White Sands treatment center in Plant City is absolutely amazing! When I arrived, I was feeling very hopeless and scared to say the least. I left white sands yesterday and unfortunately I have been to many treatment centers but I must say this one (Hyde Park) is the best. Staff is very friendly. Tiffany Diana Chris who ran the groups I was in are awesome they both treat you like humans and not clients. One person that stands out the most was my therapist Chris I'm glad to say I learned a lot from him with the small tine I was there He's very passionate about his job and you can tell he's not in it just for the paycheck. All the BHTs are super helpful. Tony and Ted the big bosses 😄 are very friendly also. and treat you like a friend I never not one time did feel out of place there. Tech friendly facility, MAT available (subuclade or taper with soboxone,) Clean comfortable rooms,breaks on weekends,visitation on Sunday,. They provide cigarettes if needed and when available. They pay for your groceries once a week,vollyball,bbq pit basket ball, nature walks,fishing,bowling ECT.Sober living available after care I don't plan on ever going back to rehab but if I ever do white sands would be my favorite

This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

Started when I found out I was pregnant. I listened to my counselor and The Pediatrician they had offering classes advice and my baby girl was born full term average weight (7.4) and zero.... im talking not even 1 tremor or score over 4 withdrawal symptoms. She was a little jaundice but we welcomed her home at 5 days old! Amazing and now she's 6 and brilliant 👏 👌 😀 👍 🙌. PAR changed my life ❤️🩹💯💫🤟🫶🙏🏻

I came to ABH during a mental health crisis. I felt very out of control and they welcomed me with open arms. I just completed the full IOP Program and they have been nothing short of amazing. Don’t be fooled. It was hard to get to the point where you need this, so it will be equally as hard to get through it to get away from it, but I will say it’s well worth it to fight the good fight. If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.

Fairwinds saved my life. I've been sober for a year and a half and going strong because of the help I got there. I understand some people have bad experiences with methadone but in my personal experience it saved my life. I was at my peak rock bottom and this place has helped me quit fentanyl. Of course you are time here will be miserable if you don’t follow the rules and continue to get high. If you choose to change your life methadone will do that for you. Yes, it’s a crutch, but I’d much rather be hooked on methadone than heroin/fentanyl! I’ve been on the Clinic since 2012 and it gave me my life back! I understand I’m not completely sober due to the methadone, but I can hold a job. I own a home, car and money in the bank! These are things I would never have if I were still using! I see some of the comments on here about how methadone has cost them their job and so on. GROW UP! Methadone didn’t do that you did that! You can only lead a horse to a river You can’t force him them drink it! I give this place 20 stars if I could for dealing with the crap I see on a daily basis! 😁

Very much someone who had an immediate aversion to recovery. Super grateful for this program. Offering services for so many different addictions. It was eye opening and humbling to be among other people who were going through a totally different experience than me, yet we related in so many unexpected ways. I can say I am a healthier and happier person because of the ED program. I often find myself even missing the time I was there, and I sit in nostalgia in recollection of all the things I’d learned. Forever grateful for the friends I’ve met, the knowledge I gathered, and the staff at TPOT. Highly recommend.

I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for my time at TPOT. Walking through the doors on my first day, I was terrified, hopeless, and unsure whether real change was even possible for me. Today, I leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more hopeful than I’ve been in years.

ABH has been the ONLY counseling that I've actually been able to complete in the last 9 years that I've been trying. They were very accommodating with sessions over Zoom given most of us can't drive & myself with 3 kids...not trying to find a ride or babysitter helped me beyond words with way less stress that I'd have to deal with somewhere else. I actually looked forward & will miss these sessions because of the others that I interacted with but more importantly Katie who truly has a calling for what she does. I came to ABH during a mental health crisis. I felt very out of control and they welcomed me with open arms. I just completed the full IOP Program and they have been nothing short of amazing. STAY AWAY.
Thirst people are dishonest and manipulative. They falsified medical records in order to receive more money. They do not give patients clues of anything they sign. They gave me another patients recirds and claimed to report their mistake which they never did. There inpatient and outpatient programs are exactly the same and patients eligibility is based solely on how the can make the most money. Their patient advocate works for sunspire and does nothing to represent clients. It’s a money making business that doesn’t care about patients. They don’t allow time to prepare meals out of the $50 week food allowance. They are understaffed. They required me to go to a born again Christian Church although I objected being I am not Christian. . Stay away

White Sands treatment center in Plant City is absolutely amazing! When I arrived, I was feeling very hopeless and scared to say the least. The staff on hand helped me to see that a life without alcohol was worth fighting for. My therapy sessions and groups gave me hope that my life could improve immensely. I will be forever grateful to White Sands and I would recommend this treatment to anyone who is suffering from any type of addiction.

This is an amazing program that has done wonders for my daughter. They go out of their way to make sure you and your family are taken care of. Even though my daughter is the one needing help, the Healthy Minds program provides help and support for us as parents as well. We would have been so lost and afraid without Success 4 Kids and Families. Brittany is the most wonderful counselor for our daughter and is very in tune with our daughter's feelings and thoughts. Paola is so incredibly supportive and truly cares. Erin has really been amazing in coordinating help for us. Dr. Velasco is always there with a listening ear. This is where you go to get authentic books and other literature directly from AA, which is the original 12 step program. The book Alcoholics Anonymous is a must read for anyone who wishes to recover from the disease of alcoholism and stay recovered "a day at a time." There are also many pamphlets that target special groups and topics such as young people, medications in recovery, newcomers and women's topics. It is nice to be able to see the literature in person to decide what you want to get versus ordering online.

I feel at home here all the people are sooooo nice like Ted Cruz on Saturdays. I first met Michelle at this place she was a 7 year acholic and very sad and depressed. They fixed her and made her into a new super soldier for the red army. I'm getting my gamma radiation therapy in a few weeks and I feel it will make me into a new women. My friend Brandon Nodnarb is a heavy drinker and I've been trying to get him to come. I hope this review was helpful.
