If it wasn't for this amazing program and facility I wouldn't be here today. It's been almost two years since I first walked through the doors of BRC. I would first and foremost like to say that if it wasn't for the staff for taking genuine interest and concern for my overall being and seeing past my physical appearance that I was struggling with something much deeper than I wouldn't have stayed. I see some negative comments and believe me I had some when I first got to Austin, TX. But, sitting here clean and sober almost 2 years later I will admit that if it wasn't for this knowledge that was given to me by this program, I probably wouldn't be who I am today. I've come to my own realization that your addiction will convince your brain of anything to keep you living in the darkness. It will tell you that you aren't and addict or that because you look different that you aren't an addict. I'm currently still working on underlying problems that led me down the road of addiction and using them to help build my strength to continue this journey of recovery. If it wasn't for BRC I would still be a lost 29-year-old mother of 6 beautiful children and I wouldn't know that a healthy relationship looks like or that firm boundaries with unhealthy people are okay. I walk in a new light thanks to this place and the people that make this program possible. One day my children will also thank them for giving them their mom back! No words can ever express the gratitude that I have for BRC. Please have an open mind when going into this program because I promise it will all be worth it. The program is strict but our addiction are even darker.

This place saved my life. My experience here was amazing. Great staff. The community of men were amazing. This was my first time in treatment however I’ve been to numerous other facilities with one of my family members. There is no comparison. If you want a facility that cares, works the 12 step program and is big on accountability then this is the place to go. Absolutely loved it here. I’ll be coming back as an alumni.

This facility is not to good. They have uneducated Americans that work here. They abuse there patients and give them medicine that has nothing to do with there problem. This location off of Airport Blvd is amazing. I stayed at The Inn for a week with some concerning mental health issues I've never experienced before. The entire staff, from the monitors to the nurses and medication staff, I mean literally, everyone made my time there comfortable and got me all the help I needed. They always had answers for me on anything I had concerns with.
One person in particular named Marc Bickgen has shown the most of anyone. He has helped me and taught me so much. He comes to my location for counseling since my wife is using our truck for work. He is always on time, and never once has he looked at the clock to try and run out the door. We have had two sessions at my apartment, so his knowledge and leadership with me in my time of need has been an absolute blessing. I've never been shown the respect or had any counselor take the time to show what it means to have a non judgemental, non biased, no opinion, and provide more tools than I have ever known I possessed to help me.
The Inn and Integral Care have been a life changing experience for me, and for the first time in years, I am hopeful with the future.
Thanks again to Marc B. and the rest of the staff at the Airport Blvd location.

At first it seemed like a great program....until you realize, that they do not offer lunch, for the PHP-program, as claimed. Everything was going well, in my opinion, until Lauren called me, and discharged me for no wrog doing of my own....My therapist Brian, should not be a therapist, he misread me, and I now believe he thought something that was not true, of me....and based on his lack of experience, I do not reccomend using this person, as a therapist. In my 3rd week, Lauren had called and abrudbtly discharged me, without proper explanation.
I will say this, each day, during group, there was absenteism, and the therapist were constantly late, and would say "Take a walk", like a "mindfull walk".
In return, I told Lauren, that I wanted my money back, as well as my Medical Records, to be sent to my Emergencey Contact.
I also took a step further, and told my insurance company, of the expereince...my insurance company told me "to rest assure, we will not be processing, these claims, through Center Of Discovery..
Lauren, said she was going to contact the financial office for me, I would appreciate, my money back, as she claimed she was going to do that, to both me and my emergencey contact.

i did discovery's iop and php program and it completely changed my mental health for the better. i've been to a handful of treatment programs and this one was by far the best. i was in such an awful place at the time and after finishing up the program i honestly feel like a new person. the therapists and staff always go above and beyond. they're funny, kind, and honestly make you feel safe. i highly recommend discovery to anyone struggling with mental illness. part of me was sad to leave!

