Fantastic facilities. My daughter had surgery and they took such good care of her. She's only 6 months old and she had them all wrapped around her finger. Her post-op surgery recovery nurse, Barbara Johnson, was absolutely phenomenal with her. Everyone on her care team made this momma feel slightly more comfortable with my little going under anesthesia.

This is the only therapy I’ve tried that has genuinely helped me change. The people really make the place, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. 100/10

Andy and Sharon have been pivotal to my recovery. I was hopeless before I started this program and didn’t think anything could or would change. Genphyc Brick is absolutely amazing — they truly changed my life. I want to give a special thank you to my counselor there, Ande. It’s rare to come across professionals who are both deeply compassionate and incredibly skilled at what they do. Ande was the first person I’ve worked with who genuinely helped guide me on my path to sobriety. I checked into Genphyc Brick in August of last year and completed the program in November. I chose to wait until I reached one full year sober before writing this review, to make sure the tools and support I received really held up in the long term. I’m proud to say that they absolutely did — I’m now over a year sober. The meetings, the skill-building, the continuous support — all of it helped lay the foundation for lasting change in my life. I can’t thank Genphyc and Ande enough for everything they’ve done. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star experience.

Some days it bearable I don’t mind people make it bareable all I can say

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

This facility has focused along of there resources and services on peri and post natal care. There resource specialists are amazing. I have been a patient since 2005 and if it wasn't for them God only knows were I would be they take the time to get to know their patients and they work with u to put u in a sobriety path They also offer MA meetings for patients and they also have family meetings so that family members are able to understand what to do and how to recognize addiction I absolutely Love and respect them because they treat their patients with the up most respect.

This is the third company I've used. The 1st 2 were awful - if anything, they worsened my situation. This place is exactly what I needed. Everyone is easy to get a hold of and they do what they're supposed to do - help. Christen at the front desk is great - she takes care of a lot by herself. If she's unable to help, she let's my counselor know ASAP. That brings me to her - Christy. She literally fixed an entire (bad) situation for me. Simply amazing. Thanks!
