They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and they are very supportive to everyone here including myself. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10! I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I had 9 weeks of pain and issues and required a second emergency surgery in May. The good news is, then I met Dr. Daniel J. Bowers. He became my regular doctor through this and I saw him several times. He is an excellent doctor and a very good man. He always took time to explain my situation with understanding and compassion when I was at a very low point in my life. I've been home 2 weeks and haven't felt this good in months. I cannot get anybody to help me and I've been sober now for many years. I haven't drank in many many years and for almost 7 months my license has been suspended. After it was reinstated from 2012, I renewed it four times. This is the fifth time I went to renew it. Mind you, I live in New Jersey. This happened in Pennsylvania and they were saying that they don't have all my paperwork. My old lawyer wouldn't even help me out. They said they have more important things to do. I paid some other company 300 bucks. I've spent hours and hours and hours trying to get this resolved. Titling companies bucks county courthouse Doylestown courthouse Court of clerks I got nowhere absolutely nowhere except frustration and anger again. I was making sometimes three phone calls a day trying to get through to PennDOT and always getting a different answer. They wanted stuff from 2012. You don't even have to keep medical or tax records for that long so to speak. The one place over in Pennsylvania said I would have to go back and do IOP and they wanted a 5-month update on how I was doing. I've graduated IOP and I've been sober ever since Unfortunately, I did not find out about this place till about a month ago. Unfortunately I moved from Jersey to Michigan so it's been a little bit of a pain I was dealing with one of the other places regarding DUIs common law places in Pennsylvania that the court basically works with, but absolutely one of the worst experience in my life. But again it wasn't till almost the 7th month of dealing with this that I was told I could go and try to deal with another facility However, livinggren has been beyond helpful beyond sympathetic to my situation. They are absolutely trying to help me. HELEN and JAMIE, are absolutely amazing! Everyone that I've spoken to there has been absolutely amazing, but these two women in particular that have been trying to help me are just absolutely god sense. So I'm sure that everyone else at that facility is just absolutely amazing as well. I only wish I found this place when I needed help with my substance abuse but better late than never they say!!
