Well...I went to Coleman in the past...I have nothing against the counselors or Doctors or Nurses...
It's the company itself...that I take issue with.
There's only one reason why my therapy time went from 50 minutes to 30 minutes (which everyone knows you can't get anywhere in 30 minutes) , and that reason is...MONEY!!!
You know what less time means. Less time means more more Insurance billings and people who will not get the treatment they need. It's NOTHING but a business decision based on greed.
So the changes as explained to me from an inside source is that during the 30 minutes...they also have to do their paperwork which means no focus at all for you as a patient. It's literally a cash grab.
Also,if you are going weekly and another counselor leaves the company, you'll find yourself doing it every TWO weeks because your counselor has to make room for the clients the counselor who left had left behind. Think about that.
My suggestion would be to find an alternative. Preferrably,one with a higher RATING.

I am not nor have I ever been a patient here but my fiancé was in 2021, if anyone has had this similar experience please respond but it seems unlikely. He started January 25,2021 and ended in May of same year. There were mentions of certain persons on day 1 until ending and date and him never thinking I’d know of his conversations in therapy never thought I’d know or find out, but for a reason of probation he needed papers printed out in order to show progress of treatment. He said that upon asking for these documents he believed that what was actually said in therapy was not what had been recorded and transferred into the papers he received back bc in these papers it proved of infidelity. The day he started his therapy a name was released from him and that day just happened to be the same day we had court for the sentencing of my daughters murderer that had only died1 year previous. (Very difficult time) In his defense he stated that they lied (Brightview) and he never said anything about starting a new relationship with this woman bc it’s “not allowed”and that brightview was known for the dislike of some patients to others and that the therapists had been known to falsify statements in patients records out of spite. As you can imagine he is no longer my fiancé nor friend bc it didn’t seem feasible. 11 years together and this one thing tore us apart, please understand my concern.

I have a loved one receiving excellent psychiatric treatment and counseling. The staff is always very responsive to concerns and they are always willing to go above and beyond. My loved one sees Dr Morris who first of all is an expert professional yet also has wonderful bedside manner. Btw, we travel over an hour for the wonderful care at PR. They offer telehealth appointments, which make treatment and counseling very accessible to anyone looking for that benefit!

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. I have had no issues at all since the med problem.

Prosperity Haven (Now Wellbrook Recovery) saved the life of one of my loved ones and I (as well as my family) will forever be grateful for it!!! We were able to visit every week and the staff and other men staying at the house were always so kind and welcoming to us. The house and property are so nice and well taken care of. The counseling and therapy as well as the friendships that my family member was able to find through this program was so unique and special, I truly believe it saved his life and allowed him to live a life he's really never been able to live before. He is now an alumni and still continues to participate in AA meetings and alumni events. Every week he is excited to reconnect with the men he met at the house and at alumni events since then. His experience at Prosperity Haven has allowed him to fully understand his substance abuse behaviors and how to find the right tools to handle his urges and temptations. It has saved his marriage and relationships with friends and family. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking a place that focuses on both mental health and addiction in a supportive, welcoming environment!!

I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome. I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff members are amazing. Nursing and a Provider 24/7 to help you with your detoxing. You are aloud to smoke up to like 8 times a day. Easiest detox ive ever experienced! This place gave me another chance!!

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work
