the care team we had. Very detailed test to determine the cause of my Husbands severe pain.
The ER has gone through a major transformation from when I was last there. everything top notch from care providers to waiting process and facilities. Definitely received 5 Star care! Checked in at 4:50pm, bloodwork, EKG, chest X-Ray, IV meds, diagnosis referral to a rheumatology and discharge at 7:45! Very different experience than before!

6.13.2025 -Went to this VA clinic for the 1st time to have my blood drawn. Fred, at the front desk, was very professional. He gave a number to me and I did not have to use the kiosk to sign in.
Broderick is the lab specialist who drew my blood. I informed him that I do not like needles and requested for him not to use a large needle. Broderick used a small needle and I am so grateful. He is very personable and professional