I’m very grateful for this program. Mental health is something to be taken seriously and from day one I always felt like Discovery and the staff understood that and stand by it. My mental health and personal development benefitted greatly from attending Discovery.
There were times where the things we did felt a little repetitive but I did see the benefit in revisiting things as well. I appreciated the patience and encouragement to get better.
Shout out to all the staff everyone was extremely awesome and I’m gonna miss them all!

I had the most amazing experience of my life! WWR saved my life in many ways. I tackled multiple addictions and took advantage of every service they offer (which there are many!). The counselors and recovery advocates are incredible. While I now have the tools to go back to the real world, I will miss this place in my soul. I would recommend WWR to anyone needing to face addiction or any other mental challenge.

Wonderfully and positively fulfilling place! Bill is awesome! The groups are enlightening and truly helpful. PRC in its entirety is incredible. Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! They also introduced me to AA and I never want to stop practicing the steps! If you find yourself needing help please don’t hesitate to call them. I promise you will not regret it!

This is my 17th treatment and honestly I was a sceptic. But so far I love it! The team has shown nothing but love here. My intial phone call with Tiffany was welcoming and positive. I went here from 2020-2023. They told me I could not take subs and methadone at the same time…. The VA thought differently. Now I’m taking a half stip of suboxone (2mg) a day, vice the 85mg of methadone. The methadone had me fat af… stomach hurt etc…. This place helps you, but I highly recommend Subs over Methadone. I feel 500 percent better. My stomach flattened and I got my life back!

My first time in this facility. Very well organized in the Lab blood draw area. The number system is very effective. The pace was fast. I was number 30th in line. The staff took 25 minutes to get me in the chair. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the patient. Thanks for all you are doing for the veterans.

I just did the 33 day program here and the staff was phenomenal! The therapists and case managers were on top of everything and made my recovery process so much easier. They were there for me from beginning to end. The nursing staff was on top of my meds and I never had any issues. Thank you Virtue for helping me grow and become the woman I am today. I couldn’t have done it without you! I have learned so much about myself and the disease I have to live with. You’ve given me the tools I need to help keep the disease at bay. Although it was hard for me to be away from my family, I would do it again because I am stronger now. The facility was nice and the food was amazing! Anything that I couldn’t eat because of diet, they always had something I could eat and made it for me! Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

My 38-year-old husband was a patient here from June 2025 until October 2025. I am so glad God led us here. He suffered a severe stroke in February 2025 that left him in what they believe (locked in syndrome) Doctor's in Louisiana were saying he would never be the same, he would never get off the vent, and other unkind things (God is a Miracle Worker and a Promise Keeper). When my husband first arrived at TNC he was on a ventilator and within two weeks he was OFF!!! During therapy here he made great progress. We are so grateful and thankful for TNC. Dr. Kaminar is incredible! I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years and he is consistently helpful. As a woman with mental illness, I’ve had doctors constantly dismiss my symptoms and concerns. This has never been the case with Dr. Kaminar. He is so supportive and validates my concerns. Even with the smallest shifts of my health, he is ready to listen and find a solution that works best for me.

I went there back in 2012 and 13. What God did for me through using Eternal Awakenings , has sure lived up to their name, God transformed me and changed me by waking me up. I went in for treatment at EA several years ago (2011) and I have never looked back. I had been to a facility in Memphis the year before after losing my son in the Army & I couldn’t seem to get my life together. It helped, but when I had a setback, I looked closer to home & found EA just 30 miles away & from the minute I entered that beautiful, stately home I felt welcomed & loved. Jim and his awesome staff as well as the others in treatment made my stay so productive and life changing. I am a minister’s daughter & the faith based treatment helped me get through & arrive back to myself. Even after my husband’s passing in 2019, I relied on the things I was taught & reminded of from my stay. If you need help for addiction or alcoholism, this is a great place to go - you will make friends you never knew you needed and learn things about yourself that carry you through the next phase of your life. I’m so grateful I found EA.
