I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. The service here is compassionate, caring and skilled. The fact that they have all three is impressive since I found care where all or some of these three elements are missing. You will be treated properly here. They do a fantastic job.

I have had the opportunity to refer folks to Wellbrook. The facility is first rate. It is clean and welcoming. the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The facility is small so individuals get a lot of hands on encouragement. They stay with you after your discharge. First rate !!!

The staff is friendly and professional. New programs and initiatives are consistently being reviewed and expanding for the betterment of our community. The fundraisers and community events that they hold brings more awareness and education to Warren County.

Wonderful place to go! They really helped me get my life on track, I did the work but they handed me the tools! Everyone there is so nice and professional as well. Andrew is the greatest def had a wonderful experience during my time there!

I was here for a year back in 2013 I think at the age of 17-18. I’m 28 now. Completed the program. Got my GED. shoutout to “BROTHER” the teacher. we called him. That man was amazing!! I think about this place all the time. It changed my life. You gotta want change. If not it will be hard for ya. I was a full blown drug addicted fool at 14. I didn’t know anything else so this was what I needed. I’m not sure how it is today but that’s how it was back then. Of course you had good & bad employees just like anywhere else. We got to go off grounds if you was on a good status level. Behavior wise. Did what was asked of you. I worked at a zoo with some pretty wild animals. Helped out in warehouses making cups. I got a check after I got home for working. Also went to the movies, out to eat, played games. Actually went to a steelers and Giants game in Pittsburgh. Still My 1 & only so far NFL game I ever went to was because of them. I went to church on Sunday. I went to elk county to see elk with the teacher Scott. That was awesome. Forreal. I had a lot of good times here & meet some pretty awesome people and learned a lot about myself. I thought about revisiting just to see who all is still there but judging these reviews. I doubt they are still there. I was in Dakota dorm. Shoutout to everyone who was there when I was. Some names still stick with me. My counselor. Brittany. You was the best 💯. Thank you!! You’re the real MVP. I hope you’re doing amazing… also Bill Cox. Jake. Josh. Creddy. Jen. 🤔 Kaylony? I can’t remember everyone but I will always remember them names. If you have kids here. Go visit them if you can. I didn’t get but 1 visit my whole year there. It sucks & makes time go by so slow. Be there for your kids. Give them that positive energy they need to boost them through this process. Write letters. Send pictures. They look forward to it every week. It was good to live with y’all for awhile. I hope everyone here can make something positive out of it and become something in life. Get away from the negativity in the streets. Chase your goals & dreams. Was court ordered there 1980 then to Erie, Pa for reentry. Jeannie Peak, Ken Smith, Bert, Steve Miller all shaped my life. Then its focus was a Therapeutic Community where residents confronted each other's behavior. Abraxas was awesome experience

The Alcanon club is open to anyone who desires to stop drinking and has games of chance, a full lunch table and regular daily AA meetings as well as social events. The months of October/November they have a talent show and a costume party just to name a few. Nicest people you will meet. Again, they welcome all walks of life.

I was there for kidney stone and they treat me really really good. I appreciate it everything they do to make me more comfortable with that horrible pain. thank you so much and God bless you.

My Mom had surgery there today. She was nervous but June the nurse made her feel so much better!! Super nice and knowledgeable nurse! Kristina at registration was very nice too!! Thankful for a good experience for her!

Very professional staff. I heard a patient in the room across the hall throwing a fit and being unreasonable with all the nurses and the doctor and they continued to treat her respectfully and professionally, in spite of being cursed out every time.

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

I did 11 and a half months at there facility back in 04 05 if it wasn't for this place I would be in jail or dead it taught me what I needed to become a better me a happier me without the drugs it taught me how to make it in life I now am a supervisor of a major environmental company I have 4 crews of guys I am in charge of I have a wife and 2 kids I provide for and none of it would of been possible if it wasn't for this place thanks Mrs Danielle, Mr.Vic Mr.Row and all the others you guys made me who I am today and i thank all of you with everything i got I'll never be able to repay you all for what you did for me I hope you guys might see this Signed Little Hit** that one from WV thanks again

The staff is very friendly and effective with their treatment. My son has an excellent experience and came out in a much better place then when he went in.

30 day inpatient.

You take away what you need,,the staff was very knowledgeable and they have a 24 hr nursing care.Groups pretty much all 7 days a week but there was time for walks,and outdoor activates. I thought it was best place I had been to........

I’ve been with horizon for about 3 years now, they have helped me immensely and have provided me with anything I need to help myself get better mentally in order to live a better life. I am grateful for their services and everyone there has been nothing but kind. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going to therapy to just do it. There is no shame & everyone at horizon will make you feel so welcome.

Horizon was really helpful and quick to contact back to me after my situation with previous mental health organization, they schedule me with Breann Parker, she was amazing, sweet, very listening, very understanding and extremely helpful
