The Erie VAMC is incredible. This is certainly one of the best kept secrets in VA healthcare. In the larger clinics in Colorado I was treated like cattle, just another vet needing help. At the Erie VAMC they have treated me with the utmost respect and dignity no matter what part of the clinic I use. My primary care experience has been first class. My provider genuinely cares about my health and well-being. My prescriptions have been filled immediately as well as any supplies that I need. I just had a surgical procedure today and the whole surgical staff was friendly, professional, and caring. I am so happy and thankful for all of the amazing folks that work here!

I did their IOP and regular outpatient with a successful discharge. The first time completing an outpatient since 2011. The staff their is friendly and really helps meet your needs. They have different times and days for groups to work around your schedule. The groups are very insightful and a place to share your experience, strength, and hope judgment free. The counselors are great in the material they bring to group as well as making your treatment plan so you can focus on your individual needs. It was a great stepping stone for my recovery and recommend this place to anyone... Thanks pyramid for the excellent service.

They treat u like human beings... From the driver George to the techs and counselors in both detox and inpatient....the best rehab I have been too! I absolutely recommend it to anyone who still suffers! They can and will help u! I can't thank them enough for my second chance at life! They also let u take and have a lot of things most rehabs won't. They use brand name laundry detergent and supply dryer sheets but it really is the small things like that, that matter the most when it going thru a life change 10/10 recomend

I was/am actually impressed with Crossroads mainly because they always had a pretty bad reputation and I actually hesitated on going there because of that. I was very surprised at the whole experience the staff was/is very pleasant and helpful and they don't try to look down on you or pass any kind of judgment upon you and I have to say that was very important to me. The doctors are very down to earth and seem to be dedicated to their work in helping you it's actually different from going to your family doctor for sure at least for me it has been. So the reputation of it just being a place where it's full of drunks and jail birds is no longer true. Keep up the Great Work !I would have given 5* but I don't want them to get too comfy.

I was a resident there in the late 80s I remember the staff there I remember a lot of the staff members. They were very supportive got me through a lot of hard times I didn t have the greatest upbringing, but the first time I fell in love With a boy, he was a resident there as well. The counselors used to sing a song and play guitar and it was such an amazing song and this day I remember that song, I remember going on activities and playing baseball and finally for the first time in my life having somebody that actually listen to me I would actually love to be able to get a hold of an employee there. His name is Glenn. Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. Very professional staff. I heard a patient in the room across the hall throwing a fit and being unreasonable with all the nurses and the doctor and they continued to treat her respectfully and professionally, in spite of being cursed out every time.

Showed up there, not knowing why I was sick or sleeping for days. The ER treated me as quickly as they could, hooking up monitors, running test to blood work, injecting proper medicine needed, and Iv to reinguvenating me. Let me rest as they searched for the proper answer.. At the same time, dealing with multiple patients and scenarios... Always great full over their staff of professionals. Thank you, always.
