I’d encourage you not to hesitate to make that decision if you need to. Just remember that most people take the time to write something negative, and very few share positive experiences. Trust your own judgment and don’t let negative comments put your child’s physical and mental health at risk.

The staff at Woodland Springs is truly remarkable. When I have a patient in crisis, Dawn, the Sr. Business Development Representative is one call away, to assist with getting my patients the help they need at Woodland Springs. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The treatments my patients receive there has been transformative; They feel supported every step of the way. The team works tirelessly to help my patients stabilize their mental health, offering a variety of therapeutic options and consistently checking in on their progress. My patients are on a brighter path and have the tools they need to manage their mental health effectively. I highly recommend Woodland Springs to anyone in need of mental health support. I work at another program in Houston and have partnered with Woodland Springs many times over the years. They have a very nice facility, great staff and solid clinical program.

Symetria has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff, doctors, and counselors are all top-tier. I especially want to recognize Charla Zendejas — she’s one of the most compassionate and effective counselors I’ve ever worked with. She truly cares about your recovery and partners with you every step of the way to set you up for long-term success. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real progress. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Huge thanks also to Dr. A — absolutely top-notch care!

I’ve been going here for serval months now and absolutely love it! The staff truly cares and listens I love hearing good morning Collin and have a great day Collin! When I come in and out from the wonderful person working behind the front desk. I’ve been to three clinics in this one. These nurses have absolutely your full attention, They listen to you they communicate with you, They truly care and I love that. Both of the nurses are just amazing so sweet and caring and very well trained in the field of work! The doctor is The Coolest guy I’ve ever met lol. Very laid-back but listens to you is and your needs and is very open not all crazy strict. Great guy and a great doctor! And of course, the counselors I love them. My counselor is amazing. She’s a veteran just like me and we get along just great. She’s perfect. And there’s always this other counselor always tells me to have a great day with a wonderful smile. And I don’t know Just makes me feel really good. I would give this place 10 stars If I could!! If your looking for Suboxone or Methadone maintenance treatment look no further this is your place to go to trust me. I have been in Methadone maintenance clinics since 2018 and this is the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’m sober and never felt better in my life! 😇😊

Monday morning, I had to go the the VA clinic in Tomball for blood work. For Thanksgiving week, it was busy. I got there early and was soon called back. The young black lady had her work cut out for her. They appeared to be very short staffed, but she was taking care of business. As soon as I walked through the door she handed me a cup and directed me to the bathroom. She had at least two, maybe three or more others already waiting to have their blood work done. She was going from partition to partition getting people help. I was in and out of there in minutes. She was also in a very good mood. It could have been overwhelming, but she didn't seem to mind. I admire the work ethic and the ability to work under tremendous pressure. I hope that she knows that she is appreciated. I tried to let her know. We need more people like her. True warrior.

I’m not sure why this clinic has a low rating. From admin to nurse to doctor everyone was exceptionally polite, courteous, patient and listened to me. Really recommend this facility.

I know not everyone’s experience is the same. But I am grateful for mine. As a disabled US Army Veteran, I can honestly say that the staff at the Tomball VA CBOC have treated me with the highest level of care and compassion. Every single person I have encountered, whether it’s the front desk, the nurses, doctors, therapists, orthopedics team, optometrists, phlebotomists, or the suicide prevention team, has served me incredibly. Yes, I share that last team openly, because it saved my life. The Suicide Prevention team at Tomball is available Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. You can walk into the Tomball VA CBOC and they will listen, not just to reply, but to truly understand. They provide care, aftercare, follow-up, and most importantly, they treat you like a human being, with dignity, respect, and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. Between them and the CAMS Team in Houston, they saved my life. And if you’re a veteran or loved one reading this and you find yourself in a mental health crisis, please don’t wait, Dial 988 and Press 1. Very helpful for both my teen children

Dr. Kaminar is incredible! I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years and he is consistently helpful. As a woman with mental illness, I’ve had doctors constantly dismiss my symptoms and concerns. This has never been the case with Dr. Kaminar. He is so supportive and validates my concerns. Even with the smallest shifts of my health, he is ready to listen and find a solution that works best for me.

Amazing staff and wonderful place. Tonya was so helpful and was very knowledgeable when I reached out. They exceeded my expectations.

By far one of the best behavioral hospitals that I’ve visited on behalf of families in my 20 year history of being in the social service field for aging and disable care. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, they return phone calls and the people there are well looked after and treated respectfully.

My son has been going to outpatient youth therapy for 2 weeks and he loves it. The staff is great and very resppectful. Thankfully till now i have not had an issue.

My review is based on the interaction I had with the patients advocate, Mr. Remy. Extremely grateful for his assistance with the concerns we had for my niece. He had compassion for our situation and went above and beyond to help us get the answers/information we needed! Truly grateful for him!

I have been had private insurance for over 30 years. And I am very blessed to be part of the VA Healthcare system now. From the moment I checked in with Wei, greeted by Gullette and seen by Dr. Shafi. What a wonderful experience. Very professional and compassionate. Thank you for your service. Proud to be a veteran and have Katy VA Clinic as a resource. Tip: Don't try and schedule appointments on the VA Official site. Just call the local Katy VA Clinic and they will HOOK you up.

It's not great, but not terrible. It's free so it gets busy in the lab. Time your visits there. Appointments are not needed for many things in the lab, maybe whey they don't seem to help. Again, timing. 0900 on a Monday for example, expect to wait. There needs to be better signage on the first floor, and expect to wait weeks or months to be seen. Use your app or website to verify appointments. For controlled med refills make sure to request refill two weeks out and be ready to follow up, a lot. That said, it's free, it's not a commercial / public facility: Some of this should be expected, some issues should be easy to correct, and one or two issues with specific doctors are not a reflection of the entire clinic.

5 starts because of Nurse Holly C. She has solely made every appointment better. Her professionalism, helpfulness and bedside manner are top tier! She is a gem to Pact 08!

It has been almost 2 years and this place made me see that there are people who are going through tougher situations than me. I grasped through faith and now I feel much better. My experience was full of unexpected surprises with my other fellow patients, however we all got along like civilized adults. It was scary at first, however I have experience with the springs mental health hospital buildings. I first experienced the springs when I was a young teen with issues in the woodlands springs and when I turned 18 I got to see maturity among others adults in Westpark. I even got to see supportive participants taking their time to experience the process of healing without any major mental health issues and I'm thankful for that Westpark springs. Shout-out to Dr. Mustafa Zaidi, thank you for helping me through my recovery.
