Dr H is a great doctor with the knowledge to back it up. He provides a judgement free zone and gives excellent medical treatment. His office manager is always on top of things and handles all of my annoying insurance problems for me. They both go above and beyond to care for me. Wouldn’t see any other doctor.

My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I'd like access to more holistic therapy resources. I've actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

I’ve Been attending all in solutions since January 2023 and I must say my experience here has been nothing shy from absolutely amazing and life changing. The staff here are so genuine and caring and people you’ll find having a hard time saying goodbye too. They’ve helped me in ways I can’t explain. If you’re in need of help I highly recommend this phenomenal place. I want to give a shout out to everyone at all in solutions my goodbye is definitely bittersweet.

Unfortunately I have been to several treatment centers throughout my struggles with alcohol. At every other rehab, it was obvious that it was a business... they were there to make money. Nobody was ever flat out mean, they just didn't really care. All In Solutions was the complete opposite. Every staff member was sincere and seemed invested in my success. Alumni from the program came back and spoke at meetings and everyone encouraged me to stay connected when I got out. They gave me their phone numbers and checked up on me while I was still there and once I went home. My therapist when I was there kept my wife involved the whole time. She got so much out of it that she started participating in the weekly family meeting on zoom. I will say that when I got out, I did get a bill... and I started freaking out. I called them in a panic and they were so kind about it. They told me that legally they had to send the bill, but if I couldn't afford to make a payment toward it right now, that was ok. I can't remember the name of the guy I talked to, but he was really cool about it. Overall, my experience with All In Solutions was a really good one. If you actually want to get sober, this is a great place to do it.

My experience has enlightened me and inspired my path of what they call treatment and recovery which I renamed Training staff is impeccable and caring. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Melissa with open arms and a huge smile that made me want to stay instead of run away like most. Most Techs are great even knowing they are 1/2 my age. The ones that stand out most as super stars are Jeff N, Terrance. Darrell and Matt. Therapist super stars are Jamie. Alexis and Matt. I am extremely happy with my choice and am sober and loving life. I have been integrated into Legacys treatment for A DAY and the staff, community, as well as the setting is nothing like any other experience; They provide lunch and other food for anytime, the staff call out our flunks, therapy is provided at the highest quality once or twice a week, an inhouse doctor prescribes and stays up to date on your medication journey. Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.
I seriously freaking love you guys. You all will forever hold a special place in my heart. The job is NOT easy 🤣 you guys are the true unsung heroes!!!

Of course every place has their flaws, however I've never met a staff that truly cared so much for the patients. This isn't a job to them its a way of life. From the techs, to clincial staff, therapist and the higher ups. Nothing during my time there fell on deaf ears. Id advise anyone coming to treatment there to swallow your pride and be open and listen. A brief background of myself, im very opinionated and strong willed so of course I knew everything or at least I thought I did. The staff here really did everything they could to reassure me over and over that I can get better. I just needed to get out of my own way. They were 100% correct. The techs always made me feel like this wasn't a house it was my home. People like Andy, Melanie, Leigh Ann, Amethyst, Jose, Stan and of course my OG Allison have always shown me that mine and my fellow housemates best interest was always top priority. Their stories and generosity is truly inspiring. I never felt judged or unwelcome They really care about each and everyone of us. They may be on the ground floor regarding job titles but they definitely are the foundation that keeps this facitly standing. The clinical staff such as Max, Morgan, Curtis, Michelle, MK, their doors are always open when needed. Whether they're running groups or plugging away in their offices they are always willing to stop and listen in the time of need. They too along with the techs are going to be your biggest cheerleaders towards a better life a sober life. While you will notice vast differences in some of their approaches PLEASE keep your ears open because they all reached me in different ways even though I didn't see the value they offered right away. Collectively, its a excellent group to learn from. While my time with Alex a therapist was limited it was very insightful and gave me a different way to see things that definitely resignated with me. As for my personal therapist Jackie, she was amazing. Her door was always open whether it was to pop in an say hi when I needed to vent or just shoot the breeze. Our sessions together allowed me to open up to a point I never had before. Even during her groups she may come off fun and playful, but there is a method to everything. Last but certainly not least, listen to your peers in those rooms. They come from all different backgrounds, gender, race age etc. They offer true wisdom and real life experiences. I personally never met a sober addict that didn't light up a room. These people will teach you more than you could imagine if youre willing to listen and do the work. Ill leave you with this, all of the above comes from someone who has been to 2 detox, 3 other rehabs, never lasting more than 6 total days. Banyan and their staff and clients made me feel at home while I battled through and not for a second did I ever feel alone while I was there. My goal now is to get my life back and whether it happens or not is upto me and me alone but Banyan gave me the tools I need to have a fighting chance, so thank you.

