I was really surprised on how nice and professional all the staff are. This is a great VA hospital with staff that staff that really cares.

The VA gets a bad rap but the people make it good. The system is tough to work with but like I said all the workers, from janitors to Doctors and nurses make it bearable.

Moving Mountains exceeded every expectation I had for a treatment center. The team was amazing. They were compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping every person succeed. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Special shout out to Eric, Miles, and my therapist Curtis. The groups are amazing, they were meaningful, and the environment felt safe and positive. The structure of the program helps rebuild daily habits and reconnect with yourself on a new level. I can't thank everyone at there enough for helping me find start to find myself again.

We had to send my friend to treatment and they helped us with the intervention and they were so incredible to work with from start to finish. It’s been 6 months and my friend is doing SO WELL and she’s so happy she went here

This place is a great place if you know anybody that suffering from drug addiction. They are very professional, caring and friendly with their patients. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you are struggling with addiction and get the help that you need.

Putting my review in a nutshell,"my mother always told me to "fake it until you make it" and by becoming a rehabilitated human being at,Carnegie Hill Institute,again,I no longer have to fake it. And if there were anyone else I'd thank,besides the Lord,for seeking life' purpose,I thank the generosity of spirit and the way they come from love first and of in their successes at making sure I can regain the trust of others because they trust in me. And without gaining the trust of others,it takes away your will to live.

I've been a client at Carnegie Hill Institute for quite a number of years. I had been in treatment for years, and I can sincerely state that the treatment plans offered by the staff are the most effective that I have encountered so far.

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Excel treatment center helped give me a new life. I’ve come to regard the staff and volunteers there as family. The entire program from start to finish is the best I have seen in the tri state area. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excel is perfect example of what a treatment center should be!

i’ve been here for a month and it’s been the happiest and healthiest i’ve been in years. the clinicians and staff are so friendly, supportive, and understanding, knowing exactly how to help carry each person through their recovery journey. i’ve seen every staff memeber go above and beyond for their clients, as well as go out of their way to be friendly and helpful on a daily basis. i’m continually confident in my sobriety and skill-building each day that i spend here, and want for nothing mentally or physically. they meet all of my needs and then some, offering assistance with reaching out to outside parties including insurance agencies, ensuring all communication is thoroughly managed without concern or stress on the client’s part. i’d recommend this organization to anyone looking to get sober and build proper support systems, because they have the skills to achieve those goals in strides for their clients. thank you to BlueCrest, your kindness and efforts do not go unnoticed.

My Mom was brought there with an aneurysm at the end of October, and even though she didn't make it, I would like to say thank you to every person there. From Doctor to Nurse to orderly or any other employee walking in the hallway that was polite, helpful, informative, you really helped our transition be a little less painful. I forget her name, but the therapist/counselor that talked to us as we were waiting for the worst was truly good at her job. She helped us see things in perspective and calm out nerves. I am so glad that the ambulance driver decided to bring my Mom to Morristown.

I was scared after reading reviews on my way to er but I had a nice doctor who made me feel not scared,. and care a lot about me and my mental health even though we just met. maybe they hired new psychiatry? if you go to er ask for doctor gueruro I am probably misspell her name (she is tall, pretty, dark hair.) social worker was nice too and got me a appointment. thank you.

I had a recent knee surgery at the Hospital. Dr Lent. Spencer & Andrew from Southern westchester orthopedics are excellent doctors, who genuinely care about their patients. This was the main reason I was at St. Joseph's. But mgmt, nurses and staff can be a disgrace. Most nurses were good, but 2 were extremely lazy. During overnight hours, they are on their cellphones ignoring the patient buzzer. I had to use the bathroom several times and couldn't walk from my bed. Unacceptable The next day Nursing Supervisor tells me I have to leave by 2 or 3pm, per my insurance company. Talk about last minute. Dr Lent told 1 or 2 days. Then some of the assistants in the presurgical were rude and had an attitude. I refused her from giving me my anthesthetic. She wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. I had a nicer man handle me with care and kindness They suggested MORPHINE or Oxycodone. No thank you I insisted to the OXYMORONE. I am not taking addictive medication that interferes with my other medical conditions. You think they would check or read my history and instructions from my doctors. Finally, they had no diapers for patients on the floor, when I asked Brandon the nurse. Seriously, you can request from another floor. The Assistant aides were better with the patients. Case nurses were excellent too Perhaps the chief of staff needs to walk around the hospital at night and see what really goes on? Good luck
