My wife had a minor surgery done here. Relatively clean and tidy facility. Also a decent level of privacy compared to other hospitals we’ve had procedures done. Staff were kind, patient, and thorough. They mostly seem pretty happy, which engenders a lot of confidence in their system. Yes, there was a lot of waiting, but that’s every hospital. Surgery scheduled for 1:00, started at 2:00.

We want to thank Phelps Hospital ER from the bottom of our hearts. My husband was sick with high fever, turns out he had pneumonia. Every person who interacted with us was very kind, helpful, responsive, courteous, caring and prompt. They took him in quickly. Assigned him a nice room with a door and curtain. Everywhere was clean, everything and everyone was very orderly. They quickly did the work up, started the IV fluids, gave the nebulizer and painkillers. Dr. Nick was very cool. Big thanks to our nurse Ryan, super organized, super helpful. My husband received the treatment he needed, was feeling much better when we were leaving. We were done in less than 4 hours. We certainly did not expect our ER experience to turn out this way. Thank you for this pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Reflecting on my time at the Center of Discovery on Congress fills me with overwhelming gratitude and warmth. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of love and care that I had never experienced before. The staff members at the Center are truly exceptional individuals who go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of every resident. Throughout my entire stay, they not only provided professional support but also formed genuine connections that made us feel like one big family.
I am hard-pressed to find a single negative aspect of my experience at the Center. Every interaction, every moment spent there was filled with positivity and encouragement. They took what seemed like an impossible situation and turned it into a journey of growth and possibility. Their unwavering patience and support were instrumental in my progress, and I am forever grateful for their dedication.
Even now, a year later, I am confident that if I were to reach out to any of the staff members, they would respond with the same level of compassion and support. This is a great outpatient program. I saw some of the negative comments and I totally disagree. The counselors are awesome. They are not judgemental. They call clients on their BS!! Of course there are clients who are mandated. That's every rehab. But there are also people who are there because they need help and want to be there. I loved the counselors because they were very in tune to the disease of addiction. Someone mentioned the "older white male" counselor. He was one of my favorites. They are very compassionate. They also run their groups efficiently. I've been to some outpatient programs where the counselors can't control the groups and by the time the group is over...I forgot what the actual group topic was. I would definitely recommend this treatment program to anyone who really wants help with their addiction.

I've been dealing with something from a DUI from 2012. I lost my job. I had to move. I cannot get anybody to help me and I've been sober now for many years. I haven't drank in many many years and for almost 7 months my license has been suspended. After it was reinstated from 2012, I renewed it four times. This is the fifth time I went to renew it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey. This happened in Pennsylvania and they were saying that they don't have all my paperwork. My old lawyer wouldn't even help me out. They said they have more important things to do. I paid some other company 300 bucks. I've spent hours and hours and hours trying to get this resolved. Titling companies bucks county courthouse Doylestown courthouse Court of clerks I got nowhere absolutely nowhere except frustration and anger again. I was making sometimes three phone calls a day trying to get through to PennDOT and always getting a different answer. They wanted stuff from 2012. You don't even have to keep medical or tax records for that long so to speak.
The one place over in Pennsylvania said I would have to go back and do IOP and they wanted a 5-month update on how I was doing. I've graduated IOP and I've been sober ever since
Unfortunately, I did not find out about this place till about a month ago. Unfortunately I moved from Jersey to Michigan so it's been a little bit of a pain
I was dealing with one of the other places regarding DUIs common law places in Pennsylvania that the court basically works with, but absolutely one of the worst experience in my life.
But again it wasn't till almost the 7th month of dealing with this that I was told I could go and try to deal with another facility
However, livinggren has been beyond helpful beyond sympathetic to my situation. They are absolutely trying to help me.
HELEN and JAMIE, are absolutely amazing! Everyone that I've spoken to there has been absolutely amazing, but these two women in particular that have been trying to help me are just absolutely god sense. So I'm sure that everyone else at that facility is just absolutely amazing as well. I only wish I found this place when I needed help with my substance abuse but better late than never they say!!

It was a horrible experience. Many staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Harold. But they keep you there as long as your insurance will allow. And credit people for completion of the program long before you if their insurance restricts their stay. People leave the detox area not because of their medical needs but how much your insurance will allow. 90% of the nursing staff are amazing, leaving the other 10% as bitter people. Go if you need to, but in my recent experience my primary doctor helped me more than I ever had staying at Livengrin. Living there is like being on a hamster wheel with AA, NA, CA, etc... being shoved down your throat. It's just going to class and people sucking down cigarettes like they are vitamins. Just replacing one addiction to another.
All it does is keep you away from your career and family. But most patients there have no career and couldn't care less about their family. If you want that, this is the place to go. And the funny thing is, this is one of the best rehabs in the area. LOL.
If you go make sure to use your lock box provided or someone WILL come into your room and steal your stuff.

Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. The staff cares about their jobs, care for the kids their wellbeing and their success in recovery and it shows in their dedication and interaction with the kids. I’ve been here for 15 plus years and my counselor Paul goes above and beyond for his patients. Most of the staff has been here for years and they’re great. If you follow the rules and keep your head down, mind your buisness you’ll have no issues with this place… some people have complaints but those are usually the people who do whatever they want and tend to forget how lucky we are to have this place. The photos aren’t from this clinic. I don’t know what clinic those are from. It’s a clean place though and constantly updated.

Phenomenal organization that truly cares about its patients recovery and were so helpful in my daughter's treatment, she is better off now from where she was when she first went in. It was not a perfect experience - there were several miscommunications that detracted from the recovery but their management owned all mistakes and missteps - Bill and Jen were especially forthcoming in this, something I appreciated. Most of the other staff were exemplary in their roles in supporting patients in their journey - want to especially recognize Amber as someone who exemplified the lodge's ideals of compassion and professionalism, she made a difference in my daughter's life.

I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. We found getting registered and placed with someone easy and accommodating. Kelly is AMAZING! I have not had positive experiences in the past with therapists, but she is the absolute best. She's "real," she listens, she is amazing at planning a session but also pivoting if necessary. I can't say enough good things about her!

I had the best experience ever at Summit Overlook Labor and Delivery! All of the doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, kind, and full of great advice. My baby was born on 10/27, and the entire experience was amazing. During delivery, the nurses were cheering me on, it was such an empowering moment surrounded by strong, encouraging women.
Later, when I had a tough evening with my newborn, the nurses were right there for me teaching me how to latch, showing me the 5 “S’s,” staying up with me as I rocked her to sleep, and even making me an ice pack. I’m just overwhelmed with gratitude and so pleased with how the entire team treated me. I can’t thank them enough!