The positive impact on my life and recovery has been a HUGE BLESSING on my life and recovery.I have been at the facility now 30 days, I talked to my counselor Jess about long term stay because I feel that is what I need, she was right on top of it and got me approved. SO GREATFUL!! Also have been in the re-entry program with Alaina, who runs the group. I had the most eye opening experience at an outside AA meeting. For the 1st time ever, I raised my hand and shared at the meeting!! I cant tell you how super greatful I am to her for giving me that opportunity. It helped me to realize it really isn't that scary at all, to share at a meeting even being the new guy there. So thank you all so much for ALL THE POSITIVE EXPERIENCES!!

This place was great for me and I think it would be great for anyone who does it for the right reasons. They say we'll find whatever we're looking for and if you're looking for a good environment for treatment this is the place for you. The clinical staff was great. My therapist challenged me and I grew from it. The techs were hit and miss but anywhere I went I feel like its the same. When ppl care about their jobs and put their hearts in it, it really does make a difference in the lives of those struggling. The team at Recovery Village cared enough to do whatever they could to accommodate anyone and everyone. If you want recovery you have to work at it and this place provides the tools to make it just a little bit easier to accomplish. I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing.
The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch
This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

I have been going to Stress Care for a long time and they have helped me tremendously! My therapist is the best, she listens to my concerns, teaches me how to cope, gives me "key" words when I need them (to help with my depression and anxiety) and never ever puts me down for what I say. I find her very easy to confide in, sometimes I talk so much but she is very patient and listens until I finish. My doctor is also great! He also listens attentively, always asks how I am doing, any problems and I can ask him anything without being embarrassed. The receptionist always calls beforehand to remind me and confirm my appointments. Overall, this is a great place if you are serious about getting some mental help!

My son was struggling with anxiety and his mental health and a friend of his referred him to High Focus. I am so glad that he went there and was able to get the help that he needed. I can honestly and sincerely say that the intensive outpatient program at High Focus legitimately changed my life.
The science-backed, evidence-based multi-faceted program has provided me with the tools & strategies I need in my day to day life to handle intense emotions as well as process trauma in healthy and adaptive ways through anger management, emotional regulation, DBT, CBT, grounding & mindfulness techniques.
Almost every day I find myself utilizing at least one of the techniques that I was taught at High Focus, whether that is Opposite Action, distress tolerance, STOP, boxed breathing, TIPP, HALT, cope ahead statements, etc. etc.
I have truly grown, changed, improved and bettered myself as a person. The anger, outbursts, explosions, toxicity and inability to properly regulate my emotions have been replaced by properly applying the core principles if what I learned in IOP.
Its not about never making mistakes. Its not about there never being steps backwards. Its about learning from the mistakes, not making the same ones and always talking the steps forward.
I am able to do that now thanks to everything I learned at High Focus and I want to sincerely thank all of the staff there for helping me to do that.
For anyone reading this, please know that it is 1000% possible for you to change your life TODAY. YOU have that power and YOU have that capability. Do not listen to what anyone else has to say -- YOU have the ability to CHANGE as a person. You just have to apply yourself. It's that simple and it's that hard.
If you're considering High Focus, I highly encourage you to make that change today. It honestly changed my life.

High Focus saved my life. When I first walked in, I was struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, guilt, shame, relationship issues, unhealthy coping strategies, trauma, battling with thoughts of giving up and abandonment – honestly, the list goes on. I felt completely lost and was stuck living in survival mode. But with the help of the caring and supportive staff, I was able to uncover strengths I didn’t even know I had, and rediscover the confident, beautiful person beneath all the pain. If you’re feeling lost or unsure where to turn, walking through those doors could change your life. The program works, but you get out of it what you’re willing to put in. Let it work for you. This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to come here. Bri did everything she could to help with FMLA and short term disability. Katie was always available, and made me feel comfortable to share with her the things I need to work on.I was very surprised to receive this amount of individual attention. I was never brushed off or made to feel like anyone was “too busy”. Housing was well maintained and comfortable. Anytime something was needed within the house either a tech, or even Bri and Katie would give us a ride to a nearby store. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a PHP. Thank you Harmony! Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still sober. 4 months and 2 weeks. But I was amazed how a therapist and case manager took us to get food for housing when needed. I worked in this business. That is not in their job description. Above and beyond.

Harmony was such a blessing to me. The clinical staff, especially one person in particular, Katie, the group facilitater was phenomenal. She was very transparent and relatable. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have completed the program. Thanks to her educating me and continued support, I can proudly say today I have 5 and a half months clean.
