Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. Thank you Provive Wellness for caring for my son above and beyond my expectations. Tina & Thomas

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

How do you describe a place that actually saves your life? It's something that's impossible to articulate. But I'll say it like this...the people that work at RCA Devon are angels. They care in a way that's hard for a non-addict or a non-alcoholic to understand, and it's because they know what it's like to be broken and lost like the patients that come through their program. I made more than a few trips there, and I was always welcomed with open arms. The facility is as nice and comfortable as you're going to find in any rehab in the Delaware Valley. I can never repay the people who work at RCA Devon. All I can do is pay it forward. If you're struggling with substance abuse or alcoholism go there, and you'll see what real compassion and empathy look like. I am forever grateful to the people who work there.

This was my first experience with a rehab center. RCA really made me feel welcome and heard. I left there with confidence that I would be able to continue with my recovery and have success. The alumni meetings and activities are so important and make me feel like I always have someone to turn to for support and encouragement. I am 3 years sober and very happy with my decision to come to RCA. Thank you so much!

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

(This is a long one) I’ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings. I really don’t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up. I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn’t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn’t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn’t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I’m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn’t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn’t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn’t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn’t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could’ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn’t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn’t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

I can't say enough good things about New Horizons. They genuinely care about their patients and foster an incredible environment that makes a difficult process way more enjoyable (if that's even possible). I was extremely nervous and hesitant opening up throughout my recovery journey, but NH made those fears go away almost immediately, especially after meeting the entire staff and other clients. I'm not usually one to post reviews, but I wanted to share my experience in case you or your loved one are struggling with addiction/mental health and are looking for a place to heal/grow. Thank you to New Horizons and everyone I have met along the way, and thank you for reading. :)

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle! -Juanita S.

I was placed involuntarily after an attempt on my life. It’s not my first run through with a mental hospital, probably not my last. Truly it wasn’t a horrible experience and the staff themselves were great, especially with all the difficulties and drama constantly happening. I was on co-ed, the calmer upstairs unit. I worked the program, and am following through with the outpatient and truly hope this helps. Yes it’s like a jail, but keep in mind why you’re here. Some things do suck, like waking us up for vitals especially when many of us cannot sleep on the hard beds, but they do offer some sleep meds. I also wish as adults we were allowed to smoke but that’s neither here nor there. The food was good, many snacks provided, and my doctor understood me 100% and explained everything thoroughly, including how I got there (I couldn’t remember the episode), and I was speedily discharged which I think was my best plan and a day early at that due to work. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the staff themselves tried their best to make it great, to the point where I would love to find a job in a place such as this. To everyone reading this remember your coping skills and rate your day on a scale of 1-10!!!

My experience was extremely positive. Don't let the negative reviews tell the whole story . I was on the c2 unit, a larger co-ed unit. The staff especially during the day is compassionate and hard working. A lot of demands are put on them and they respond the best a human can. Even in the face of disrespect they hold up. Yes, you're going to feel a bit like you're in prison. Yes, the nights are a bit hard but take the sleep meds and sleep! But roll with the punches, remember why you are there, and make the most of your experience. Alot of good psychologists are available to you. Even in a psych ward you can find healing community and good people.

I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

My 34-day stay at Keystone was a transformative experience that exceeded my expectations. The staff was compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery, creating a supportive environment that met my needs. A special shout out to a few on staff: John & Barry in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy program, Chris, Kuma, Shawn, and Debbie. These people helped me immensely. I’d recommend Keystone to anyone who wants to invest in their recovery. I’m grateful for both the people I met and the help I received. They host nightly AA or NA meetings, too. I left with a greater understanding of addiction and skills to manage internal and external stressors. Thank you, Keystone.

When I arrived at the Keystone Center…. 12/16/24 I was gone… lost out of control in my mind and my life had became unmanageable. I found refuge in the DBT GROUP with the team John, Kat, Jacque, and Barry. I had lost the ability to trust people as I had lost my sense of reality walking in the door and not only did this group of wonderful individuals open arm welcome me but gave me what I needed when I needed it. Laughter to set the mood in the mornings and I was so lost I didn’t understand it at first… but gradually it became a healing stone for my soul. Coping mechanisms and practices to understand other ways of thinking of trauma and how to deal with it in healthy ways I have now 9 months clean currently I live in my own home with my children two young boys who I had been separated from for about a year and a half…. I don’t have just a job now I have a career. I love my life and live in Clearwater, Florida. If it wasn’t for the DBT Group idk where I’d be today or what I would have been going through those extremely scary and tough times of my life where I had felt like I lost control and lost myself. I am also super thankful to Jacquiem who was a tech who made sure he left it all on the floor whenever the opportunity arises to save an addicts life. That man genuinely cares and does it for a bigger reason than just the payroll. Shout out to him for laying out the truth on a eye to eye level with each and every soul who walked in there on a real ass level Shout out to Jacque from DBT who took the time out of her day to make sure I was okay and stable going through a lot with my kids at the time of being in treatment. She was a true angel during my time in Keystone. Made me feel like I had someone in my corner at all times no matter what and I needed that. John & Kat two great personalities who compliment each other so freaking well. YALL are a dynamic duo of healing and I love yall for all you have done for me, my family, and my life. I can’t thank you enough Barry short and sweet you kept it real on a level of a person I could relate to 100% you are a person who knows how to meet an addict where they are at and keep it focused on recovery. You walk the walk. Thank you keystone from this recovering addict I am forever thankful to the castle for giving me a bed and hot meals… as well as tools to get through life forever clean in my time of trauma tragedy and loss. -Bezz

A wonderful treatment center that helped my loved one get sober and stay sober with a strong recovery network. I'll never forget the impact an early conversation I had with Dr. Heran even had on my own journey through dealing with my loved one's recovery. I couldn't recommend this treatment center more! The recovery plan they offer works if you work it.
