I've been with this company for five going on six years. They've been nothing but polite and super friendly. Their new office in Cinnaminson is really nice. The staff there are just as nice. So if you haven't come into the office I highly suggest you do it's so much better than the last one that burned down.

The receptionist Tomisha is very friendly , always smiling and very personable, she makes me and my children feel very comfortable when we go in the office. I have been hesitant to do counseling for a while but I am happy I finally decided to do it because my counselor Ms Wendy makes me feel so comfortable speaking about my feelings and past trauma. She is very professional and very understanding of my feelings. I would recommend anyone seeking counseling to go to this facility.

The receptionist Tomisha has the best customer service ever! Shes so warm and welcoming and makes the overall experience so much better. Its already hard to take initiative to seek help for you and your family's needs but having someone like Tomisha makes the process so smooth and natural. My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I'd like access to more holistic therapy resources. I've actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. I loved my time at pinelands, plain and simple. From the techs to the therapists. Every member of the staff is so supportive and knowledgeable about recovery, if you are struggling and considering treatment, this is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

This place was great for me and I think it would be great for anyone who does it for the right reasons. They say we'll find whatever we're looking for and if you're looking for a good environment for treatment this is the place for you. The clinical staff was great. My therapist challenged me and I grew from it. The techs were hit and miss but anywhere I went I feel like its the same. When ppl care about their jobs and put their hearts in it, it really does make a difference in the lives of those struggling. The team at Recovery Village cared enough to do whatever they could to accommodate anyone and everyone. If you want recovery you have to work at it and this place provides the tools to make it just a little bit easier to accomplish. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I spent a little over a month there. It wasn't under the best circumstances, and I was scared, nervous, and unsure about everything that was happening to me. Everyone that I dealt with there was incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, reassuring, and professional. Amazing staff who make sure you’re are well taken care of and comfortable. The chef made incredible food for every meal and stocked the fridge every day with fresh food that we could eat at anytime as well. They also kept the freezer stocked with ice cream and water ice. The facility is cozy and kept very clean. There is a smart tv in every room as well as in the lounge/common area which is set up like a living room. I found the groups helpful. There are 3 hour long groups you can attend but don’t have to and either an AA or NA speakers that comes every night for an hour long meeting. I liked that Sunrise is a smaller facility, having room for about 20 patients. This made it easier to open up and share. You are able to go outside for fresh air or to smoke anytime except during group time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sunrise Detox. Thank you to all the staff! You all are amazing!!

I went to sunrise 6/7 for the first time ever and I don’t regret a single thing about. Never been to detox before but the people who work there actually care about you and want you to get better. It only works if you are ready though. The food was amazing everyday, the counselors are there to help you, and the doctors/nurses want what’s best for you. I will 100% be going back there one day to speak to the patients to show them that recovery is possible. They also help you with finding resources after being discharged. I was recommended tk a doctor for the sublocade shot and had it done within two weeks of leaving sunrise. It’s a smaller operation but I found it to be better.

I had the pleasure of touring Blueview Recovery earlier this month and was extremely impressed with the facility. Their evidence based programs are tailored to the patient and encompass a variety of modalities that offer the patient comprehensive treatment for long term recovery. The counselors are highly qualified and compassionate, as are the administrative staff.
In addition, I had the opportunity of touring their sober living men's house located a few miles from the facility. It is a beautiful contemporary home offering a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.
I highly recommend Blueview for treatment!

I love Maryville! This is where I got clean from heroin. I was a user for 20 sum years and never thought I would be able to make it a day without it. All you need to want to do is try, go even if it's just for detox. You could always stay longer, just like I did. The counselors there are cool as hell. The nurses are great and they never let you feel uncomfortable. The food there is great as well. I highly recommend you going there. I'm 9months 7 days clean and I love it. All thanks to Maryville.

I've been dealing with something from a DUI from 2012. I lost my job. I had to move. I cannot get anybody to help me and I've been sober now for many years. I haven't drank in many many years and for almost 7 months my license has been suspended. After it was reinstated from 2012, I renewed it four times. This is the fifth time I went to renew it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey. This happened in Pennsylvania and they were saying that they don't have all my paperwork. My old lawyer wouldn't even help me out. They said they have more important things to do. I paid some other company 300 bucks. I've spent hours and hours and hours trying to get this resolved. Titling companies bucks county courthouse Doylestown courthouse Court of clerks I got nowhere absolutely nowhere except frustration and anger again. I was making sometimes three phone calls a day trying to get through to PennDOT and always getting a different answer. They wanted stuff from 2012. You don't even have to keep medical or tax records for that long so to speak.
The one place over in Pennsylvania said I would have to go back and do IOP and they wanted a 5-month update on how I was doing. I've graduated IOP and I've been sober ever since
Unfortunately, I did not find out about this place till about a month ago. Unfortunately I moved from Jersey to Michigan so it's been a little bit of a pain
I was dealing with one of the other places regarding DUIs common law places in Pennsylvania that the court basically works with, but absolutely one of the worst experience in my life.
But again it wasn't till almost the 7th month of dealing with this that I was told I could go and try to deal with another facility
However, livinggren has been beyond helpful beyond sympathetic to my situation. They are absolutely trying to help me.
HELEN and JAMIE, are absolutely amazing! Everyone that I've spoken to there has been absolutely amazing, but these two women in particular that have been trying to help me are just absolutely god sense. So I'm sure that everyone else at that facility is just absolutely amazing as well. I only wish I found this place when I needed help with my substance abuse but better late than never they say!!
