I am writing this with immense gratitude to thank everyone at WELLBRIDGE for the incredible care and support I received during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and safe, knowing I was in the hands of people who truly care about their patients.
The facility itself was amazing, providing a comfortable and peaceful space for healing, but what made my experience truly exceptional was the staff. Every single person I encountered nurses, therapists, RSS staff , kitchen staff, played a role in my recovery their kindness, encouragement, and dedication.
I especially want to express my deepest appreciation for my therapist, Samantha. Samantha was not only an incredible professional but also a true guiding light in my recovery. Her compassion, insight, and unwavering support helped me in ways I can never fully put into words. Samantha challenged me when I needed it, listened without judgment, and provided me with the tools to rebuild my life. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without her guidance.

I was a Patient there for approximately 9 months. A Wonderful Atmosphere and you’re surrounded by ppl who Really Care.
Especially the Counselors, My Counselor in Particular. Her Name was Jenn. A Wonderful Person and an Absolute Dear young Lady.
She was Extremely informative and Knows just how to make you feel Comfortable and Cared For.
I was going through a Rough patch, but looked Forward to my meetings with her every week and Every time I left her office, I ALWAYS FELT BETTER AND FELT LIKE SOMEONE CARED..
I can Honestly Say, Meeting Jenn was a Highlight of my Time there.
I only left there because I found a place Much Closer to my home out East.
But my Counselor there will always be close to my heart.
And I Thank Her Dearly.
All in all, a Wonderful Place to Get Clean and Stay Clean 👍🏻😁

Went here for a couple months in 2022, specifically the therapist Casey was a huge help when my dad passed and made an effort to help me figure out I had depression and helped my family get through tough times and helped us with donations, who also helped my family in 2016 and donated toys ❤️❤️❤️

Went there around 2013. I didn't stay clean after, but I didn't want to. They had a zero tolerance for drugs so the sober houses were actually clean and if someone used they'd be kicked out. The classes were long but not terrible. Ellen was great. Only thing was the sober house was in the HOOD HOOD where we had a crack dealer on our corner, prostitues 100ft away, and coke being sold out the barbershop lol.

When 'john" &/or 'Jane' Doe come out soon or later that counselor that was so "awesome" turns out to be human...i will say I've been around FSL for ...decades now, and I can't say I've heard of or experienced a outright "Awful" counselor I've never personally had the slightest issue. Note, I gave them four (4) stars solely because a few people who's judgement I take heed too from time to time have had less than necessary encountered...ok

I just experienced the worst month of my life couldn’t keep Liquid or food down form the 3rd to the 27 of October went to Stony brook on the 27th and they actually cared not like the other hospitals I went to they form the moment i stepped foot in the door they realized I was not ok and was extremely dehydrated and was brought right to critical care form that point on they started I v fluids for 3 days and didn’t let me go home until I was able to eat and drink on my own! Kaitlin- Natalie- Stacy - and Cameron were my nurses they went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate them also the PCAs were all so kind! I will only ever go to stony Brook if I ever need medical attention again completely recommend this hospital to anyone who wants to be cared about! I’ll be hyping this hospital up for the rest of my life to everyone I know!

I wish i could give this a 5 but the doctor knowledge was 50/50. Except dr sultana and my podiatry dr mulwani and Sweeney the pt supervisor. And the training lead James. who was great.
The food was not great. How you burn a hcheeseburger to the point it smells a whole room and send that up?! I highly suggest getting on the cbord patient app to order your food as i could make this kitchen and dining experience a whole lot better if i was in charge.
The social worker dept was horrible.

these nurses are the absolute best in the world. I need to know they are appreciated and applauded for their outstanding knowledge training ability patience and bed side manner. You will always be in my heart for my time there. The world and the WHOLE hospital needs to know them.
And these aides Greg, Tess, Mari, Franci, and even tho it was her third day Gabrielle. You ladies made sure I were clean daily. I was less embarrassed. Always checking on me and we kept eachother smiling. You as well need to be appreciated for you being so amazing.

Excellent therapists who seem to really care. From time of intake until you are actually assigned a therapist was quite fast. The therapists are compassionate and experienced.

East Coast Recovery is amazing! It’s amazing because the people that work there are incredible and they care very much about seeing clients succeed. I initially planned on being at East Coast on a week to week basis, not knowing how it was going to be before I got there. The service I received and the help I got far exceeded all of my expectations. I ended up staying for over three months. I moved on from East Coast Recovery center feeling confident and ready to fully participate in a life of recovery from substance use.

Celebrating 8 years sober this week, and I wanted to reflect on my time at Silver Hill, and express the deep gratitude I have for this facility. This place truly saved my life! After multiple failed attempts at other facilities, this place laid a lasting, strong foundation for my long term recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health struggles. It is the most incredibly warm, nurturing, and loving environment for early recovery, and it truly transformed my life. I am forever grateful for the time I spent at Silver Hill. Beautiful campus— they separate the units into houses, so you recover in a homelike setting, rather than a sterile hospital room. They had an amazing staff, full of very knowledgeable doctors and therapists, and I learned so much about myself during my stay there. If I could give it a million stars, I would. I’d rather develop a MRSA infection on my testicles than get help with this methadone mafia. These are grimey, money hungry parasites quick to put you on as high a dose of methadone as possible and set you up to stay with them forever. Mmmm money, money, money!!! They actively hurt the real recovery community. Come here if you’ve basically given up all hope and are resigned to a lifetime of misery.
