Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. RCA was the best decision I made to start my recovery journey!!! When I went there I didn't know what to expect being as though I heard so many horror stories about recovery centers. To my surprise the center was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and the food was great. The staff was excellent and most of the patients were great and made me feel like I was not alone. I learned a lot of skills to help with my sobriety, when I was discharged I knew I was ready to continue my journey with confidence and knowledge. I cannot say enough about the quality of care I received while at RCA Devon. The staff members,especially the RSS member,always took the time to check on me and no matter how I was feeling their efforts ALWAYS caused me to feel better both mentally and physically.I have never felt so accepted and respected as a person ,and even though I felt I was not worthy at times the personal attention helped me to realize how wrong My thinking had been .I especially would like to say Thank you to Laura C,and to Chris ,both on the RSS team ,and also to Chris ,a therapist,who through his care and attention to me ,even ,though he wasn't my therapist,has inspired me to want to become an addiction recovery therapist myself.My hope for the future is that I may also help others in the ways that I was helped through RCA Devon .Thank you ALL very much for everything .You have helped me to see the sunshine again even on the darkest days . SUPER GREAT PROGRAM AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Really nice PHP and IOP. Nice to have a long term program for if you want/need it. Staff all really truly care it seems. Only thing is their transparency. The program is a MINIMUM OF 90 DAYS AND A FULL COMPLETION IS 6 MONTHS. And they have blackout periods for everything it seems. They also said things they weren't specific about, kind of like skirting around details, and straight up lied about the length of stay and passes. So I'll never forget that. But still lots of great things there and things they do. AND STILL A GREAT PROGRAM AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

I loved my experience at Avenues. The counselors and staff are very nice and supportive. They helped me with as much as they possibly could. The groups each day were helpful and informative. The community around avenues is welcoming and fun, I met new people all the time and expanded my circle of friends more than I ever had before.

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

I had emergency colon surgery in March at Allentown. Unfortunately, they did it in a hurry because that what was necessary at the time. I had 9 weeks of pain and issues and required a second emergency surgery in May. The good news is, then I met Dr. Daniel J. Bowers. He became my regular doctor through this and I saw him several times. He is an excellent doctor and a very good man. He always took time to explain my situation with understanding and compassion when I was at a very low point in my life. I've been home 2 weeks and haven't felt this good in months. I finally feel like everything is behind me. A special thanks to Dr. Stewart and medical student Nate. AND the 8th floor nursing staff, especially Faye and Sam!!! I could never do the kind of work that these medical professionals do every day! But, I am grateful that they do! God bless them all!

I had surgery on Valentine’s Day. What an absolutely amazing visit to St. Lukes. Not only was every single employee and nurse kind, friendly and showed patience with the patients, they were all kind and friendly to one another. My nurses Liz, Nydia, Amy, Michele and Kayla were all absolutely lovely. Dr. Jan and Dr. Jim the anesthesiologist were all amazing to work with. Felt so comfortable and safe. Highly recommend this hospital and its staff!

I have had 3 surgeries performed at the Sacred Heart facility. Every time I was there I had a good experience. All of the staff were very professional and very nice. 6 years sober here after running the methadone program for 2 years to get off of opiates and benzos. Shout out to vanja, dawn, julissa and the rest of the nursing staff for helping make recovery possible. Some people go to get sober. Some people go to maintain getting high in a safe way when doing the methadone program. To each their own. I personally made a goal and got off and never looked back! So thankful for this program. It saves my life.

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review was from 3 years ago when I first started at Northeast Family Healthcare. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating.
What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist.
I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support.
What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas.
Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. Please keep in touch and if you ever find another job please keep my contact info and let me know. (This is a prime example of why stable treatment is a must and consistently having the same therapist instead of always getting a new therapist assigned to you.)

The entire team creates an environment where healing feels possible, even when you've struggled for decades like I had.

I've been a patient here since 2015 amd they saved my life for sure. I had lost everything due to my addiction and since going here I've rebuilt my life from the ground up. I have a home multiple vehicles a wife and 2 amazing kids and I couldn't have done it without this place. I work some crazy hours sometimes being away for a couple days at a time and they have made sure I have my medication no matter what. I've had multiple councilors some good and some bad but my current councilor has been a godsend. Thank you NEFHC

Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night.
If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it.

I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

My 16 year old son attended the High Focus IOP program this summer and it really helped him. He was really struggling when he started and Lyra was wonderful at getting him to sort out why his coping methods were working against him. He’s doing much better and has learned a lot about himself thanks to her!!

My teen attended the IOP program which was run by Lyra and gained alot of self-awareness and valuable skills to help with struggles of everyday life in this crazy world we live in. She now continues with individual therapy and enjoys her therapist Lexi. I would highly recommend High Focus Center in Lansdale.

I used to volunteer services at Teen Challenge. In 2009 the cost for the entire year was 800.00. I would assume it has increased with inflation but the information stating a cost of $12,000 monthly is inaccurate.
If you need help you should consider reaching out to Teen Challenge. Lives are transformed at and through Teen Challenge, do not let the inaccurate information about the cost deter you from getting help. Also, I believe they have ways of acquiring financial assistance if needed. If you have a problem and your tired of it and / or you have been to multiple rehabs, this one is different. Don’t go back to what you know doesn’t work. Heart transformation vs’ behavior modification. Anybody can change their behavior for external reasons, like they got fired from their job, fighting with spouse, ect. and they really believe that they’ve stopped., but two months after getting a new job and the coast is clear guess what creeps back out? When there’s a transformed heart, the desires are abolished, not tucked away for later. Hearts are transformed at Teen Challenge. In 2009 the program was12 months. You might think that’s a long time. If you do nothing 5 years will fly by and you will be where you are now, or worse off, or even dead. Make a move now and imagine the endless possibilities that can happen in five years. New friends, new career, new location, clear, productive mind. Don’t wait. Do it today.
