Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

I picked this center because of it having all 5 star reviews, and many of them. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

(This is a long one) I’ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings.
I really don’t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up.
I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn’t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn’t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn’t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I’m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn’t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn’t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn’t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn’t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could’ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn’t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn’t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

I am writing this review on behalf of the outstanding care that I received at Valley Forge Hospital. From the moment I walked in the Security guards were so very helpful. Once I completed they took me to my room. My first bed was on the third floor. The nurses were fabulous. They took such good care of me fantastic. All of the nursing staff was excellent. There was a time that I was having trouble with one of my medications and Megan the charge nurse went out of her way to help me. Once I met my counselor Fred I knew that I was on my way to healing. He always took his time to go over and above to listen to me. He was very honest and truthful to me. Plus he always offered candy after our session. Once I moved over to the Ranch I came in contact with Davon. He was the most knowledgeable compassionate caring loving Leader at Valley Forge Once I moved to the Ranch I was blessed to meet Kevin. They made the stay at the Ranch so much easier. The speakers that did groups. Always gave fantastic knowledge of the N/A and A/A program. I had the pleasure of touring Blueview Recovery earlier this month and was extremely impressed with the facility. Their evidence based programs are tailored to the patient and encompass a variety of modalities that offer the patient comprehensive treatment for long term recovery. The counselors are highly qualified and compassionate, as are the administrative staff.
In addition, I had the opportunity of touring their sober living men's house located a few miles from the facility. It is a beautiful contemporary home offering a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.

03-2010. So I have been clean and sober for 12 years. If you work it it will help you and work. So if you are rea8to leave the drugs behind come and give it a chance. It's not going to be easy at first I promise you it will get easier as time goes on. You will have good and bad days but that's a part of the recovery process. My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle!

I had 15 sessions with Ana. She really knows what she is doing. She gave me some exercises I could use when my anxiety starts getting really bad. I am so happy to say that they really work. There was an problem someone else was having and it escalated where this man was yelling at the admin team. It made me feel so uncomfortable and they had no security. The one security guy that was working down stairs clearly wouldnt have been able to help. I hope they fix that issue.

My 16 year old son attended the High Focus IOP program this summer and it really helped him. He was really struggling when he started and Lyra was wonderful at getting him to sort out why his coping methods were working against him. He’s doing much better and has learned a lot about himself thanks to her!!

My teen attended the IOP program which was run by Lyra and gained alot of self-awareness and valuable skills to help with struggles of everyday life in this crazy world we live in. This is the best place I have sought treatment, the facility is beautiful, the staff is polite and attentive, and the food is really good. I would gladly return here if I ever needed to. Staff were generally very helpful, patient and kind, with some tough rules. In the end you understand what was being done, why and what the next steps were.

Okay so basically I was there in October of 2025 and I had a really good experience personally, the staff was very kind to me and very funny and the people there were all supportive and nice to me and they helped me a lot with my mental health, the beds where comfy and the food was really good. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the 10 minute phone calls and that they would open our rooms up at night but other the that it was a good experience for me, and whoever says that their are bed bugs are lying because the rooms where cleans.

This clinic is amazing. Saved my life and I have been clean since I started here. They will work with you I didn't have a valid ID when I started and they still helped me. The staff and nurses are kind and compassionate. My counselor Maddie is the best and is understanding, a good listener and on top of appointments. I am so grateful I started coming to this clinic it was the best decision I could have made.

They actually helped my son while he was there but that's where the help stops. Upon his release, they sent him to a place that would not refill his meds. He called Eagleville back and they told him to go to another place. He called the second place and they told him they could not refill his meds until he sees another psychiatrist. Meanwhile, his meds are gone and we see signs of his relapsing back to his confusion. He tried finding a psychiatrist and was told that there could be no meds given on the first visit. I understand now why there are so many people with mental issues running around these days.

I had the best experience at Eagleville in regards to the therapist, Miss Bonnie & Miss Elonda. Miss Bonnie was my therapist and she truly goes above & beyond not only for her clients but for any client that needs an ear to listen or advice on a situation. Her door was always open and still is even though I am no longer there. I just celebrated a year clean and Miss Bonnie plays a huge part in that. She helped me to grow in ways I never thought I could but because of how genuine she is I felt comfortable to open up and I respect her in so many ways and because of that I was able to open up and deal with things I didn't think I could. I had to end a really toxic relationship and Miss Bonnie sat with me just because she knew I needed the support. She will always hold a special place in my heart. On another note..... our case manager on the woman's side, Lordess unfortunately did not contribute these same caring characteristics. On many occasions Miss Bonnie would assist with situations that were for Lordess but we went to Miss Bonnie because we knew she would get it done because she cares about the well being of her clients. If I wouldn't have taken the initiative to find a recovery house I would've been discharged to the street. Also I filled out 2 applications. 1 for my social security card and 1 for my Birth Certificate and 3 months later I still do not have them. I believe that Eagleville, Cedar building needs a case manager that is going to care and participate in the clients well being as much as Miss Bonnie and Miss Elonda.

I went to Bowling Green almost 4 years ago. I first went to the detox program, then the rehab, and then I stayed for their extended partial program and although it wasn’t a completely perfect experience, and you can smell the mushrooms in the air from a nearby farm, they must have done something right because this was my 27th rehab facility and it worked for me. I’m still clean to this day and I’m grateful to Bowling Green because of it
