My father was recently admitted to the hospital and stayed in the Ackerman section on the 4th floor for 7+ days. I have to say that all the staff up there was exceptional. All the nurses, nurse techs, house keeping, nutrition, etc.. Anytime we had a question, they helped get the answer, they attended to my dads needs well. Thank you Matt, Marylen, Julianne, Niko, "Q" not sure how her name is spelled, but she was great! So many more but its hard to remember all the names.

From The moment I was brought into the prep station, I felt as though I was a part of the team. The nurses who prepped me took the time to explain everything that they were doing, and why they were doing it while they shared their expertise. They also made me feel as though a family member was caring for me. Each and every one of the nurses that tended to me I can’t thank enough for the way that they handled me made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my procedure. After being prepped my Cardiologist, Dr. Thomas Breen came in and explained everything to me as to what the procedure would entail, there aren’t enough superlatives in the dictionary or the English language to be able to make everyone feel the way that I felt. While in the operating room, each one of the professionals that were handling the various steps needed for the procedure. carried on the way that The prep team made me feel. In recovery I truly believe that I couldn’t have asked for two nicer nurses Alexis, and Melissa C who tended to me, made sure that I was OK. Make sure that I was comfortable and kept my daughter informed as to when I could leave. I got my orthopedic surgery here with a world class surgeon. Doctors and nurses here are so so nice. Even the janitors and meal delivery persons asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. The room is also very well kept, clean and organized.

I went here in 2016 for a surgery. I overall had a good experience with everything and almost everyone. Only negative was a nurse named Darlene in Same Day Surgery. She was so rude when I asked for a simple blanket and all I heard was her big mouth gossiping at the desk. Never forgot it because she was so horrible and mean. What is with nurses with that unprofessional behavior? They cry they're so busy all the time, but they have plenty of time to stand and gossip.

I was seeking treatment in April 2026, and HighFocus accepted me into their program. Their treatment was amazing, and specifically my councilor at the time, Taylor Zazulka, was extremely helpful, supportive, and crucial to helping me find continuing treatment after PHP/IOP. I highly recommend Freehold HighFocus treatment center to anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, or just looking for a higher level of treatment solely therapy does not provide.

I went to this place back in 2024, and this place was awesome. We got to do a bunch of therapeutic activities that were so helpful, and the staff were also really kind, friendly, and understanding. This place is amazing for someone struggling with a mental illness, at the time, I had depression, and this Mental Health Service helped me a lot. If I do have anything going on with life, this is the place I would go to.

My experience here has been great, so far! The staff has been friendly and helpful. They provide both in person and telehealth calls. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride.

I have been with StressCare on/off since 2020 in various capacities. Currently I have a weekly telehealth talk therapy with Brett, biweekly med management with psychiatrist Dr Miraj (Somerset office) and weekly visits with my Case Manager Michael Roman. I’m extremely grateful to have the mental health team that I have. Michael has been extremely supportive & helpful concerning my therapist & psychiatric appointments. Furthermore, he actively takes me to get my needs met concerning food, medication, and transportation. I highly recommend StressCare BHH & their therapist’s & psychiatrists for excellent mental health care.

I'm not a first time winner at recovery but every time l've felt like I needed a little structure in my life to give me the extra boost I needed to get me back on track I've enrolled at GenPsych and l've never had a bad experience. Everyone that works here will go to the end of the earth to help you from the administrative staff such as Michelle all the way to the therapists including my personal therapist at the facility named Ande. Ande has been a tremendous help to me since day one and has helped me with getting out of my own way and has aided me on my path of recovery and self discovery. They focus on multiple areas of mental health whether it's substance abuse or just depression/anxiety. They also provide transportation depending how close you are to the facility. Overall I think it's a great program that almost anyone can benefit from.

I went to bright harbor healthcare for years for my daughter ( I go there for myself also and I love my therapist) however her experience was sub par and I have some HUGE reservations with her last therapist especially because she tried to talk my daughter into taking HRT behind my my back which she didn’t even want them. I took them out and switched her to preferred and now she sees Megan and WOW she is doing so much better she’s so much more communicative and open her behavior has drastically changed and I feel like I’ve got my child back. I recommend them to anyone that sees that their child is going through a rough time. I even put my seven year old in therapy there for aggressive behavior issues I was convinced she had ODD but a few months of seeing Alex and she is a different person no more freak outs I owe this place the world HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

Had a good experience at SIUH South Campus. The nursing staff was attentive, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed all my concerns. Wait times can be a bit long but that's expected at any hospital. This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation. This place is exactly what I needed. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help. Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself.
