(This is a long one) I ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings.I really don t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up.I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

I had surgery on Valentine s Day. What an absolutely amazing visit to St. Lukes. Not only was every single employee and nurse kind, friendly and showed patience with the patients, they were all kind and friendly to one another. My nurses Liz, Nydia, Amy, Michele and Kayla were all absolutely lovely. Dr. Jan and Dr. Jim the anesthesiologist were all amazing to work with. Felt so comfortable and safe. Highly recommend this hospital and its staff!

I have had 3 surgeries performed at the Sacred Heart facility. Every time I was there I had a good experience. All of the staff were very professional and very nice. I cannot say enough positive things about Sacred Heart's surgical unit! I had elective surgery and the experience was personal, professional and perfect from the moment I checked in at the front desk to be escorted out! I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night.If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it.10/10

WDR was my first and hopefully last rehab. I didn t really know what to expect but I can say this place and everyone who works there are top notch. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The nurse and techs cared more about my recovery than I did. They really try to work with you. My case worker Donna was the bomb and even though she was in charge of my case that didn t stop any of the workers from helping me when I needed it. The techs have a story of their own and they really get it. No one was judge mental and they treated everyone like a human being. There isn t one person who worked there that I wish I didn t meet. I honestly wish I could have bought them all home with me. Even the community was awesome. Clients helping clients. I give WDR a 10+ on the rating skill. The director even steps in and got his hands dirty. It s team work at its best. I honestly fought the program the whole time for my own reasons. A week later I m still sober Thanks WDR for believing in me even when I didn t believe in myself you guys made a good impact on me and my family Loves y all more. First time visiting this place for my spouse physical examination. Easy to recognize the main entrance and very near to the parking lots.Plenty of parking. Not that busy day on Friday as there are not much visitors.Clear signs for navigating to the check-in. Easy check-in on iPad with just last 4 digits of phone number. They suggested to bring insurance and photo id but they never asked for any. Hope they got it from another the profile in other tower health group.Directed us to waiting room which were clearly mentioned such as A, B, C, D, E on each each room.Didn't take much time in waiting room. Practitioner came and took to the observation room. Waiting room is spacious with lots of chairs to sit.Checkout seems must. We just started walking out without doing that but the person sits there called us and asked for checkout as we did check-in.Checkout completed by just asking the name & doctor. They gave next visit date and also the summary of the visit.MyChart app is so good to access all information.Doors are wheelchair accessible. New Orefield facility is far, but there is a bus 5 out of 6 days and Sunday is closed so they supply a take home on Saturday as long as you have a lockbox.The new facility is a HUGE step up! This was my first experience with St. Luke s, and I was very impressed. After a bout with the norivirus and a fall at her nursing home in Schuylkill County, My 92-year-old mother was in bad shape with the virus, rhabdo, and pneumonia. This was her 3rd hospital in 24-hours as she needed a trauma center due to possible brain bleed. She arrived the eve of Jan. 9, and the ER doctors and nurses were AMAZING! Mom needed a TON of care, and they provided it with compassion AND explained everything to me in detail, which was very comforting. Eventually, she got a room upstairs, where we experienced the same level of professional care. I am convinced that the professionalism shown to mom over her five days there saved her life and her QUALITY of life. She is doing well! I am very grateful!

Mary my sons threapist is the best. They both connect wonderfully and my son enjoys spending time one on one with his counselor. She always is helpful and friendly and is patient with my son. There s always fun activities to do there that she does! Thank you.

I love my providers, Doreen Storz (physician assistant) and Nichole (therapist). They are amazing and caring. I previously saw Allison (therapist) in January until she transferred me to Nichole in February. Only downside is the practice doesn t use an EHR patient portal for patients to access their health information. Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had more than my share of bad experiences with therapy, but the counselor here actually listend and helped my kids. Plus they were really flexible when I needed to change appointment times which happens a lot with me because of my work schedule. They also had telehealth appointments which made scheduling easier. Overall I’d recommend them

Only been here a couple times so far, but place seems decent. Staff are all friendly, and I like that they have cloud cloth's over the lights to make lighting more bearable. It is also close to home, which is nice.

The other reviews are from third person and there only hearing what there hearing first off I workd past 6 everyday no problem I made my meetings and was ok. Sending people back to jail well listen there coming from jail and it's a reward to get to halfway home early and the staff ain't there to baby anyone there to save ur life if u go back to Jail u deserve it. I was on contact my first day there meeting with girls. But when I figured out I was there to get my life on track find a job support MYSELF BUY MY OWN home and car girls Came second it works if u work it. I seen more not make than do it for 90 days but that's how the lifeWe built for OURSELVES WORKS. I STILL stop by and donate bus fees and say hi the bill the best counsel there is

I went to this Treatment Program in 1988. It was my first time ever being away from my 11 month old Son & my Family. It was truely a Wonderful Experience. The Staff is very Courteous & Respectful. The People was Respectful as well. The place was nice & clean and the food was tasty. Recreation and Groups was Enlightening.
